Note only the copyright holder (or agent authorised to act on their behalf) can report abuse, so if your art's there report the hell out of them!
Attention artists, art theft!
Saw this post by rosebloom-arts and decided to check it out. Turns out she is not the only person suffering from art theft by this website, making profit from printing posters of peoples artwork without any premission whatsoever.
I saw i lot of artworks including my own and from a lot of other people!
This is the website. If you search you name you will find some of your artworks they are using. And here is the petition to end this website.
This is affecting a lot of people, not just myself and if you are an artist either by photography or drawing they are most likely stealing from you too.
So check it out and sign the petition, please.

Am I the only one who thinks Superheroes shows and anime switched places with each other over the decades when it comes to being faithful to the source material?
Like in the 90′s & 00′s Superheroes shows were heavily inspired by their comics-counterparts and sometimes would even adapt entire storylines from the comics, while a lot of the popular anime in the 90′s/00′s will straight up diverge from the manga to the point where it becomes an entirely different show with different characters from the source material.
Then in the year 2010 (where FMA:B & YJ were airing) everything changed, now anime started adapting manga thoroughly in a 1:1 manners, while animated (and live-action) Superhero shows have almost nothing in common with the comics.
#the fact that FMA:B & YJ were airing at the same time is the perfect example#After FMA 2003 they just had to make FMA:B to closely follow the manga#and it started the trend in shounen where the anime HAS to follow the manga as closely as possible#you can add extra material but you can not change already-existing things#as for YJ.......I'm convinced that the reason they had the audacity to make the DCMA is because of YJ's success

Y'all doin all this "dm the link" and sharing personal emails in a discord server(which is illegal, but this is the internet) to prevent somebody from sharing your stuff. Well, I'm gonna tell ya like I told the other creators who are trying to follow in your footsteps: It aint doin what you think it's doin. You're just physically wasting your own time at this point.
Y'all stay pressed about chat group, meanwhile your stuff is for sale on some Chinese website for $0.69 🤣 #ooooof

So tonight, I was reminded that someone has posted an unauthorized German translation of Be Together on Wattpad, without referencing my original work. It's been reported multiple times, but it's still up over five years later. I looked into it a little bit and it seems like Wattpad won't remove it without a DCMA takedown request, but I don't really fancy giving Wattpad my legal name and address.
Has anyone else dealt with this? Suggestions on how you handled it?? I don't want my fics posted anywhere that I haven't posted them — ffnet and AO3.

Allow myself to get a little RETROspective over FusionFall for a bit...
You may have noticed my Tumblr page now looks like a Windows 7 computer operating system. You like it? Along with that, I also updated my "find me elsewhere" list of virtual places to include FusionFall's second revival, OpenFusion (soon to include Retrobution, the revival of FusionFall Retro). In addition to that, I made a page just for my Creature Feature, which you can find in the pinned post or by clicking here. . After making that page for my four Creature Features, I began thinking back to my time in the Future...both times. What do I mean by that? Well, lemme first take you back: late September of 2018... (A VERY long and unfocused post past this point.)
. FusionFall had came back to life/into my life with the beta release of Retro, housing the first four levels and the entire Future Zone. I remember the days and nights leading up to the 29th (which was actually the 27th) being spent with the local players hunting Bad Max to pass the time until the Past was released to the public (or you could say until the time machine was finished). I can't remember if I found Don Doom while Retro was out, but I did in OpenFusion since the Future Zone was empty of players. . Eventually, one afternoon, I logged onto to the Universe Team's website (what used to be fusionfallretro.com, I think) to find that a glorious update on the front page. I don't remember what it said exactly, but you can assume that the Past Zone ergo the entire rest of the game was finished. With this release, Przzyfied (one of the bois on the team), whom I was subscribed to and looked forward to his FuFa (FusionFall) content eagerly, released a Smash Ultimate-type video showcasing all the characters in the game much like the source material did to announce this update.
youtube
This, of course, was around when the EVERYONE WAS HERE tagline was hyped to the max. I saw this as a second chance to finish what I started about a decade before. As I said in a rant addressing the DCMA takedown, I came a few levels close of crossing this game off my bucket list before it shutdown, but luckily with OpenFusion, I have that chance again. Third time's the charm. . So, yeah, the Past Zone was open, TIME TO GO! (this mission was removed in Retro btw) I bid the characters farewell and Samurai Jack'd my ass outta 'ere i have not watched samurai jack anyway fast forward past the shutdown to OpenFusion where I restarted my journey to save the Cartoon Network Universe. . This is where my Creature Feature showcase started. I also began an external and complex log of every mission, Boss Monster and Thromnambular locations, along with other details and I'd like to share it with other Notepad Purists-- I mean everyone when I finish it. As you may know, I've only done four monsters; those found in the Future Zone. I didn't spend as much time here as I did in 2018 and I was a bit less thoughtful with my decision to leave but it felt just as sorrowful having to go. I kept playing until level 12 where I just stopped. . The reason I haven't posted any more than the four I got is because I just hadn't found any more interesting monsters to showcase in the Past. I couldn't find any thing to like. However, be ready for the Oil Ogres when I get there-- I will post about them, I will gush about their greatness. . NOW. "Present day" post-Majora's Mask again after eight years. Seriously, I haven't played that game since I was in metaphorical diapers. I used a guide to get through that game my very first time (masks included), but the last time--the most recent time--I think it was nearing the end of Spring, early Summer, anyways I 100%'d the game ALL. BY. MY. SELF (save for the one heart piece from the treasure chest game won by being a goron, i don't know how i would've figured this out in-game, what? do i talk to someone in clock town AS a goron to get this information idk maybe i should try that next time in eight years). But in this last playthrough, I had what may have been my greatest yet most melancholy memory with this game. . Alright, lemme paint this picture: uhh let's do 4chan. >be me >like 90% done with mm >stone tower is left along with other things
BAH forget it. Yes, I was very close to finishing this game. I had the Stone Tower Temple (and its 15 stray fairies) left to do along with the Anju and Kafei three-day-time sidequest, maybe a few masks, too, and the remaining Heart Pieces (excluding the Moon, those were easy enough to obtain). By the way, I fucked up the Bombchu aiming needed to get to the one kid wearing Twinmold's mask, so the first time beating Majora was without the Fierce Deity Mask, but just a week or two ago, I went back and absolutely shat on Majora because I got the FD mask after simply
getting good.
Maybe it was meant to be; to do the final boss as base Link, then the bonus is a rematch using the sheer and raw power of the Fierce Deity Mask. . Sorry tangent, yeah I was close to the end of the game. I began the three day cycle anew. In this timeline, before heading to the Stone Tower Temple (STT, from here on), I had a rematch with the prior dungeon bosses, Odalwa, Goht, and Gyorg, before moving on to the penultimate frontier. Snowhead took me more than the three days (inverted Song of Time activated, too) to figure out the earlier puzzle in the central room, so I had to reset time once to complete the whole dungeon. Surprisingly, STT took me only two and 3/4 days (inverted time activated also), or until midnight of the Final Day to complete. I can't remember what I was more stuck on, the puzzles or the fairies. . I had to listen to the greatest dungeon song for about 3 hours. . But man, upon seeing that cutscene of the four giants' spirits(?) being released, that just felt "it" for me. I had nothing else I wanted to/could do (time-specific sidequests) since, again, I was nearly 100% done with the game, so I returned to Clock Town for a drink: a nice alcoholic Chateau Romani. After a nice swig of three-day-magic, I just roamed the fields with Epona until I had pulled out my Ocarina at the last second to reset time to the Dawn of the First Day. I nearly let the world end, and it was such an indescribable, unhappy feeling. You know "My Friend and the Setting Sun"? yeah well I was "My Horse and the Falling Moon".
youtube
So that brings me back to FusionFall. With nothing left to do but wait til the world ends (well you dont actually see the world end, but it's implied that it does after you travel back in time), it left me with that feeling of, I guess, "I don't wanna leave this place but I have to because this game has an important story ahead". . Or maybe it just has something to do with me and my idea of timelines. I'd have to leave something I cannot return to, and I find it difficult to leave things I grown attached to. Yeah, it's a videogame at the end of the day, but it's more to me. The characters I met, the things I've done and the things I've seen will be gone when I leave and no one else will remember. Makes me sad, really. . sorry Where was I going with this? I forgot.

Since your mainly a dc blog, I think comics divisions of companies don’t really work with adaptators often these days. I have a running theory that dc presume Damian would stay dead after Morrison’s run and be a one note character in Batman mythos. Then WB animation came along and told them that Damian is the Robin for dcma. Thus why he still around, make sense?
Damian permanently dying in Batman Inc was fully Morrison's intentions and plan since the day they created him, however even though they were Damian's creator, they don't have full ownership to his character or a say to what will happen to him after they're done writing him.
Damian was brought back simply because he has already become a very popular character with a prevalent presence in Batman's comics, so it was foolish on their part to think that they can just treat him as a one note character after all of these years and again, killing him was solely Morrison's decision. In fact Tomasi and Gleason both said they didn't like what has been done to him and that they wanted to waste no time undoing his death, which is why he only stayed dead for 2 years before coming back.
It actually makes me wonder if the reason his death was taken so seriously in-universe and why we saw so many characters mourn him on-panel (which is rare to see in comics in modern-day) is because other writers genuinely thought he wouldn't come back and wanted to give him a proper send-off?
As for your theory......I can see why you would think that since Damian died in the comics one year before the released of the first movie with him, but I think its safe to say that WB animation don't have any type of authority over what happens in the comics, especially for the sake of the DCMU, whose movies lose all hype just a couple of months of after getting released and its not like the SoB movie was THAT much of a hit.
#I feel like I was all over the place and unorganized in my answer#but I hope the message was delivered

heyy, hope you are well 🤍 i found ur blog sometime ago and i just want to say i ADORE your builds ands interiors so much. truly one of my fav simblrs & builders ever. i just want to ask, where do you get ur content from retired creators like miljamaison, dareon and others. i seem to struggle to find milja’s cc anywhere else other than build downloads. and if i were to find the cc can i re-upload them in simfileshare? i’m really noob in cc TOU’s and want to respect them, i have been wondering this for so long, i thought u would know better than me. hope this wasn’t that hard to understand and thank you in advance!! 🫶🏼🫶🏼
hello nonny, i am doing well but a bit burnt out because it's the end of the year and work is stressing me out. anyway, thank you so much - honestly been surprised that people still remember my crap after basically disappearing for 2 years lol. the internet has a short memory and all that. regarding your question, i'm so old in the whole simblr/alpha community that i have the files because i downloaded them back when those creators were active and posting LOL.
several of them ended up becoming friends/mutual acquaintances. generally most of their stuff can be found from googling the creator name then simfileshare and you'll find random CC dumps of old deleted cc, and or the perma-paywall distribution networks (linking to these lately i have heard will get tumblr accounts deleted from wayward DCMA take down actions, so i do not link to them, i'm afraid) - if you do a google you will find the path. personally, i think that if the creator has left the sims community, re-hosting the files for free with proper credit given to the original creators, is fine. however, if the creator happens to come back to the community, or contacts you and asks for removal, then the respectful thing to do would be abide their wishes.
a lot of times, the creator may not have initially deleted their links, but over the years hosting accounts expire. you can't always guarantee that the creator intended for everything to be removed, versus, they just couldn't keep up with fixing links in a community they are no longer part of.

does vpn prevent dcma
VPN definition
A VPN, or Virtual Private Network, is a crucial tool for safeguarding your online privacy and security. Essentially, a VPN creates a secure and encrypted connection between your device and the internet, regardless of whether you're using a public Wi-Fi network or your home internet connection.
But what does that mean in practical terms? Well, imagine you're sending a letter to a friend. Without a VPN, it's like sending that letter without an envelope – anyone who intercepts it can read its contents. However, when you use a VPN, it's like sealing your letter in a secure envelope before sending it off. Even if someone were to intercept it, they wouldn't be able to see what's inside.
So, why is this important? For starters, it protects your sensitive information, such as passwords, credit card details, and personal messages, from hackers and cybercriminals who may be lurking on the same network as you. Additionally, a VPN can help you bypass censorship and access geo-restricted content by masking your IP address and making it appear as though you're accessing the internet from a different location.
Moreover, VPNs are invaluable for businesses and remote workers who need to access company resources securely from anywhere in the world. By encrypting their connections, VPNs ensure that sensitive company data remains private and confidential, even when employees are working remotely.
In essence, a VPN is like a digital bodyguard, protecting your online activities and ensuring your internet experience is secure, private, and unrestricted. Whether you're browsing the web, streaming your favorite shows, or working remotely, a VPN is an essential tool for anyone who values their online privacy and security.
DMCA regulations
The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) is a crucial set of regulations that govern online copyright infringement issues in the United States. Enacted in 1998, the DMCA provides a legal framework for addressing the challenges posed by digital technologies to intellectual property rights.
One of the key provisions of the DMCA is the establishment of a safe harbor for online service providers. This provision shields internet platforms from being held liable for copyright infringement by their users, as long as they promptly respond to takedown notices from copyright holders. This safe harbor has been essential in fostering the growth of online platforms while also protecting the interests of creators and copyright owners.
Another important aspect of the DMCA is its anti-circumvention provisions, which make it illegal to circumvent technological measures that control access to copyrighted works. This provision helps prevent the unauthorized distribution of copyrighted content through digital means.
Furthermore, the DMCA includes provisions for notice-and-takedown procedures, which allow copyright holders to request the removal of infringing content from online platforms. This process helps copyright owners protect their intellectual property rights in the digital realm.
Overall, the DMCA plays a vital role in balancing the interests of content creators, online platforms, and the general public in the digital age. By providing a legal framework for addressing copyright issues online, the DMCA helps uphold the rights of creators while also promoting innovation and creativity in the digital economy.
VPN encryption
Title: Understanding VPN Encryption: Securing Your Online Privacy
In today's digital age, concerns about online privacy and security are at an all-time high. With cyber threats looming around every corner, individuals and organizations alike are turning to Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) as a crucial tool for safeguarding sensitive data and maintaining anonymity online. At the heart of every VPN lies its encryption protocol, which forms the backbone of its security infrastructure.
VPN encryption works by scrambling data as it travels between your device and the VPN server, making it unreadable to anyone attempting to intercept it. This process ensures that your online activities, such as browsing history, emails, and financial transactions, remain confidential and protected from prying eyes.
There are several encryption protocols used by VPNs, each offering varying levels of security and performance. The most commonly used protocols include OpenVPN, L2TP/IPsec, IKEv2/IPsec, and WireGuard. OpenVPN is widely regarded as one of the most secure options, thanks to its open-source nature and strong encryption standards.
When choosing a VPN provider, it's essential to consider the encryption protocols they offer, as well as their commitment to user privacy and data protection. Look for providers that employ robust encryption algorithms, such as AES-256, which is virtually unbreakable even by the most sophisticated cyber attackers.
While VPN encryption provides a powerful layer of defense against cyber threats, it's essential to remember that no security measure is foolproof. Users should exercise caution when sharing sensitive information online and remain vigilant against potential risks.
In conclusion, VPN encryption is a vital tool for protecting your online privacy and security in an increasingly interconnected world. By understanding how encryption works and choosing reputable VPN providers, individuals and businesses can enjoy peace of mind knowing that their data remains safe from prying eyes.
DMCA enforcement
Title: Understanding DMCA Enforcement: Protecting Intellectual Property Online
In the digital age, protecting intellectual property (IP) is paramount. The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) serves as a crucial tool in safeguarding creators' rights in the online sphere. Enacted in 1998, the DMCA establishes guidelines and procedures for addressing copyright infringement on the internet.
DMCA enforcement involves several key components. One of the most important is the provision for notice and takedown. Copyright holders can submit notices to online service providers (OSPs) when they discover infringing material on their platforms. OSPs are then obligated to promptly remove the content or risk liability for hosting copyrighted material without permission.
Additionally, the DMCA includes provisions for safe harbor, which protect OSPs from liability for copyright infringement by their users under certain conditions. To qualify for safe harbor protection, OSPs must implement and adhere to specified procedures for responding to copyright infringement claims.
DMCA enforcement also extends to anti-circumvention measures, which prohibit the circumvention of technological measures used to protect copyrighted works. This includes actions such as breaking digital rights management (DRM) systems or tampering with access controls.
Furthermore, the DMCA outlines provisions for counter-notifications, allowing users who believe their content was wrongfully removed to challenge the takedown by submitting a counter-notification. This process helps balance the interests of copyright holders and content users.
Overall, DMCA enforcement plays a crucial role in maintaining a balance between protecting intellectual property rights and fostering innovation and creativity online. By providing mechanisms for addressing copyright infringement while also safeguarding the interests of OSPs and users, the DMCA helps promote a thriving digital ecosystem where creators can share their work with confidence.
VPN legality
VPN, or Virtual Private Network, is a tool that is often used to enhance online privacy and security. However, the legality of VPN usage varies from country to country.
In many countries, VPN usage is completely legal and is widely used by individuals, businesses, and organizations to protect their online activities from cyber threats. These countries often have laws that respect individuals' rights to online privacy and freedom of speech, allowing the use of VPNs to safeguard their internet connection.
On the other hand, some countries have imposed restrictions on VPN usage due to various reasons, such as preventing illegal activities or controlling internet access. In these countries, using a VPN may be subject to regulations, and some VPN services may even be banned.
It is essential for individuals to understand the legal implications of using VPNs in their respective countries. It is advisable to research and familiarize oneself with the laws and regulations regarding VPN usage to avoid any potential legal issues.
In conclusion, while VPNs are legitimate tools for ensuring online security and privacy, it is crucial to be aware of the legal framework surrounding their usage in different countries. By being informed and compliant with the laws, individuals can make the most of VPN services without facing any legal consequences.

funny you only answered that one, but see the thing is you stole from me. you broke my tos. sure i got myself a nice little burner account because no one wants a cc creator who gets into messy drama, but you sold my content bundled with one of your little sims, and if you think i'm going to stop coming for you. forget it. it might take time, but i'll get you. maybe i will pay. if you're going to sell other cc creators' content without them knowing why shouldn't i? what are you gonna do dcma me?
What did I steal from you? tell me so I can delete it from all of my sims. The fact that you come to claim with a fake account It's ridiculous. 🥴

DCMA is a funny thing, cause you just read an article about Hollywood trying to remove an app from github you never heard of before cause it let's you stream or download pirated shows without ads or wait times and suddenly I'm in bed watching Euphoria going "yeah, I see why they hate this"
#Cloudstream#Android#It's truly comical how good this app is#If they hadn't tried to DCMA this never would have heard of it

Alright, this is explaining the DCMA on Portal 64. The creator even said in their announcement for cancellation "Because the project depends on Nintendo's proprietary libraries [...]" This means that there was a possibility that Valve themselves would face legal trouble FROM NINTENDO. Yep, its Nintendo at it again, not Valve.
If you would like to read more, here's an article explaining the situation:
For some good news on Valve's part, a recent prequel that was being made for Portal was just released on 1/6/24, a complete mod for Portal. Its called Portal Revolution. Valve don't seem to mind that at all, per usual Valve behavior.
As for the AI, here is the announcement from Steam, as it was not included in the original post. This includes the guidelines for usage.
One thing that people may find comforting is this line directly from the announcement. You will not be in the dark about what AI is used for:
"We will also include much of your disclosure on the Steam store page for your game, so customers can also understand how the game uses AI."
Hope this helps.
What a day to be a tf2 fan after what nonsense valve pulled. Ngl, I'm tired

mcu peter parker vs miguel o'hara is nepotism baby vs other much weirder nepotism baby
NO JOKE JAKLDSF
Yeah, I make fun of MCU Peter, but Miguel "I got scouted early and especially picked to advance quickly through the megacorp and recieved personal attention from the VP because I'm just that great" O'Hara is a) so much worse and b) so much more annoying about it. Bright side is Miguel steals Evil Corp from his dad and then proceeds to vindictively run it into the ground. Socialist king. Peter take notes.
I don't know why Miguel didn't go IMMEDIATELY to the tabloids with the "bastard son of Evil Corp VP tried to addict his son to drugs" story, but maybe Miguel prefers direct action and takes care of his problems himself (kill his dad). Miguel's story arc involves being a member of Evil Corp and trying to save lives, becomes a cult leader and has Marx forcibly dictated to him by Thor worshippers as he tries to escape yet another guy trying to smack him with a DCMA claim, and then engages in praxis by killing capitalists and neoliberals. Great character arc over the series where becomes better and also somehow a lot worse.
Anyway, I think in a time travel situation Peter would have a conspiracy theory that Miguel is an immortal vampire who is secretly using Tony's genetics laboratory to make everybody else into vampires (Miguel has red eyes and fangs in the comics, because he was made in 1994 and he is fantastic). In 2099 Mobius is the patron saint of several small Eastern European villages and the vast majority of Finland, so Miguel takes this as a compliment. He goes by Miguel Ojeda, because he hates all three of his parents.
I have actual legitimate theories for Miguel's appearance in ITSV but I think the funniest possibility is that Miguel involves himself in inter-dimension saving, but the minute a portal opens up back to 2099 (probably 2/3ds of the way through this fake movie or comic) he walks straight through and goes back home, leaving everybody else to do all the work. This happened in the comics. Everybody extends sympathy that he lives in a dystopia. He thinks everybody else lives in an unlivable hellpit because their universes contain libertarianism. And/or smartphones, much in the same way if I stepped inside a utopia without internet I would turn around and walk right out. Somebody tries to explain democracy to him, which he also finds statistically and scientifically inefficient. They should have Doom as a "president" like in 2099. He makes the trains run on time.
#my asks#yes doom became “president” in the comics and miguel wondered if he should be worried about this#before shrugging and going home#sm99 does have a lot of kinda lame soap opera plotlines like the secret villain dad thing#in sm99 fashion it was dumb and explained a lot and opened up some interesting plotlines#it is so weird about its soap opera plotlines#theres a love triangle with his fiance and exgf#who#can't stress enough#he cheated on his ex gf with his current fiance who was his brother's gf#because he SUCKS#except the author i think was like 'wait the exgf is a way better character'#and killed her off so he got together with the exgf kinda#like. its weird comic#both better and worse in theory#miguel o'hara#spider-man 2099#miguel o hara
