Does anyone know if JO1 did a crows zero remake or something or if it was just for that mv they came out with. Or was that mv for some fighting series/movie thingy like crows zero and high & low? Cause I’m watching crows zero and I thought I was both Kono Junki and Takumi. Also also just why are there so many similar dramas? Like Drop and then they recently remade it and Crows Zero and the High & Low series and I think Demekin and Gokusen are similar? And then Sho from JO1 is in something that feels very Crows Zero and Go Ayano I think and someone from Tokyo Revengers and Nobuyuki are also in some drama series thingy about fighting too?

went back to petco today cuz there's things wrong with me. only 2 ryukin remain of the quarantine goldfish. i was told they'd been there about a week and their last round of treatment is next tuesday. so might stop by then and see if they're still there + how much they want for them since they got bad ammonia poisoning.

being personally opposed to buying fish from a store and supporting more to take their place, vs HIGH EMPATHY ATTACK. seeing them made me instantly love them and want to help them, plus i like ryukin. if they're highly discounted then I'll consider it ig. no fancies in need in my area anyway (only lots of commons, and some chunky ranchu far away that r just getting rehomed for space).

also I'm not gonna set up the stock tank til the weekend even tho i want to immediately right now so bad. I'm in GO mode but i must WAIT. stares intensely at it. and stares at Skippy my love forever.

Yamada Yuki in another movie about gangs. He seems to have an affinity for this type of movies ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

This reminded me a lot of High & Low in its vibe because Masaki & Atsunari didn't start a gang to do evil things or whatever but simply to have friends and never to get bullied again and be cool and stuff. Kinda naive - a bit at least - but at the same time, it was going well for them until another gang decided to invade their territory.

And that was when it got brutal. The attack on Atsunari (Yamada Yuki) was... yikes, especially the second one in the hospital because it was so unexpected and the raw brutality of it chilling. I think that this was the most cold blooded thing I've seen in a while.

My favorite thing was the friendship between Masaki & Atsunari, their loyalty to each other. And Atsunari's relationship with Aki. When Atsunari decided not to attend high school because he couldn't let his girlfriend work while he was going to school, that was honestly so touching. I also loved that Aki wasn't all set up against Atsunari being in a gang, she pretty much accepted all the guys as their extended family, annoying but lovable. Aki was truly awesome and her and Atsunari's love so genuine!

And the thing was, this movie was about very poor people. Atsunari was working in a ramen shop, Aki at a gas station, they were 17 and they already started a family, doing their best to support each other with no education and a low income. But they never let it get them down.

So, a good action movie with some nice Yamada Yuki whump for a good measure! Nice!

Found a Movie called Drop from 2009, it’s got Mizushima Hiro in it who was in the live action black butler and also in one of the Kamen riders but then there’s a drama series and that has not only the guy who plays Binzo in the worst x but also Sukai from jo1 and Sway from Doberman Infinity 😩🤚. Anyway Drop is crazy it’s very crows zero and high & low but I guess that’s a popular theme for dramas and movies in Japan? I was surprised to see Binzo but I wanna see that now. The movie is ok I really like Lupin and Mizushima’s character. Also why drop, high & low, crows zero and from today it’s my turn and demekin all the guys have jojo’s bizarre adventure x buckaroo banzai lookin ass haircuts? Also they all about fighting but the actors weave in between the different dramas it’s really cool.

Also tagging @straysugzhpe cause idk if you know about it but I tried to watch Drop with Binzo and the only site I found it on was really laggy but yeah he has blonde hair and it’s yummy

Ophelia is so weird she's keeping her black everywhere except one (1) white blurp on her tummy. Like it changed a little while ago and has really solid edges and nothing else is changing it just. Splorch.
