Update

I finally heard from dA staff.

The reason behind terminating my account was based on multiple reports of harassment and hate speech. The proof of this hate speech? The journals of mine that were meant as PSAs for theft.

They claim that, especially in regards to my first PSA back when Shanna was being harassed over a TDA model's attire, leading to myself being harassed for standing up for her. Due to the way things were worded, dA staff agreed that it was grounds for harassment and bullying.

Their second example was the PSA made during the entire LyraLaney debacle. Due to the amount of screenshots that disclosed personal information linked to the victims of Lyra, such as Paypal receipts and such, that was agreed to also be grounds for harassment and bullying, but doxxing was also considered due to said personal information (despite me doing my best to ensure that was either struck out or not shown at all).

The third was in regards to my account getting multiple reports for, again, harassment and bullying, with hate speech included in a couple of said reports. This comes not that long after my models were stolen for a third time, so I can only think that MEGACollector may have mass flagged my account as a final petty move for getting their own account taken down. It may not be related, but in my opinion its pretty fishy that the timeframe between their account being terminated and my own being terminated is too close to be a coincidence.

The deviantART staff concluded that, after taking a look at the types of journals I had posted over the years (and more recently, the PSA journals and status updates), my account met the criteria for breaking their guidelines on multiple occasions. I tried to argue with this claim, but again the proof they used were the PSAs and the multiple reports my account had supposedly gotten. It was also noted that "ban evading" was considered, but "gracefully" not thrown in as I was forthcoming with the fact that I had used incognito mode to check whether my content had been deleted from MEGACollector's gallery prior to their own termination.

They were firm on their stance and I will NOT be getting my account back. As frustrating as this is, there isn't much else that I can do to appeal their decision. As such, below is again the link to my alt account that will now ultimately become my new main account. I'm going to start uploading what I could save of my work (between tumblr, instagram, etc) now so that the gallery is not empty and I can get restarted.

Update

Last Post for the night BUT, i decided to plan out for April. Since I suffer from ADHD it is hard for me to remain on task. So here is a little list to keep me straight in neat.

I know some things on here will not be done fully, as some are more important than others on here. I hope to just make it through with my art and balance my personal life as well with all of this. I want to take things more seriously, so forgive me If some days im fast and some days im just slow as hell.

For now, I will make the first change. Silky is leaving for Vacation a bit. So Simon, a sweet yet slow going ice-dweller husband will be taking over for...a WHOLE MONTH. Why? (Im doing a psychological trick you will see later. Its for myself)

Hopefully this eases me down and helpes me stay on task for the 30 days i got for this month. (AKA. 720 hours to finish all what I need.)

But that is all for tonight. (Btw I took a screenshot from ericvelseb666 video from a bit back when they drew Simon, love the way you drew him and I adore your art every single day)

i dont even know where to begin on ebina he just sucks major horse cock and i cant be swayed on this but ill put it under the cut for everyones sake. this is rambly as hell too idc i refuse to spend any more time thinking about ebina more than i already do

like what is his purpose. like i KNOW his purpose but it sucks- him being a Plot Twist baby is the dumbest shit in the world and they dont even ATTEMPT to do anything meaningful with it i do not care what anyone says

why even HAVE HIM be related to ichiban if he never even interacts with ichi in a meaningful way, esp when ichi's whole theme is family-- WHEN THE GAME IS LITERALLY ABOUT ICHI MEETING HIS MOM (or it was until they decided they didnt care about akane in the plot anymore)

like we mentioned it before here but if you have to have ebina related to a yakuza from the past for his ol Bring Down The Yakuza gig then why not make him an orphan from kazama's orphanage ???? literally nothing wouldve changed except it would've made more sense with how much kiryu deals with him instead of ichi. it wouldve been a great way to round things off with kiryu's saga too, what with having to confront the consequences of kazama's actions directly and finally and officially burst that fanatic bubble of his (i dont wanna HEAR nothing about gaiden that's not enough for me im GREEDY). theres something in here too about kiryu and daigo but i cant articulate it... i just know that wouldve been better too .... something something kiryu brought daigo into this life and now that he sees kazama 'bring' ebina into this life hes projecting ... idk ..

I will be opening my commissions !

For a little while! I want to mention that I will be raising the price of my 3 outfit commissions to 80$ because as much as I do love designing outfits, and it is easier than doing three separate commissions, it is still a very time consuming commission type. Especially nowadays, where my art has improved and my designs are often very complex now, that combined with the added work of fielding revision requests after, sometimes multiple days after, it is not as easy as it used to be. But! That price is still much less than buying three fullbody scratch commissions.

I know, I know I should pay to fit the labor and you undercharge as it is etc etc-- i can hear my art teacher now lmao, but I'm just saying this to let you all know.
