This is the craziest lunch I’ve ever had! Creamy rice porridge with puffed rice chunks, caramelized broccoli, cheese, crispy kale leaf and burnt onion skin filled with clarified butter!! Yeah, buttah!! Looks a lot like the moon’s cratered surface but underneath, it’s smooth jazz. I was never drawn to hot cereal for any meal but @destroyerla chef Jordan Kahn takes this traditional Asian dish to a new level. With an open mind and palate I’m ready to try porridge for dinner.
