If Davian and Fiasco were to have a meal together, what would they talk about and what do they eat? Is it a brunch? tea? a steak dinner?

Good ask! I’ve thought a lot about what interactions between the two would look like and it inspired me to consider the differences between the two. At its core, Davian lived most of their unlife without any agency, having decisions made for them and existing fully to serve. With control, Davian gets lost very easily. Fiasco, on the other hand, views his freedom as his most prized possession, but his nature sometimes binds him to duty or debt in a way that he can’t really fight.

I think the two would honestly butt heads pretty quickly, as they just stand on two opposite ends of the Endurance/Submission spectrum (as much as Davian tried to move along that spectrum; their story still very much ended with them in service to Grimm and to Ardowin as a whole). I think their conversation would be pretty political, discussing the big players in the multiverse and why they should/shouldn’t serve the purpose they serve. I think they’d probably spend a lot of time just talking about their parties as well, because both of them really feel like they have to be a rock to the party; Davian’s original soul was the “glue” for the Pre-time skip party, and Fiasco has a “planning problem.” They carry a similar weight in that matter.

In terms of food, I think they’d share a supreme Nachos platter and crack some Thunderbrewskis
