Better Every Day: Day 122

May 2 Do you love yourself? Describe what that feels like.

I love myself to a point. I am proud of myself for what I have become and the person that I have grown up to be. I am happy that people confine in me and that there are even some who think so highly of me. But do I love myself the way that I should, that is healthy? Probably not. But I am trying to work at it more and more every day.

It’s Day It’s Day 122 of the Windy Wessagusset Wimple of 2024. The wind was steady out of the northeast at 7mph with gusts at 8mph at 11am. The temperature was 47° and it felt like 46°. I used the Dark Orchid color of Red Heart Super Saver yarn to show the wind was out of the northeast. I worked my knitting in garter stitch since the wind was blowing at 7mph. Today began cloudy in Wessagusset, but by late this afternoon the sun came out and brightened up the day. It was cool, but with the sun it became more comfortable considering that I was wearing a flannel shirt. Other than the commuter boat there wasn’t any boat traffic that I saw, so I’d say it was a quiet day on the water. The Celtics will try to wrap up their series with the Heat tonight. Here’s hoping for some success because the Bruins are so inconsistent it seems hard to watch them right now. Be safe out there.
