Genuine question: how do you stop it from bursting or disintegrating in the deep fryer? The panko can't cover everything, and the photo makes the ranch still very liquid-like when completed. Wouldn't the water in the ranch react badly to hot oil? Is there some way of setting the shell before the main deep fry procedure?
