Farida Jalal slams death rumors, says ‘I’m hale and hearty’

Farida Jalal, who was rumored to have passed away last night, has made a statement through DNA saying “I am hale and hearty”. 

“I don’t know from where these baseless rumors are coming. Initially I laughed, but from last 30 minutes my phone have been constantly ringing and everybody is asking the same question. It’s a bit irritating, I wonder why people spread such rumors,” the actress added.

She also took to twitter to alert her fans about the death hoax.

The 67 year old veteran actress was a part of several Bollywood movies including Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham, Shararat, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Duplicate and Bobby.
