I started a new sketchbook recently and filled one page with some weird stuff and then decided to colour it so I guess it's a coloured sketch dump?

I tried to do some sort of coloured shading/lighting on those big hands because I finally feel like learning how to shade (I've been avoiding that part for years of my drawing process because I'm lazy), and I think I used like four different types of pens/markers here – mostly acrylic markers (those blend really well and have bright and thick shades), a bit of alcohol markers, glitter pens and highlighters

#my art #this whole page started with me trying to redraw a specific photo but I accidentally drew one hand bigger than the other #so I decided to improvise the rest instead of trying to redraw the actual face #and then I continued adding other stuff :)#sketch dump #coloured doodles #that redhaired gal is how I imagine the persona of our school band (we're called Deine Mutter aka Your Mother so it's a badass mom of sorts #sketches #doodles
