During down time, I’ve been sketching out some Baddies designs for the Horror Fighter’s setting. A fun combination of tech and the undead to go with its dystopian future themes.

I was so pumped for the Deadpool variants, buying the merchandise with Headpool in it. Excitedly talking about (FOR MONTHS) my theories that it'll be a Deadcorps movie. Hyping myself up, giving myself so much hope. I had so much hope.

Only for my darling Headpool to say 3 words and float around in horrid cgi. (Normally, bad cgi charms me, but this movie had a budget over 200 million.) And the variants to have, what? 20 minutes? A 20 minute, non plot relevant gore fest for sickos to get their rocks off

I'm crushed, and the best parts of that movie were the intro fight with *NSYNC and the car fight. I think you could watch both those scenes and have more fulfilment than the whole movie.

Anyways, you're like the only other person I know who shares my opinion on this movie.

the cgi in this movie was. awful. but i think that's just mcu tradition now. i don't know. i hate this recurring thing now where someone says "this was bad" and my only response is "of course it's bad. it's marvel."
