Honestly I listen to so much sad music, someone should pay me for it. I don't know maybe for digging deep into human emotions or sth. The truth is that sad music is actually addictive; pretty much like all sad things. And I guess I am an addict too.

read 'Silver Bells' by @heavilycaffeinatedsblog if you haven't yet. this took me way longer than it really needed to. there are references all over the place (as well as shoutouts to some of my favorite fanfics (hard to find because tumblr) and a skyrim easter egg ((i don't know why i did that last one, brain rot i guess)))

this is from chapter eighteen and maybe not super accurate to certain descriptions but was the most fun I've had drawing in a while. so thanks for that caf and keep up the good work.

Goth music obvs has a reputation for being macabre but that glosses over the sheer number of gothic rock songs that are some guy being so desperately horny it sounds like it's causing him physical anguish. So not that different from other genres really

#I'd say from my experience theres way more hedonistic and romantic themes in goth music than outright depressing ones but there's a mix
