I’ve had a hell of a day today. So I’ve just transitioned to a new hospital for my breathing, and I thought it was just going to be a standard appointment and although I was extremely nervous I answered all his questions, then the nurse was like “So we’re going to do a blood gas test from your ear.” When I got over my initial shock and confusion at how that was even possible, the guy was pulling out DeepHeat cream that is essentially an ointment to reduce pain in aching joints and rubbed it on my ear before leaving for ten minutes. Now, I was reassured that it wouldn’t hurt, and it actually didn’t for the first two needle pricks, but guess what? My ear didn’t want to bleed, so we only filled half the tube. Then he went away and came back to try again, and this time, it HURT, because I was being STABBED IN THE EAR for a grand total of FOUR TIMES. Guess what? We only filled half a tube AGAIN so I have to repeat this process at the next appointment and now my ear’s bruised. So how was your day?

Yea deep heat spray has a similar effect and now my cooter is on fire and I want to die

I've never used deep heat spray before, I normally use the paste or the wilkos version of the paste (it's cheaper and contains pretty much the same ingredients)

But the husband hates the smell of it on his hands after he helps me apply it to where I can't reach...well today I popped my shoulder out, put the spray on and then in 3 minutes came out in a all body rash so I jumped in the shower to wash it off.............. essentially just spreading this mace like substance (╬☉д⊙)⊰⊹ฺ

This is why spot tests are important, don't be like me, make sure you do your spot tests TT.TT
