Bucky refused to tell you in advance what he was wearing to the upcoming gala. He said something about him wanting to surprise you. Of course, he knew exactly what you were wearing since he wanted the designer to make you a gown fit for a queen. He would’ve thrown in a tiara if you asked. It was too much, really.

But if you asked Bucky, nothing was too much for you.

The amount of money spent was just about worth it when he exited the bathroom and looked ready to drop to his knees when you spotted you in your dress. The colors suited you. The fit was like a glove. It was a work of art, really.

“Fuck,” Bucky whispered, his eyes turning a darker shade of blue as you carefully twirled. It was exactly the reaction you wanted. “How exactly am I supposed to keep my hands off you tonight? A man can only take so much.”

“Because a lot went into this dress and you’re not allowed to tear apart,” you smiled before you took in his appearance.

Bucky Barnes turned head wherever he went and the head to toe black ensemble would be no exception. The slicked back hair was a good look on him and there was no denying that your man knew how to accessorize. He also wore enough custom suits for you to know what did and didn’t suit him. He would never fail to make you stop in your tracks from a single stare.

The man never missed a thing though, regarding you carefully as you stared. “You don’t like what I’m wearing,” he stated.

“No, I love it,” you assured him. And you did. You didn’t want him to think otherwise since the man could turn a paper bag into a thing of art and beauty if he chose to. “It’s just…”

“Just what?” He asked, holding his jacket open so you could get a glimpse of the shirt beneath molded to his torso. “I think I look good.”

You blinked and took a breath so you could answer him. Why did he have to be so distracting? “Not like you need the ego boost, but yes. You do look good,” you said. His smirk almost made you lose your breath again. “But does it really go with the theme?”

“What?” He shrugged. “Isn’t the theme ‘floral’?”

“It is and flowers are usually bright,” you pointed out. “You couldn't have gone with a floral jacket?”

“This is my interpretation of the theme.” He pointed to one of the black flowers. “Besides, this is a flower and it’s on my jacket. Therefore, it's a floral jacket.”

You tried not to smile. It was tough to argue with that logic. “Okay. Yes. There are flowers on your jacket, but-”

He cut you off with a smug smile. “So, I'm right.”

And wasn’t it just like a CEO to argue like this? And wasn’t it just like you to enjoy it? “You’re utterly ridiculous,” you giggled, gesturing to yourself. “Not to mention, I'm pretty much wearing the opposite of you!”

“And people will still know we’re together, Mrs. Barnes,” he winked. You loved being his wife. “Do you know why I wore this?”

“Enlighten me.”

“Because a black suit? Any man can wear one. I’ll blend in with the crowd. But you in your gown? All eyes will be on you, as they should be,” he explained, your cheeks hot as he swept his gaze over you. “And I know I won’t take my eyes off you for a second tonight.”

“Oh,” you breathed, clearing your throat at the unexpected tears that clogged it. Your ex tried to make you feel bad about your body when all Bucky wanted to do was celebrate and worship it. More than that, he saw your beauty beneath the surface. “Thank you.”

Though you wanted to argue that Bucky wouldn’t blend in with the crowd. It wasn’t possible. He was too striking for that with his blue eyes and jawline. Too dominant with his large body. And too well known.

He didn’t care about that kind of attention. He was the kind of man who wanted to show you off. Not as a prize or because you were his, but because he loved you.

His eyes softened before they went dark again. “Fuck, you are so beautiful. A goddess,” he said, his voice rough as he stepped toward you. “We may not even make the gala.”

As much as his compliment warmed your heart, boosted your confidence, and dampened your panties, you shook your head. “Oh, no. Don't you even think about it. Do you know how long it took me to get into this dress? That doesn’t include perfecting my makeup. We are going.”

You nearly lost your nerve when he groaned and took another step toward you. That sound was one of your favorites, especially when it was your mouth, hand, or pussy drawing it out of him. “Cupcake, you’re always a vision. You don’t need a fancy dress or a stitch of makeup to be beautiful,” he said, licking his lips. “And you don’t need to wear a stitch of clothing right now either.”

“No.” You firmly pointed a finger at him. You were lucky he didn’t grab your wrist to kiss it. “You promised we'd make an appearance and the last thing you need to do is tell people we didn't show because you couldn't keep it in your pants for a few hours.”

The kicked puppy dog expression was one you had seen on Steve Rogers before, but it was adorable on Bucky. You held your chin high because you’d fall into his arms if you didn’t. “Fine,” he conceded, gripping your chin with infinite care. “But I make no promises that I'll behave in the limo on the way home.”

You’d enjoy your small victory over your handsome CEO and husband for the time being because he’d make you pay for it in the best way later. “Yes, Boss.”

“My perfect wife,” he whispered, delicately moving his hand along the column of your throat. Did he feel how fast your heart beat? “I may just have to knock you up before the night’s over, Mrs. Barnes.”

Your womb clenched at his words, imagining the filthy things he’d grunt in your ear as he bred you. It was almost enough to make you skip the gala, but why not build up the anticipation? “I’ll be disappointed if you don’t, Mr. Barnes,” you said, moving close enough for your lips to touch his.

The breath that rushed out of his lungs was like a kiss, teasing what would come before the night was over. “Don’t tease me, Cupcake.”

“Who said I was teasing you, Boss?” You murmured, pulling back before he could kiss you properly. “Time to go.”

He swore under his breath as he adjusted his pants. You were the only one who could get under his skin. “I’ll knock you up in the limo. Don’t test me.”

Your smile widened. What Bucky didn’t know was that underneath your dress was one of his favorite lacy floral numbers. A surprise and reward for him going to the gala. It would make him fall a little bit more in love with you once he undressed you.

Plus, it went with the theme.

“Looking forward to it.”

man it's been a while since I've actually sat down and drawn anything

This started off as an au idea but it diverged too much so now he's just kinda a critter morro. Yes he toe (and hand) beans, they're the same color as his inner ear. The inside of his mouth is also bright green and he has big sharp chompers because I said so.

I actually kinda like this design for young morro's gi, more than the cannon version. I think im gonna stick with it.

Some small updates to Cosmo's design I've thinking about for a bit, Such as:

Slightly adjusted color pallet

Eyes and jacket are now the same green-ish blue

Oh man, a lot of people have probably seen that I like a lot peppy bunnies so this is going to be really hard because I like them all.

Starting from least favorite:

Dotty is very cute and I like her black and white design with the teal ear details. My latest interaction with her was the last time I played the original game not too long ago and she was quite mean to me. >:(

Bunnie has a very warm and nice color palette that makes me think of apples. I know a lot of people find her eyes a bit unsettling but I don't mind them (they also kinda look like apple pits when you think about it, maybe that explains my impression of her). I've never had her on any of my islands or towns.

Chrissy is iconic but it's hard for me to invite her because I also need to have her live with her sister around. I wish you could get them both at once! On her own she's great but I've never had her and I have stronger feelings about the other bunnies.

Carmen was one of my main villagers back in the day when I played Pocket Camp a ton (2019?). I love her colors a lot, she reminds me of mint chocolate and she's quite stylish in general (giving her mint colored glasses looks really good!). She looks like she could be a very fashionable coworker in an office (oh and she definitely has gossip about everyone, look at that smug look of hers)

Gabi is one of my dreamies right now! I haven't had her on any of my islands or towns but she's adorable and feels like she would work great with some of the rural areas I'm working on. She's a bit obscure on social media compared to a lot of villagers but I know I will love having her on my island. If I find her during a villager hunt I'm getting her!

Bonbon is really cute and her cool brown and pink colors look so good. I like bangs on villagers too (controversial maybe?) so I like her hairstyle too. I like that she has a bit of sisterly villager vibes too – she has attitude! The sandals are neat too, very summery. I loved having her on my island.

Pippy is so cute and she looks like she could be a character in a vintage picture book. She has such good colors. The freckles are so adorable too (you might spot a trend here lol). I had her on Toe Bean 2021 and she kept hanging out with my favorite cat villager Tabby. They were so cute walking around and doing activities together. 🥺

Ruby is my favorite villager alongside Molly. I've made like a million posts with her and her space theme is perfect. I also love her expressions including her standard blank neutral stare (she's just like me). I know her stare and red eyes look scary to some people but I like that she's a bit weird, kinda alien looking. One design detail I found super cute is that she has sliightly pink ears and feet that with New Horizons' fur textures makes her look like she's made out of cotton candy. Anyway, it's hard to describe in words but she makes me happy! I want to invite her soon – Toe Bean isn't the same without her.

Godpoke-sona!! Detail rambling and headcanons below the cut (Like a lot. A lot a lot)

Details about my creature in no specific order

-No one knows their name and when asked they jokingly replied with 'N, you'll have to earn the rest of the letters.' Their chosen name back home was Horns, they're thinking of changing it though.

-They're mute though fluent in sign language (a drainfolk variant), this has some complications. Not everyone knows sign of course so they usually carry around a notebook if they absolutely have to resort to writing conversations, Megapon has helped a lot.

-This unfortunately means they can't talk to Alexei at all without Megapon. :( (Someone please teach my mans to read???)

-Non-binary/Agender/???, they don't really care about gender, they're them and that's that. (They/Them before coming to the Grove but meeting Huzzle gave them some confidence so now they're trialing They/It)

-Drainfolk! An Earth family adopted them as a baby, this has had...consequences.

-Furry all over, it's technically green but it's such a dark shade most people assume it's black, you can really only tell in bright direct light.

-When their Earth family took them in they thought it would be pretty easy to hide the fact that Godpoke was drainfolk. They grew up trained to be completely covered head to toe, they were given the option to be completely shaved otherwise. Needless to say they've gotten very used to long pants and sweatshirts even in the middle of summer. They're familiar friends with heat exhaustion.

-Their horns are very small, only an inch or so and rather dull sticking straight up from their forehead. They're kind of glad they never got any longer, it would make it hard to wear hats.

-It was a bit of a tense time when their horns grew in. They had been allowed to leave their hair out, it looked natural enough but now they had to add hat's to their regular outfit. It was... a lot. They've gotten used to being invisible or trying to avoid attention. Becoming the Godpoke has been a big change.

-They don't really have proper claws, they're not even sharp enough to help open boxes. But they wore gloves to cover them anyway. No beans on their hands sorry :(

-Their eyes don't actually glow, but because they're such a bright color in contrast to their dark fur it's definitely giving cat eyes in the dark.

-They're kind of uncomfortable being exposed at all, but they're also pretty sick of being over heated all the time. So the poncho is a compromise, covered, but breezy! (Razzma helped them find it.) They're not quite ready to try shorts.

-The bandana is a new addition but they've been so used to neither being seen nor heard growing up that they never really developed proper social queues. They absolutely cannot smile on command and generally look about emotional as a brick wall. (Provided that brick wall is not Bauhauzzo)

-The messenger bag goes with them everywhere. It contains a water bottle, a notebook and lately, Megapon! (We'll say hammer space is readily accessible to people in this universe. Seriously why is Megapon that big.)

-Quick Trigger warning for this one! (Unintentional self harm) Because my godpoke is a reflection of myself I unfortunately gave them my bad habit. :( I've got chronic 'pick-at-skin-around-your-fingernails-till-you-bleed' so my godpoke scratches at their arm till it bleeds a lot. It's unintentional but tends to happen more when they're stressed. Post rift their arm is almost always bandaged. :(

-Quick tangent, I imagine in addition to their designated domains, the gods also have some mortal assigned dominions. I.E. Huzzle Mug is the patron god of trans people! While Godpoke did come to see King's ascension (at least that's what they told people back home) they also came to see Huzzle Mug for a 'blessing'.

-Headcanon: Huzzle Mug loves being seen as the patron trans god, and sees trans people finding themselves as an act of self invention. It often helps people with their transition via a godly boon, (Huzzle does a lot of magical top/bottom surgery). It can't alter bodies too much though, that much godly energy would probably fry a mortal brain, so alas it cannot make you a dragon but sometimes people come to it with more out there requests. Asking for inhuman traits isn't unheard of and generally accepted in the Grove, but as more animalistic traits are seen as a sign of drainfolk heritage most people don't ask for those.

-(I imagine drainfolk come in a very wide variety of forms. Why you might ask, when our greatest representation is a bunch of similar looking funny little blue guys? Housecat Man. Housecat Man is why. What's his deal? Where'd he come from?)

-So! My Godpoke's tail is not natural! They asked Huzzle Mug for it after everything settled down and it was clear they were going to be staying in the Grove for a while.

-My Godpoke is very used to being ignored or just straight up not noticed so the tails' purpose is two-fold; to help them feel more like 'themself' and also! To be loud! It looks mostly furry to match the rest of them, but has layered scales on the underside that they can shake to imitate a rattle snake's rattle and a stiff mat of fur at the end that if they whip just right can make a whip crack sound. They really only do that if they feel they're being talked over though. Just because they don't have a voice doesn't mean they don't have something to say.

Ooooookay! Hazbin Hotle redesigns....but not really? Honestly, it's just me drawing them in my style, but they could be considered redesigns, I guess, specifically Charlie

Right, so, Emily is obviously a fallen angle. Thiguht this isn't her fallen look, since we already kneo what she looks liek with wings and a halo I didn't think about making a 2nd version of her without the demon disguise- but maybe I should

Either way, I kinda kept her original dress, with the symbols and what not, I feel liek blue and purple really suit her so, indigo

I tried to add red to her, but it just didn't look good. It gave me an eye strain.though her till and horns have a sort of dark magenta color going on

I wanted to add more 'freckles' cause, thier cute, and I have a bunch of freckles ove rmy arms and legs and face and stuff so, added them to em, I put a few on her ears and tail and horns to

Um. Obviously, Charlie is the most changed from her canon design, I relaly like her hooves and others redesigns of her looking more liek a goat

Originally, I was just gonna add gaot ears and stuff, but the more I thought about it, the more I liked the idea of her having fur soooo tadaaaaa~

I gave her a little red stripe between her eyes and fade on her legs and ears to match Razzle and dazzle, and since lucifer was a high angle a seraphm/archangels hoenstly I dotn see a difference. I gave her some white freckles as well to sorta, show that connection

Also, toe beans! If she has claws, she can have beans, I think that Emily would have a normal human hand while vaggie would have little soft spikes on her like moths do, tho that's not shown

I also drew charlies wings cause it's cnaon she has them, and I wanted to play around with the demon/angle wing/s she could have, my irl friend K helped me decide which one to choose

I also drew her leg so you can see the fade in full. Side note that her belly has the same cherry red fur

I also added some chest fluff because why not?

As for her horns, I kept them the same color but added rings like Lilith has to show a connection between them. She also has her mom's eyes and heart tail point. I wanted her to have some demon stuff out just cause, she is a demon, she should......also realizing just how long I made her tail-

Uhhh, oh, right, side note, which I'll have to make a separate post about, Lucifer/eve/lilith are all dating each other, and Chalrie is all 3s kid. Eve is where she got the goat aspect from, inckuding horn shape, her scaly tail, snake fangs, red cheeks and color scheme over all are from dad, and Lilith is where she got her eyes and horn rings and heart point from, and beans to I guess

Maybe I should make a gene sheet one day; I gave her Jean shorts, like how I usually wear just cause I didn't want to add too much red or black

Okay, vaggie time!

Vaggie is the least changed. The most I really change about her is how her wings look. Her hand snow has soft spikes like moths do, and her hair

I do think when she fell, she got more demon aspects, but since her wings were torn off, she doesn't have to many physically other than fangs and the spikes

I also made her hair shorter because please, nobody has their hair that long!! or if they do, then I've never seen them!

I know it's a show, but it was driving me crazy! I'm not that skilled at draw front view bodies yet, so if vaggie looks off I'm sorry:(

Eve and Sorochi, but Furry

I've been a furry for a majority of the ten years I have been in a relationship with my husband. Despite this, I have created very little furry art in that span and all that I have is uh... quite old. And recently I have been diving back into that part of my life, following a bunch of furry creators and consuming their art.

So I thought it was high time I threw my hat in the ring. Eve and Sorochi, two of my OCs, have been hot on my mind as my husband and I have started working on a comic/written project surrounding their relationship (more on that down the road :3), so I thought they would be perfect candidates for me to dip my toe beans back into the style.

Eve is a spotted hyena, because punk/alt yeens are sick as fuck and, being an aggressive domme transwoman, it just fit. Her dark markings on her left leg and arm emulate the tattoo sleeves she has on her original design. You can see little glimpses of her tentacle tattoos dyed in her fur as well.

Sorochi is a long-haired cat. I chose cat because she is autistic, is often quiet to the point of startling her friends and partners, is very picky about who she considers trustworthy/a friend, likes to curl up in nooks to read, and is a nimble little dancer. I found a particular reference photo of a long-haired cat where their "mane" very closely resembled how Sorochi's hair falls, so I immediately knew that was what I was going with. The dark tips in her hair represent her pre-transition hair color, much how I have left the roots of my own hair darker while going blonde elsewhere.

These were really fun, low pressure designs to create. I particularly love their big stompy shoes (particularly Eve's), Eve's existential expression, and Ro's fur patterns through her tights. I will almost definitely do more with these two in their furry designs, as well as expand out the Crystal Heart cast for shits and giggles. <3

Got a design finished for Millie for my Draxum raises the turtles au! Fun fact about the pendant, it's an enchanted mystic object that helps dull his natural hypersensitivity to the mystic energy around him. He wears it pretty much all the time.

That time I shifted as a Cat..

Alright, well this shift wasn't a full shift by any means but here we go.

So, a couple months ago I was just waking up and still in that SATS/hypnogogic state when I felt my CR body, and I thought of cats for some reason and the next thing I realized I was in a really well-lit apartment in I think France? (It was giving French design based off my experience in France in this reality.)

I did a stretch and saw my toe beans and I was like ??? I have PAWS? I was calico colored and I flexed my paws and felt my claws inside retract and expand ever so slightly. It was extremely realistic and quite different from where I was in my CR. I was settling in when I realized that I wasn't sure if I was going to remember shifting when I fully grounded and I didn't want to be stuck as a cat so I intended back to my CR and I shifted back. (Dumb because I still remembered shifting and was still quite there regardless but.. ya know.)

I wish I stuck around a bit longer than the minute or two I was there but.. alas. Next time :p

Extended Headmate Forms: Pearl

This one is a bit different from Ula's. Namely because we can't actually show a lot of physical references due to the fact Pearl takes the form of a redesign.

(Under the cut since this is long.)

Starting with her veil forms, plus Blue Diamond form.

Pearl prefers the one on the left (being the tunic and ribbon sash variant), but also likes zeir 80s outfit. Pearl wants to note that ze has no breasts.

Notable traits with Pearl's veil form are that ze has arm hair that're the same color as zeir head hair, as well as fangs that are only visible when zeir mouth is open, and sharp nails. Another note about Pearl's veil form, her eyes glow in the dark. When they do glow, they adopt a black, diamond-shaped pupil.

As for zeir Blue Diamond form, ze says that it's possible ze is a naga in that form, which means ze has the lower half of a snake. Unfortunately, we aren't quite sure what this looks like, as Pearl usually doesn't take the form of Blue Diamond.

True Form

Included is a more SU style depiction of Pearl's true form, although ze doesn't use the SU style in headspace.

As for Pearl's true form, as stated above I can't really show images of that, so most of this will be writing. However, I do have images of things that we ourselves made.

Pearl takes the form of the design by deadwooddross. This wasn't a conscious choice, as we've noted that this is how Pearl legitimately looked in zeir canon.

A few differences I can note are that Pearl is more emaciated than the actual deadwooddross design. Zeir torso mass is more akin to their Opal design, meaning some of zeir ribs are visible via outlines. Ze also carries over the arm hair from zeir veil form. Although, Pearl remains the same height as zeir veil as well (being 6'3").

Not a difference, but Pearl also has two rows of teeth on each jaw (lower, upper).

As for physical reference, Pearl is a digitigrade and has feet more akin to a cat/velociraptor mix.

The larger toe bean is supposed to be the one that belongs to the velociraptor claw. All of that is zeir skin, by the way, besides the yellow, which is zeir shorts.

These are forms that Pearl takes that aren't SU related.

All of these are official art/renders, but the first one is edited. Susie Campbell (or Malice as she calls zemself), Foxy, Yellowfang and Clawdeen Wolf respectively. Pearl is also a secretary bird, but ze doesn't have a form for that. Pearl only tends to take the form of Foxy when particularly aggressive, and never takes the form of Clawdeen. Ze is usually just in their true form.

rambling about headcanons, designs, and my process and stuff under the readmore, because i wanna talk about it but dont want the post to be super long !!

i had originally planned to not have a background and then at the last second i decided to speedrun drawing one in a few hours so um. quality difference but its fine. also unrelated but im pretty sure everything about how i draw animals and anthros makes it very obvious i used to be in the warrior cats fandom lol. anyway onto the designs!!

the gold on techno is scars from the totem at the execution, which i think is a pretty common thing for techno designs. he isnt supposed to be a piglin, but rather similar species of anthropomorphic pig. also his mane and tail fluff are naturally brown but he dyes them pink ^_^ so cool !! um. i maaayyy have forgotten the crown until i was way too far into the piece to add it. haha. oops. pretend its missing because. uuh. hes in a casual outfit. "but he still has the cape" yeah its comfy. "but dream has a mask thats not casual" dream is dream he does Not relax fully ever. see entirely intentional i would never make a mistake.

dream is an original shapeshifter species i came up with because i couldnt decide what i wanted him to be. i havent decided on a name for the species yet but i plan to make almost every solid-color or nearly solid color mcyt into this species. theyre mostly involuntary/unconscious shapeshifters. so like they change slowly over weeks or months to adapt to their surroundings, with little conscious control. basically i wanted him to be like five different things so i shoved them together lol, rabbit ears but in a pattern that looks like an axolotl, a cool tail, TOE BEANS tho you cant see them. this was actually the first time ive ever had a dream design im happy with so thats really nice.

i um. i made full use of my time lol, i spent a bit over a week on the lineart, another week on the coloring, and maybe a week and a half on rendering. unless i suddenly became shit at math(which is possible) that adds up to roughly the amount of time i had to work on it. im really proud of myself actually since i usually take a while to do art, and i wasnt sure i would be able to make something id be happy with in this amount of time. but i did! woah!! this was my first time participating in a fandom gift exchange and it was so fun, and also helped motivate me to draw more instead of getting distracted like i usually do (classic adhd moment) lol. anyway super cool!!

Was wondering what exactly a Fem. Jax would look like, and thought it would be neat if her color scheme would be switched a bit from the original design. The colors are slightly lighter versions of the original colors. I also felt that floppy ears kinda gave her a more cutesy look, so yeah, haha. I had originally wanted her ears to be, like... tied, I guess? So that it could look like a weird pony tail, but I ain't got the skill for that just yet, haha.

Tall, lanky, and skinny as hell, just like the original. Jax's overalls are pretty iconic haha, so I gave her a medium sized overall dress and added a shirt under it that matches her gloves.

Ah, and I gave her more animal features, like a tail and toe beans haha.

As for a name... I have no idea. Sinxe Jax = Jack, I guess it'd make sense if her name would be Jaxxie (Jackie), but there's probably a way better name out there, haha.

She'd be such an awful mean girl, fr fr. She also has a deep, husky voice because I want her to, let me dream ya’ll. 💀
