#in stars and time#ISAT#Siffrin#Loop#Dungeon Meshi#Thistle#Mithrun#This is incredibly self indulgent art but I've been doing commissions for other people - I can have this treat.#Two series that have me in a death grip right now and boy did the realization of the parallels between these characters hit hard.#Siffrin and Thistle are the āForgot what it was all forā duo. The āI'm scared to let it go (it must be let go)ā duo.#Loop and Mithrun are [REDACTED] [GO CHECK OUT THESE SERIES SPOILER FREE]#God I have so much to say about the Loop and Mithrun parallels. I won't here because I refuse to spoil people on ISAT.#What I *will* say is that both these characters had a similar curve in my interest in them.#Which is āI was ambivalent until the near end - where they then shot up to become some of my favourite characters ever.ā#We love characters with an incredible arc that reframes them so intensely that you the reader will never be the same after.#Anyways! (rotates both these crossovers in my head at a rapid orbit and gazes at them fondly).#This is my sandbox and I get to eat the sand!!!#I've got some MDZS/ISAT swap content coming soon as well. My sand eating knows no limits apparently.

Obsessed with how the life series CC's are reacting to the fandom. Scott is rejecting that he's the crux of the issues with PICS so strongly that he's ready to fight to keep them together. Meanwhile Pearl and Impulse are and have been for weeks planning on getting MESSYYYYYY with team drama and betrayals and are absolutely delighted that we're rooting for a fight. On the other side of things, Gem and Joel are still convinced they aren't the strongest duo despite having no real enemies and being the only team without a death. Lizzie is embracing canary culture, BET are arguing more than ever, Grian and people around him making references to him knowing what's gonna happen and how scary that is, agh its just so interesting!

At this point I'm going to be kind of disappointed if the plot of the next Persona game doesn't involve a thinly disguised caricature of a famous Japanese politician transforming into a big gnarly monster during a public speech and subsequently getting gunned down live on national television by half a dozen masked teenagers.

Mianite AU Concept:
Tom can see the future, but like, *every* possible future, so he's constantly running around confused like "wait is this the one where I get stabbed in 5 mins or the one where xyz-" and everyone thinks he's insane bc his head is already full of Too Many Thoughts that keeping track of timelines is Near Impossible for him so he has a 10% chance of actually accurately predicting something to an exact degree while the rest of the time he throws out WILD predictions that are no where near what happens.
Except for killing Dianite. He sees every possibility in that moment and realizes that the kindest, best outcome is the one in which he kills Dianite. Every other future comes with great consequences. Was it really ever an option, then?

one path i was debating, the one before bruce ACTUALLY breaks it, is he and khoa never have their snow fight or their rain breakup. they stick together, they train together, they STAY together because of the loop and the trauma bruce faced, the realization that he's in love. love has always fueled him and after losing minhkhoa again and again, after cradling his corpse again and again, he actually chooses khoa. he chooses to believe in his honey-promise of returning to gotham as men instead. and like.... that alone i want to write and but the time loop aspect can very quickly get sidetracked or forgotten about and like... NO idea how to tackle it with the skill it deserves lol

I think a life series idv au could work really well but A) the idv lore can be confusing so I donāt really know it THAT well and B) WHO TF IS GONNA LIKE THIS CROSSOVER š

i think sonic should die in a supernova to save the world, in the process become the universe itself, then rewind time and be the force that led sonic to west side island to meet tails. the story becomes a closed loop, ending in a tragedy preceding the beginning
