it makes me happy to see that other people worship Jormungandr. even though Loki is super popular here, i worried that it was odd to like Jormungandr, since he is portrayed as an adversary to humans and to Thor (who is my other fav lol). To my knowledge, he never has the interests of humans in mind, but I think that is why I like him. I DO NOT MEAN that humans are bad or that natural disasters are good, but rather in our industrialized world where the will of humans rules, I am happy with every small win for nature. Like dams getting taken down to let diadromous fish return, or orcas attacking ships- such things make me think "hail Jormungandr, welcome back!"

I finally got around to fixing up the tiny puppy who I got for 9 cents at a thrift store. i removed what was left of the tag, sewed up the holes in the face, trimmed fur around the left eye, sewed a closed eye where the right one is missing, and added a button nose. their name is now Button and i hope theyre feeling much better!!

My partner (gentleshorez on instagram) wanted to take a picture of their ENTIRE jellycat collection, and i helped them set it up!!! they've been collecting since late 2019! this weekend they're gonna tell me all about everyone so i can make a chart :D

it's him!!! he's been at the antique store for over a year and every time i would visit i'd give him a big hug, but he cost a tad more than i'd like to pay for. an old Vermont Teddy Bear with 1984 on the tag.

around Christmas i almost got him, but changed my mind at the checkout. after that i never saw him again, and i thought he'd been bought by someone else. i should've known how much i'd miss him cuz i checked where he used to be every time hoping he'd magically return.

but today, he did! he must have been in limbo after i changed my mind on buying him, and he was moved to another booth. but it's definitely him! and i finally bought him. hello to... Oatmeal!

Recently I found Magic to accompany Scorch <3 they are meant to be together. Magic has floppy neck, which I could do surgery to fix sometime, but for now she has a neck brace. They are having a great time relaxing with my other dragon plushies, and looking for the signs of spring.

today my partner and i went to a big flea market and i got this guy, from a brand called Fat Dragons, for just 5 dollars! he is so cute and sweet to me, i think I'll call him Bubblegum. then he came with us on our journey through a wetlands trail :))
