This is Diamondmask! The main character of that fanfiction i’ll probably never write

I created her a lonnnnggg time ago (but less than a year ago i think?) and i wanted her to be kinda like,,, the cringe protagonist we see in almost every fanfiction? Since she’s a mostly white female with « diamond » in her name who’s also rejected by her clan and who was chosen by her ancestors etc, and i suprisingly got really attached to this character

So, after her creation i tried to think of how i could make her interesting while keeping all of those wc ocs tropes and i dont really know if i managed to do that but i like her and thats whats important for me so

She comes from an AU, with different clans, cultures, etc, and her clan, the Hiddenclan, lives mostly in caves/underground. Since this AU is made to be more,,, fantasist than the original series, some of the caves are covered in all kinds of gems and cool stones that you’ll probably never see in the same place, and having them in a cat’s name is pretty common especially in this clan

Also, every clan get a special cat (called Children, mostly one per clan, sometimes two) with a « power » (called Gifts). Diamondmask has one, and it’s the ability to copy another Child’s Gift. She finds out her Gift pretty late and she’s not reaaally happy about it (since its copying something thats making a cat cool). Gifts comes with, of course, a really cool power most of the time but it makes a Child behave differently from the other cats and has other downsides to it

Also she has social anxiety and thats pretty bad when you live in a clan

And this fanfic’s main themes are neurodivergency (Children being pretty close to neurodivergent people) and ableism

i have so much more to say about this character and fanfic but im. Sooo lazy so huh yeah

at first, I had no idea that this was going to be a charcoal type of math. What do I mean by that? I mean that this will pull out the tiny little hairs and Gunk blackheads whiteheads and anything else that stuck in your skin. It did hurt cuz I didn't realize it was for the whole face a charcoal mask I thought it was one that you just regular peel but after using this I am super impressed with how well it got out the tiny little hairs on my face how softer my face and how much nicer my skin looked. I didn't even realize how many black or white heads I had till I pulled this out and saw them this mask is really unique, because it is like a diamond or a silver type of mask on your face. This can be purchased on the @amazon website for $25.99 for a (3.38 fl. oz.) tube. 😱 Definitely follow Directions: It’s recommended to use on the nose & chin area First, if you have sensitive skin! I have Dry/Combination skin, and used on my whole face. (Avoid areas around eyes & mouth). Apply even amount with brush or hands ( I used my hands). Avoid eyebrows & hairline (which I did). Leave on 20-30 minutes (I think it was dry about that time). Peel off from edges. 😱 Definitely Ouch Factor! If you’ve ever watched a YouTube video of people making their own peel-off mask, and seeing the pain they feel peeling it off, I Felt that Pain! I could barely peel it off off my forehead & cheeks! The nose is fine, but the whole cheek area hurt like Heck! (My skin was red afterwards-see photos). After about maybe an hour, it wasn’t as red. 😱 Benefits: This sparkling diamond 💎 Mask clears skin of sebum, removes dead skin, and clears pores. As pores are cleared, skin is more firm. It can help flush out toxins and dirt, and brightens uneven skin tone. 😱 My final thoughts: Unfortunately I won’t be using this as a full-face mask anymore. It just hurt too much! I might use in the future just for my pores on my nose. It did leave my skin a bit softer & smoother (although I was so ready to add a gentle moisturizer after)! Pores are minimized. Skin looked brighter (mainly redness after peeling off). This might be good for younger women who have large pores.
