Oof oof, well I'm almost better other than this headache, which I have to figure out if it's hunger or dehydration (cause it's probably one of the two)
Also, the hydrocortisone cream really seems to be helping with what ever's going on behind my back that I can't get a good look at
So... stuff is improving... still want to kill myself
I mostly bring it up to show how chronically being suicidal feels. Things might be getting better, but... there's still so much beyond me to take care of, and the deep rooted issues like the fairly textbook neglect I experienced still really has a hold on my way of thinking and how I see myself
Maybe if I had a month where everything was stable, where I was getting enough to eat and had managed to take care of stuff like my backpain and isolation... maybe that would start to take care of it, but I kind of can't help but feel that I'd still feel suicidal from time to time
Which honestly would be ok with me, I can work with that. The problems in my life bother me more than the wanting to die
Anyway... just kind of want to give a window into how I'm thinking, less even because of me, and more just because hopefully maybe knowing how it feels to be suicidal to one person might help someone support someone else suicidal down the road
If that happened it would all be a bit more worth it

Bukan suruh stop qins. Kurangkan. Banyak kan minum air masak. Lantak lah pundi kencing kau goyang ke kendur ke. Yang penting kau tak dehydrate. And one more thing. U kena ingat. U have backpain. Once dia dah start sengal menyengal, back off then. Buat gaya macam orang backpain. U know the pantang larang right?
