We’re lost together

Just you and me

And a frog that you found

And keep calling Kitty

Don’t know how we got here

Don’t know our way home

But fear not, dear brother

For you are not alone

In this bone-chilling weather

It’s this surreal journey

That binds us together

Hear the wind howl

As it blows through the trees

It rustles the branches

That lost all their leaves

The holes in their trunks,

Give me quite a fright

Resembling faces

That keep me up at night

But don’t you lose hope

And don’t lose your way

Or the dark one will come

And take you away

So I haven’t played deltarune in a little while and I miss it. I finished undertale true pacifist recently tho and that was awesome. Anyway I wanted to fight jevil bc I missed him especially and guess. What. I DID IT IN TWO TRIES REEEEEEEE

I got good 😭 my immense love for jevil actually made me improve (I also beat asgore in one try?? I didn’t know I could do that??? Cuz i suck usually???? I love him too tbf)

Edit: so the inspiration basically came from the fact that the name “Jevil” is a combination of “jester” and “devil” so we were like what if it was “devil”, then “jester”? At first Dester was gonna be like Jevil’s alter-ego but I decided to make them siblings instead. He’s supposed to be Jevil’s counterpart, since Jevil is short and round and Dester is tall and slim.

Personality-wise, Jevil is playful in nature so Dester would be more serious, hence his more neutral facial expression. I picture him being a bit of a worrier, preferring things to be in order as opposed to chaos.

For the design, I tried to choose a color pallet that sort of used complimentary colors to Jevil’s, though it’s hard to tell since I switched them around a bit. The blue came from Jevil’s yellow, and the yellow came from Jevil’s purple. As for the daggers, I just wanted to go for a more medieval look I suppose, since he’s a jester :p
