Do you guys remember the Dee Dee twins from Batman Beyond? I know they're supposed to be Harley's granddaughters but imagine if this takes place post-TSS events, and yes, Rick lives, okay?

He's always been—mf engaged to (Y/N) the second he woke up from unconsciousness and has lived together in a quiet lil' neighbourhood since.

But anyways!

I can't stop thinking about them being Harley's goddaughters or protégés instead, and one day, she begs you and Rick to take care of them for the week while away for a once in a lifetime gig. 

“You listen to your aunt (Y/N) and uncle Rick while I’m gone!” She’d say, though, she should’ve known better than to think her own carbon copies, of all people, would listen. 

I can just imagine you and the girls being joined at the hip, telling them stories from your days as a criminal, even if you’ve left that life behind. Rick’s the ‘grumpy uncle’ they love to annoy. But! They may be opposites, but the second someone talks bad about you?

Rick will see red, no doubt, but if he hears the girls discuss on how to get rid of the loud-mouthing pos, he wouldn't encourage it. But he sure as hell won’t stop them either—these are Harley girls we’re talking about; it’s not like they listen to him all the time. And, well, if they proceeded with whatever they had in mind, well, the bastard deserved it, didn’t he? Nobody really liked Mr Walker anyway.

What they'd do throughout the week their beloved aunt (Y/N) and uncle Rick, a headcanon:

Switching conversation topics when they're bored at the flower shop you work at. One second, it would be about the flowers, which, let's be honest, they're barely listening to, only to excitedly ask about what crimes you've done were the most memorable ones. Without the presence of customers, of course.

Pranking or scaring away any women who visits Rick's workplace solely for the purpose of gawking or flirting with the man, despite knowing he's married. A simple hiss or a quick display of the baseball bat they had with them ("We like playing baseball, don't we, Dee Dee?" "Yes, we do, Dee Dee!) and the visitor's out of the door!

Not once have you nor Rick seen these two play baseball.

They just really love their aunt (Y/N) and uncle Rick, okay!

BONUS: If you also have to babysit Bruce the hyena, the twins would sneak him out of the house at 3 AM, purposefully messing with Mr Walker's front yard and making sure he sees it. He didn't see the girls, however, so, when he tells his neighbours about a hyena on the loose, most of them just he was the one with the loose screws.

I initially thought Rick would work as a lumberjack, but, imagine if he was the sheriff of the neighbourhood?? Mr Walker calls him to complain about the hyena problem, obviously unaware of the culprits silently snickering at one another as they watch him desperately demand for 'justice'.

"Mr Walker, I personally don't think it's possible for a hyena to cross the city undetected for the sole purpose of terrorising just your garden," Rick responded calmly, though, he was unable to bite back the condescending hint in his words, "But, we'll look into it."

Once Walker's out, looking more stressed now that even the sheriff himself was looking at him funny, Rick would glance at the twins, raising a questioning brow at their futile attempts to look innocent before returning to his report.

"Good job." He'd say nonchalantly, and rather than looking peeved or disappointed, they spotted the small smile on his face. He didn't bother turning when they high-fived.

But other than the fact that he's been cockblocked since their arrival, and honest to God, it's been driving him nuts, they've made your and his days much livelier than the usual.

I can see it now; you're all watching TV, Rick holding you against him with one arm around you while he leisurely pets Bruce's mane with the other. Similar to the beloved house hyena, the twins sat on the floor in front of you, listening to them cheer for the antagonist and argue about what's for breakfast tomorrow.

Yes, the Flag's were quite the household, it seems.

I thought of some more stuff for my Persona X Batman au

I've come to the conclusion that the only other non-oc party member other than Terry should be the DD twins, they're the Harley  analog and they share a persona, the ultimate Persona is eulenspiegel cuz he's literally a   harlequin and his association with mirrors(cuz you know twins)

Also James Gordon Jr doesn't end up dying, he has a little Redemption during the final fight after the rest of the party members except for him and Michael get their ass beat by Barbados,  and he finally comes to terms that yeah he's crazy but maybe that isn't a bad thing, and that gives Michael enough power to revert to his fully God form and have a rad Kaiju Battle with Barbados

I also thought of an animatic to the song evolution, it has a lot of mirror imagery and the second verse is of James Gordon Jr standing in the middle of a dance hall surrounded by his younger party members dancing with their ultimate personas, and the final verse is a big climactic battle where he dances with Michael to defeat Barbados

With the Joker apparently dead, Harleen Quinzelle was finally free of the Clown Prince of Crime’s enthralling influence.  She retired from her role as a super villain and carved out a life for herself a life as a civilian.

Some forty years later, the reformed villain found herself caring for a pair of twin granddaughters named Delia and Deirdre Dennis.  These two sisters were quite the handful. Although ‘Grandma Harley’ did her best to steer them in the right it was not to be as the sisters had inherited from their grandmother her hunger for action and mayhem as well as the propensity to fall under the sway of smooth-talking scoundrels done up like clowns.  

In their early teens, Delia and Deirdre fell in with the gang of hooligans known as The Jokerz.  Both sisters were highly accomplished gymnasts and hand-to-hand fighters and they took on the joint alias of ‘DeeDee.’  At first they joined a gang led by an angry cad named Bonk, but it was not long before the gang was taken over by a mysterious man who by all rights appeared to be a resurrected Joker.

The Joker sent the gang to steel various components that would eventually enable him to take control of an orbital weapons platform that could fire destructive particle beams down unto earth.  The gang remained largely in the dark of the leader’s ultimately plan and, in that he had viciously murdered Bonk, none were brave enough to question the matter.   

Batman was ultimately able to thwart this plan and stop The Joker.  DeeDee and the rest of the Jokerz gang were apprehended.  In that Delia and Deirdre were both minors, the sisters were released into their grandmother’s care.

Both Delia and Deirdre were voiced by actress Melissa Joan Hart and appeared in the animated feature, Batman Beyond: Return of The Joker.

Notes: Fantastic video of Colin's Orpheus Debut! there is a small head obstruction in the far left bottom that obstructs nothing but Hermes legs at times. This was a very unique and stressful show for the cast as they were down a worker and had everyone in the company on in the show. the show started almost 25 minutes late as they had to rehearse and change choreo. The lights hit in wait for me and the choreo change is quite fun to see and it's unique!

Wanted to draw Ericka playing with the kids + Drac completely enamored with it. Basically a parallel to Ericka being softened by seeing Drac playing with Dennis, Mavis, and Johnny; as well as...I mean, after having lost Martha and raised Mavis alone, I think seeing his 2nd zing enthusiastically playing around with their kids, his grandson and his "neice" would strike a chord with him. He's not alone anymore, his kids + grandson aren't alone. And his kids + grandson have a shot at a far happier childhood than their parents, sister, and nephew did. Not to mention, And I think as reserved as Drac often is, he admires and loves Ericka's free-spirited playfulness and energy. Much like he and Johnny, in a way. Without the personality clash.

Since I'm on an Ericka+Brave kick again, I added a soft/proud Van Helsing in there, which ended up being hin teasing Drac (who's too lovestruck/caught up to notice.)

Honestly, I feel like one of Ericka's favorite parts of being a grandma/mother/"aunt" is she gets to play with the kids. She's the Emily/Delia to Drac's Charlie, Dory to his Marlin, or Bloo to his Mac. She's no pushover, but...she's the fun parent.

((Note: This is after Ericka recovered from the C-Section and her body's back to normal - keeping her scar and belly stretch marks as momentos - and when the twins are able to handle this.))

Mother’s Day 2024 - Imogen Tilderoy

Imogen has been through a lot these last few months. Her life threw a curveball at her. She graduated uni, and was engaged to a hunky Hart family member named Xander. She liked Xander a lot, she may have even loved him but as soon as she moved to Kashmire Point, she fell head over heels for Chad Tilderoy.

The chemistry was too hard to escape, considering Chad was her duplex neighbor. In the span of a gameplay week, she had dumped Xander before making the mistake of marrying him and regretting it, moved in with Chad, got pregnant, then moved to a nearby meadery with him and got married. Now she has two twins named Dennis and Delia, and hardly any sleep! Whew!

Steph Brown is the third Batgirl. But before that she was the fourth Robin, the only (canon) female one as well. But before even that, she was the Spoiler. Her father is Arthur Brown, the ClueMaster, a D-tier, maybe even E-tier, villain and a Ridder knock off. A real asshole, Steph became a hero to 'spoil' her father's crimes. She is a spunky girl who takes no shit with a smart mouth

Oracle/Batgirl/Barbara Gordon

Barbara Gordon. The First Batgirl, also goes by Oracle. Daughter of Commissioner Gordon, badass crime fighter and a computer genius. When not kicking ass in the streets, she's hacking into any villains entire set up while lying in the sheets

Abel Ferrara's version of Jack Finney's novel The Body Snatchers is nothing if not economical. The economy extends to the title: Don Siegel's 1956 version and Philip Kaufman's 1978 one were called Invasion of the Body Snatchers; Ferrara even drops the definite article. The story, too, has been pared down. Ferrara's version sets the story on a military base in Alabama instead of the urban California of the previous films. It also shifts the focus to a teenage girl, Marti Malone (Gabrielle Anwar), who comes with her family to the base when her father (Terry Kinney) is sent there by the EPA to investigate chemical pollution. The dynamic of a rebellious adolescent in a military culture is perfect for the conflict between individualism and conformity, the theme that unites all of the versions of Finney's story. In addition to her father, Marti's dysfunctional family consists of her stepmother, Carol (Meg Tilly), whom she dislikes, and her young half-brother, Andy (Reilly Muphy), who annoys her. Andy is the first to sense that something is seriously wrong in their new home when, during an art class at day care, all the other kids produce identical finger paintings. As they hold up their paintings, the teacher murmurs approvingly at each one until she comes to a halt at Andy's, which is unique. She clearly disapproves. One by one, the fact that people are being somehow replaced by identical but emotionless beings becomes clear. Ferrara is not particularly interested in the mechanics of invasion and transformation that took up more narrative space in the previous films. We get some nicely disgusting body horror scenes, but the response of Marti to the alien takeover is what drives the plot as she teams up with a handsome young helicopter pilot named Tim (Billy Wirth) to fight off the invaders. Tim's stoic military manner keeps us unsure whether he's not already one of the pod people, an ambiguity that persists until the end of the movie. Body Snatchers is a good rethinking of material whose previous versions are now considered classics. The source material was mined again for a fourth version, The invasion (Oliver Hirschbiegel, 2007), which starred Nicole Kidman and Daniel Craig but bombed with the critics.
