I've seen someone say that a 'Great British Bake Off: Holiday Special" with David, Georgia, Michael and Anna would be great.

BUT

What about a 'Taskmaster New Year's Special' with the addition of @neil-gaiman

Think about...

Micheal would probably be the "older" contestant that struggles with the most straightforward of task. Like when he had to peel an onion. (With him also being from Wales, Greg might go easy on him.)

David, would either run around with the enthusiasm of a child or get so incredibly frustrated it would be comedic gold! Either way, very entertaining .

Georgia, has worked with Little Alex Horn before (The Alex Horn Show) so I feel like she'd have no issue telling him to go do something or "bullying" him around. I also feel like she's quite clever and would do very well.

Anna, is a bit of a wild card. I don't know much about her personality. From what I've seen I can only guess she'd have a fun time and Greg would mock her for being young, beautiful and so full of life (like he dose with many contestants)

And then Neil. I feel like he'd be able to out smart alot of the tasks and find the crafty work arounds. All while being silly or very serious

I could be WAY off. But I think it be fun to watch.

FINALLY got my Mum to finish Good Omens!!

Results:

In the last 15, Crowley said “good luck” and started to walk towards the door. Mum said,

“Hang on, they’re not going to leave it sad like this are they?” with panic in her voice.

I just said “keep watching”.

She continued in silence, and I could feel her holding her breath, until the moment Aziraphale walked into the lift. That’s when she grunted from frustration and began rocking around in her seat, blood pressure in her face was beetroot.

Her eyes started to well up as Crowley looked at Nina and Maggie from the Bentley, and she had tears by the credits. She was soooo sad and pissed off, and said,

“It’s EXACTLY like how I feel when I watch gone with the wind - I just want to SHAKE them both and tell them to wake up! When’s the next season coming out?!”

“They start filming start of next year”

“OHHHH SHIT! So I’ve got to wait AGES before this gets fixed!”

“Welcome to the fandom Mum. How do you think we’ve been feeling since AUGUST? This is why I’ve been HOUNDING you to watch it, so I can talk to you about it.”

“You tricked me! You said today was going to be a real happy day!”

That’s when I cracked up laughing. I had called this Omens Day because I was excited to watch it with her, but to be fair, I also cooked a massive brunch for her, then after the end I showed her my fav fanvids, bts vids, interviews, music, bloopers, I gave her my Gomens fic to read as well…then we watched S1 of Staged. She can’t wait to watch the rest 😇

I think Georgia Tennant should have her own daytime talk show.

BUT,

It's just her and sometimes a guest (maybe co host Mertyl) in a room of her house. No studio audience, no fancy set, and Georgia wearing whatever the heck she wants (i.e. sweatpants, hoody, overalls, ect) same with the guests. No suits or fancy dresses! She can give out life advice, tell us about her day, and other day to day stuff.

I could just watch her talk about nothing and everything. While in my sweatpants at home, and her hanging out in her sweatpants in her home.

Just a chill hangout session for 30 mins

holy hell I think it's done? I don't normally do much fanart but my brother and I wanted to understand why all the tumblr girlies are so obsessed with these day old men so we binged this show which immediately grabbed me by the throat and hurled me into the gay old men fervor and wouldn't let me do anything else until I finished some kind of tribute ᕕ( ᐛ )ᕗ

okay so I know you have to be kinda careful about making someone's face all black... but I usually dislike clearly human halves on most monster designs, and red wouldn't work either, so I just kind of tried to lighten it closer to the orangey scales on his snake face and hope it worked out?

you can see the other design ideas I had for naga!crowley in the thumbnail sketch but it diverged enough that actually I'm gonna probably just keep that as a separate design for perhaps a future character, like a tiefling/salamander npc for the next campaign perhaps 🤔

this one took a lot longer than usual due to trying to actually somewhat accurately capture an existing person's face, trying to put more effort into detailing the scales, and a style of hair I don't draw as often haha. wahoo @ being able to rather fittingly apply my monsterpeople habits to some fanart for once :)

I immediately threw together a playlist for them that I keep listening to on repeat and "til kingdom come" is the last song on there, which has been giving me blorbo heart hurty for over a decade now

genuinely felt a tangible kind of relief like 'ahhhh...' when I finished the lines cause this art was all-consuming til I let it out 8') I really really wanna keep drawing these two but feel like a week or two is all I can reasonably take away from commissions at the moment... but if I can power through another real quick maybe I'll allow myself some smorching doodles heehee
