Today, thanks to @woodleston’s support, I got out of the house and ran a few errands. I then came back and was a one woman force of nature and got so much done. #MakeupAndASmile Beneath the makeup, beneath the smile, beneath the mask I am fighting a constant battle against anxiety and depression. I wake up exhausted, wishing I hadn’t. I don’t have hobbies as I don’t have passion for anything anymore. If I’m not working I could go days without basic hygiene as I don’t have the energy to get up nor do I have the will.
