三谷直哉氏は、あのジョエル・ロブションにて各部門のセクション長を務めたり、その後は星付きレストランで副料理長・料理長を務めてきたような方です。 退職後、身近なお料理にフレンチの技法を生かし、敷居が高く感じるフレンチをカジュアルに楽しんで頂くことをコンセプトとし、La magie［ラ・マジー］ブランドを立ち上げました。 そんなLa magieのお料理と、ニンカシのクラフトビールやワインをお楽しみ頂けるようになりました！ 本気のクラフトビールと本気のお料理をカジュアルにお楽しみください。

 ↑ ショーレギューム ショーレギュームとは、温かい野菜という意味。 今回は竹の子やズッキーニ、ナスなど数種類の焼き野菜盛りを肉出汁のソースで食べる一品。野菜の旨みが味わえます。

  ↑ 牛頬赤ワイン煮込み 以前のお店から大人気のお料理。 長時間煮込んだ牛頬はトロトロで、付け合わせのマッシュポテトとの相性もピッタリ。

Setting eyes in a vinyl head is a piss; the putty really doesn’t like to stick.
