Like, I feel like our boys broke the internet in the best possible way, and I can't stop laughing.

First, after I'm sure their algorithm went haywire from the huge influx of cameo requests that just showed up on George's profile out of seemingly nowhere, Cameo's interest is piqued. They post this:

Im real concerned about how some of y'all are talking about your cameo requests. Please PLEASE remember they are real people who can be personally affected by what you ask them. Do not send them ao3 links, rpf, nsfw stuff, requests to read either of these things, or anything else of that nature. If YOU wouldn't want to get something from a complete stranger on the internet, then don't send it. Please please be respectful. We want them to have a good experience and feel appreciated and not creeped out so they never do this again.

Charles & Edwin's Marriage Vows

So, I wasn't originally going to share my Cameo b/c most of it reveals personal information about myself - however, I saw some people express disappointment b/c they felt the Cameo's weren't "Payneland" enough (gotta ask the right questions, my friends)! [Also, I disagree, plenty of the Cameo's brought me great Payneland joy: calling them soulmates, that they would always choose each other to share an afterlife with, that Charles would bring Edwin on an absolutely disastrous first date, and of course that Charles will hate the Cat King forever LMFAO]. Anyway, I used my - not great - technological skills to clip my Cameo to share one little moment: how Charles & Edwin would end their wedding vows in a special way :) - Jayden and George also expressed that Charles & Edwin are already basically a married couple, but that a wedding would let them be, in Jayden's words "proper married." Hopefully this brings some of you joy!

I think he was ultimately very moved by it and it’s one of the reasons why he does feel so connected to Charles. ‘Did the boys’ physical/emotional harmony come naturally? Was the way one picks up where the other leaves off intentional?’, No, to be honest, I think it’s just because of us to be fair. I think mine and George’s physical and emotional harmony run very parallel with each other. We pretty much share one brain. Like for example, when we were filming the pilot just kind of by chance Jayden and I would do this simultaneous— George and Jayden look at each other— and then suddenly down the series they’re saying do the Edwin and Charles look! And we’re like huh? the Edwin and Charles look?? But, thank you for your great questions, Ringo, I hope they satisfied you. Here's my cameo! My request was: Could you (George) read the poem "Violets" & could you (Jayden) read "Nachklang" (both by Roland Leighton)? Jayden, can you explain how the ep6 cricket bat boomerang shot was filmed? Do you (both) think Edwin still reads stories to Charles sometimes?

I'm so beyond happy that I finally know how they filmed the cricket bat scene and I feel like Jayden really loved explaining that which makes me extra glad. The poems just have personal meaning to me; they're probably quite random to everyone else (including Jayden and George) but oh well... But I am still in stitches that Jayden misread sceptic as septic - "sweetest septic, we were born for living" - I will never be able to not think about that when reading this poem 🙃 Anyway, I hope you like the video 💙

I got a cameo from George but I don't wanna post the video since there's some personal stuff from me in there, but I do want to transcribe his answers to my silly little questions, so here's that!

What do you think it would take/what would need to happen for Edwin to trust Crystal 100% like he does Charles? Is it even possible?

"Ummm... I don't know... I mean obviously she betrayed his trust in the pilot, but I think that absolutely was a forgivable offense. And it meant that we could make a TV show. I think he could, I think he could. Edwin is slowly learning to loosen sort of the grip he has on his emotional repression, and part of that is really learning how to let people in fully, fully (fully fully fully). I think there's definitely a kinship with Crystal, I think they're very similar. And the more he gets to know her, the more he'd absolutely learn to trust her. I mean, she's shown throughout the series that she'd go through great lengths to protect him, like in the season finale in Esther's house. So, yeah. She's put herself on the line, alot, poor Kassius, filming, [chuckle], there were so many stunts and all that stuff. So yeah, yes. I'm gonna say yes."

What about a hug from her that he would reciprocate?

"Hey, you never know! I don't think Edwin likes hugs, he doesn't like hugs. But you never know. And in fact, one of the deleted scenes from the pilot was outside Becky Aspen's house, and it was the original ending to episode one, and it was Crystal hugging Edwin, outside. But he did not reciprocate. My gosh, that would be a twist."

First: I’m so happy he liked the spirited away comment! I did that on purpose to see if he’d comment on it and he did! So Yay! It’s the simple things for me

Second: me and @skinnybritishdudes respectfully disagree on his second answer lmfao, I 100% do agree that Edwin would’ve completely lost his damn mind afterwards, but you can’t look me in the eyes and tell me after watching Edwin’s reaction that he wouldn’t of gotten swept away in the moment, like that boy was gone until the Cat King played himself lol smh

Saw a George Cameo on my dash and it was one I'd seen before (because I hunted and consumed them like it was my job at the time) and had a wistful thought about all the videos that were not shared and I'll never get to see. He recorded 19 hours!

But that made me remember that I had not posted one of mine. For no reason, really, other than that I kind of wanted to save the restaurant recommendation for myself. But you know what? I'm probably never going to get to Italy (my question was prefaced with how desperately I wanted to go, but that I thought it unlikely I'd ever have the opportunity), but some people actually live there or DO get the chance to visit. If y'all go, though, please have the tiramisu and report back to me about it.

So here's one more cameo: featuring George speaking Italian, doing a cute chef's kiss hand gesture, and admitting he doesn't really have much left to say about his performance as Edwin.
