ive honestly been thinking about this for quite a while

imagining a wandering corpse in its graveyard after its come back, heavy and confused and everything quiet except for the cicadas

spotting a mossy angel statue in the weeds, keeping guard over the souls

feeling in its bones a desire it cant quite make out, and making its way to the statue. dully wondering about the desire, and laying hands on the statue, cold stone beneath cold skin.

stretching up to press a kiss to the hard mouth, not to bite or infect. not much of a kiss, more of a mouthing

continuing to kiss mindlessly, softly, pulling back to run its fingers over the dips in the stone, palms messily cupping the guardian's cheeks, arms thrown around the statue, loose and creaky. all feeling like an echo of something..

Where to get samples:

I personally recommend Luckyscent and Surrender to Chance for decants of brands that might be out of stock or don't offer samples. Most samples will be anywhere from $3 to $8 and these sites will often have sales, especially during the holidays.

Some places such as Black Phoenix Alchemy Lab, Hexennacht, or The Strange South are partnered with Ajevie to provide samples.

Additional:

Fragrances more often than not are NOT cheap. I highly recommend tracking down a sample of whatever fragrance you want BEFORE spending the money to get a bottle. Always try fragrances in a small amount beforehand to make sure you have no reactions to the formula or scent, and wash it off quickly if you do. When wearing perfume oils, keep the area out of direct sunlight.
