This is gonna be a long one, so.... my heart has been hurting lately, and I crave some comfort, so could I request a scenario where MC leaves the Devildom with no way to get back or contact the demons but when they eventually pass away in the human realm, Diavolo pulls some strings to get them into the Devildom and they surprise the brothers after not seeing them for 70+ years? Preferably platonic and no nsfw please and thank you :3

Also it's totally chill if you don't wanna write this or if it doesn't make any sense, I tend to ramble😅

Dear anon, I'm sorry your heart is feeling quite heavy now and I hope you'll be able to feel a little better soon😥I'm flattered that you reached out to me🙈It's not that I don't want to reply to such ask, however I don't write for the canon Obey Me cast, being afraid of them resulting OOC, usually the headcanons on this blog are about my OCs, so to try to give you at least some comfort, I decided to write your scenario with them, I hope you don't mind😖(also don't worry, I don't write nswf, it's in my rules, at most only mentions):

"RAD CLASSMATES+NEW EXCHANGE STUDENTS LOSING CONTACT WITH MC FOR YEARS AND THEN REUNITING WITH THEM IN DEVILDOM AFTER THEIR DEATH (PLATONIC)"

PREMISE: to give sense to MC no longer being able to communicate in any way with others, I thought of putting them in a situation similar to Nightbringer's one

DEMYA

Years pass quite quickly for demons, considering how long their lives can last, however time seemed more precious to Demya with a human friend by her side, she felt as if it lasted longer, hence MC's long absence weighed heavily on Demya, who couldn't find an explanation as to where they could have disappeared, it would remind Demya of the day she lost her family, it would be like reliving it again. It would be discouraging for Demya not being able to even sense her friend's presence during the searches, because it would really mean that there is no trace, so after realizing that there was no hope of finding them, Demya would try to pass time in MC's room, to smell their scent before it fades. Demya would miss spending time causing trouble with MC and eating together, it would be hard at first, but as the years went by, Demya would begin to accept mourning, after all she wouldn't have many other options. Demya's surprise would be more than justified at the news of MC returning to Devildom after so long, especially if in the form of a spirit or demon, but in any case, she would still run towards MC, not sparing them from a crushing hug, between laughter and tears. Demya missed MC and they have a lot of catching up to do

DOMNRA/MOBIM

Domnra, having been a warrior angel before the Celestial War, would know the value of a human life and how fragile it can be, so despite his tsundere moments, he would try in his own way to spend more time with MC and be a good friend during the time they have left, to avoid having regrets. MC's disappearance would confuse Domnra, who, frustrated, would ask himself many questions, such as whether something bad happened to MC or whether it was a deliberate choice on their part to disappear, but in any case he would participate in the search, with the task of conforting the worried little curse in the meantime, that being Mobim, who would wonder why MC didn't come home. It would be hard for Domnra to handle and he could have outbursts of anger every time someone would mention MC, not yet ready to accept his friend's disappearance and probable death, so he would spend a few days alone in his room, listening to mixtapes that he, Mobim and MC had composed together. For once, Domnra would be grateful for Diavolo's royal status, because it would somehow allow him to lead MC to them again, albeit under slightly different circumstances. Domnra would be considerate enough to let MC being welcomed by the demon brothers first, being more attached to them, and then he would hesitantly approach MC, confessing in a low and grumpy tone that he missed their dumbass self, awkwardly trying to lift the mood, however Mobim would show Domnra's true emotions, crying and clinging to MC like a scared puppy, after all it's been a long time

AZUL

Azul as an artist is able to see beauty in many things, even in the most tragic moments there is always a bittersweet feeling that pushes people to remember despite the pain, however even for him it would be difficult to find a positive side to MC's passing. At first Azul might believe that MC is playing a sick prank on him and would be in denial, stating that sooner or later they would show up or that at most they were taking a break from Devildom, however as the months and eventually years passed, Azul would understand that his friend would never return. The situation would remind Azul a little of his fall from the Celestial Realm, when not only had he lost his beautiful butterfly wings, but also risked losing some friends due to his attack of madness, so to avoid such a loss into a similar pattern, he would spend a few days metabolizing his grief. Over time, Azul would come to his senses and behave as usual, but it would be clear that a part of him was missing, a spark that, to his great surprise, would return unexpectedly after so long. At first Azul would sincerely believe that he has lost his mind and is hallucinating, however after Diavolo's confirmation, he would rush towards MC, hugging and asking them so many questions, a little overwhelming at first, but in good faith, also a few tears might escape and he would ask MC to never leave his sight again, after all they are besties

ZURI

Zuri risked losing two of her friends, almost family, Domnra and Azul, during the Celestial War and it would have happened if she hadn't managed to intervene in time, so not being able to do the same with her friend MC, would make Zuri feel like a failure, pushing her to search far and wide, not to give up and at least look for an explanation for their disappearance. Zuri would spend day and night looking for clues as to where MC could have ended up and ironically, it would be Lucifer himself who would have to take Zuri aside and slowly help her to stop, as there would no longer be any point in keeping going. As years passed, Zuri would seem to have recovered, but in her heart she would still have the memory of her friend, as a warning to never make a such a mistake again. The news of MC's arrival would leave Zuri speechless and she would need to see MC with her own eyes before giving them a tired smile and admitting that it's nice to have them back, having been missed by many

ODON

Odon is an ancient eldritch being, probably as old as Earth and therefore for them time passes rather quickly, as if in the blink of an eye, especially in the period when still young, just to feel something, the eldritch abomination committed monstrous actions. After their change, having actually succedeed in befriending some people, time would seem to pass more slowly, however Odon would be aware of the mortality of their friends, that however doesn't take away the fact that they would dread such day and that they wouldn't like such new emotion, it would make Odon feel hollow. The fact that Odon was unable to find MC with their familiars would be a clear indication that wherever MC ended up, they're no longer in their realm or dimension. The day of MC's return, even before Diavolo can report it, would be notified by Odon's eye-like creatures, who would take them to their friend. Odon's smile would become fainter and they would welcome MC home, where they belonged with all their other friends. Likely a group hug would follow

REMIEL

Remiel has always dealt with negative emotions as an angel of death and although she knows how precious time is, she would still be centuries old, she was born at the same time that humanity began to develop consciousness and hope after all. What Remiel wouldn't be used to would be having a friend and although she was aware that sooner or later she would lose them regardless, her heart would still hurt, believing that such a premature disappearance wasn't fair for balance. Remiel is usually somber already, but losing her first human friend would make her quieter than usual, more prone to tears, so her parents, Azrael and Death, would help her deal with one of her first grief experiences. Remiel would never lose hope of finding MC somehow, as the archangel who embodies such virtue, so as soon as she perceived a familiar soul in their plane of existence, the angel of death would search and check. Remiel would try to graze MC to check if it wasn't some sort of mirage or trap and after a few tears shed, rolling down her pale blue cheeks, she would explain that she has waited and prayed for their return to happen, having hoped for MC to find their way back home despite their changes

NATHANIEL

Nathaniel would know how much value each life has regardless of how many years have passed, so despite being an angel, he would take enough account of time, apparently even longer and more difficult to bear given MC's involvement. MC was one of the few friends Nathaniel actually had and their disappearance would affect him quite a bit, making him slightly more tense and easier to distract. As the archangel who embodies patience and temperance, even if some people would tell him that it's useless to keep researching, Nathaniel would look for traces left by MC, something that could lead him to them, even if in another realm, Nathaniel would be willing to volunteer to attempt finding them, however the more years passed, the more Nathaniel's patience was tested, he might even lashed out in his quarters due to stress. Nathaniel would be delightfully surprised by Lord Diavolo's efforts to allow MC to return and would welcome them with open arms, waiting for a slightly grown Luke to have his reunion with MC first, with Simeon and Raphael. Nathaniel then would finally offer a quiet hug to his friend

URIEL

Uriel as a warrior angel knows how one can die every second in battle and how every day must be seized and lived as if it were the last, especially with a lifestyle like hers, therefore despite her awareness, she would hate herself for having allowed her heart to open and begin a friendship with a human, creatures so strong and yet so fragile, only to be hurt again. Not only would Uriel feel like she has failed her friends again, as happened during the Celestial War, but she would also feel like she had almost broken a promise, namely to act as a sword and shield in times of need, Uriel would find such end for MC unfair and would never accept their "defeat". Upon hearing the news of MC's arrival in Devildom after such a long time, Uriel would have mixed feelings, especially if they showed up in a spirit or even demon form, but she would still bow her head and place a fist on her chest, saying that justice has finally been done and that from now on she would take her role as guardian even more seriously (Uriel missed her friend MC, but she has a reputation, so she wouldn't show it in front of others)

I am once again thinking of Darksiders crossover ideas, for whatever reasons.

This time it is Darksiders crossing over with Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Each Turtle and Horsemen would get along relatively well, some becoming friends faster than others.

This may be a surprise to some, but I think War and Leonardo would get along really well. Both are the dutiful swordsman of their siblings who when angry are either damn near explosive or an almost scary tranquil anger. I don't think War would really like Raphael's cool but rude personality, while he'd respect Donatello for what he does but probably doesn't understand much. He'd be very kind to Michelangelo, and would probably enjoy some pizza with all four Turtles should he be offered.

I imagine Death would get along with both Leo and Donnie, probably leaning more towards hanging out with Donnie since both are the smart guys who make things that their siblings can use. A bit like War, I imagine he'd not be Raph's biggest fan, to put it one way. And he's probably find Mikey lovable but annoying.

Strife and Mikey I imagine get along really well, both even sharing new recipes for pizza that each has come up with. Raph and Strife would also probably get along well. Leo and Donnie would remind Strife of both Death and War, and it would probably depend on the day and his mood on whether he'd get along with them.

Fury and Raph would hate each other at first and after a bit become friends, them being the hot-headed ones who can let their anger get the best them at the worst times, leading to some problems. Fury's opinion on the other three Turtles would shift depending on the day, at least I think so.

Okay I Don't Know If Anyone Has This Idea Since I Can Find Anything Of The Same Idea You Know Injustice 2 Were You Get The DLC And You Can Play As The Guys In Tmnt Like The Turtle Leo , Donnie, Raph And Mikey So I Was Watching Some Videos On YouTube On Injustice 2 Tmnt Turtles Vs Darkside And I Had An Idea What If Darkside Turn Them To The DarkSide And Shredder Can Be There I Guess Like The Tmnt Batman movie Cause They Have Gone Evil Before In The Tmnt Idw Before Like When Leo Get Brainwashed By Shredder And Kitsune And Join The Foot Clan Or Alternative Story Line In Tmnt Idw Where All Of The Turtles Are Brainwashed By Shredder And Join The Foot Clan It Sound Like A Dumb Idea But I Really Like The Ideas Of The Guys Go Bad Go Evil Like In Tmnt Idw Comics.

i think cas's decision about needing to fight raphael alone (with 300k souls but still) and being unwilling to find another path to defeat him is bc hes worried that raphael will explode his friends. like the superman and lois parallel with cas and dean but cas is going darkside So the villains won't attack dean. and then crowley ends up using lisa against dean anyway.

I think Cas's actions are multi-factorial, certainly.

He definitely starts out WANTING to protect his human family, and I think that was genuine, but as he descends into pride and paranoia, he loses sight of protecting them. (A theme echoed by... pretty much every major character: John, Sam, Dean, Mary, Jack...)

Because he's not used to fighting with a weak spot, he's constantly frightened by how "weak" his human family is. ("You're just a man.") They represent a weakness his enemies can exploit, but he eventually becomes so driven by winning at all costs / for the greater good that he winds up putting them in harm's way, like his extremely risky actions in The French Mistake. He starts playing fast and loose with them.

I think the paranoia comes from Raphael killing him back in s4 and overall having to face how duplicitous the angels and Heaven showed themselves to be. His billions of years of service meant nothing to them.

His pride comes from his overconfidence in "God" bringing him back, which amplifies his sense of righteousness. (He said that overtly in The Man Who Would Be King.)

He goes over the cliff when even the amoral Balthazar says in so many words, "you're gonna kill the village to save it," a soldier theme. It's so interesting to me that angels are so often compared to bombs, and Cas is becoming a "live nuke..."

CASTIEL: I mean, the amount of power that it would take to mount a war... CROWLEY: But what if I said I knew how to go nuclear? Purgatory.

Cas is becoming a weapon of mass destruction and moving for pre-emptive war, two very popular themes when this was being written.

BALTHAZAR: Oh, absolutely. But what's the end here exactly? You know, raid Purgatory, snatch up all the souls? CASTIEL: Win the war. BALTHAZAR: And I can only assume that you'd be the vessel, correct? Suck up all those souls into yourself? All that power? CASTIEL: It's the only way. BALTHAZAR: Or too much juice for you, in which case you explode, taking a substantial chunk of the planet along with you. CASTIEL: That won't happen. BALTHAZAR: Sure, sure. Of course. (scoffs) Just - just tell me that it's entirely risk-free. CASTIEL: I'm sorry that I didn't tell you, but I need to know. Are you with me or not?

thoughts on The Man Who Would Be King

Oh good episode, great episode

I love this one, its got all the angst, betrayal and destiel one could want in an episode. And it all started with superman going darkside.

As stated in my previous thoughts on spn below the cut is all my thoughts on the episode as I watch it. Again warning, there is a lot.

Starting off with Cas praying to his Dad for help. Hoping he'll listen. Hoping he'll help. Not knowing that he just doesnt care. Poor angel.

Dean telling Cas that he's going to Omaha to help Sam with a djinn is just so interesting to me. This is the angel who helped you stop the apocalypse, who threw everything away because you told him to. Because you told him that this was right. And now you're lying to him so you can see what he's doing? If he's betrayed you? You're the one betraying him, not the other way around.

Crowley arguing that Cas shouldnt be hanging out with Dean like a jealous lover.

Oh Cas. Honey, Chuck didn't bring you back because he wants you back. Hell I'm not even sure why he brought you back.

"I said no." Crowleys smirk lowers a bit and I honestly think he's a little bit afraid of the angel here.

Crowley is possibly the only smart character on this show. Sam and Dean, with a TON of help from Cas and Bobby, killed Azazel, Lilith, Alistair, trapped both Micheal AND Lucifer at the same time. All of that happening in the span of a year and yet, the angels, demons, vamps, all the non-human beings here still aren't afraid of them because, what, because they're human? Theyre the two most powerful beings in your world, they took down every major game piece in less than a year and you’re still not concerned for your safety? Idiots. At least Crowley is smart enough to recognize that they pose a major threat.

These demons are so dumb. Who do you think has Rubys knife? Crowley? You just said hes dead so who does that leave? Oh right, the people who nabbed you.

Poor Dean, trying so hard to be loyal with every instinct telling him otherwise. He thinks that Cas is the superman gone darkside when the reality is he's the batman who left him to die. Sorry pal but if you wanted to be loyal you should've helped him when you realized he was dealing with a civil war. This is on you. So what hes working with Crowley? Its not like you're helping him at all and Cas can't take on an archangel on his own. If you think he can then you're even more deludional than I originally thought.

Something about seeing Cas eradicate Ellsworth with no more than a hand over his mouth? Thoughts and feelings and ideas.

Raphael!! Oh how I love them. Raphy saying "Hes devout. Trumps everything," is so funny to me.

Raphael quote of all time: "You know better than anyone, Castiel. Theyre soldiers. They weren't built for freedom, they were built to follow."

Cas got tossed like beanbag at a kids party. He's all bloody and broken nose now.

Okay so sue me, I'm a Castiel Apologist all the way. He did ask the Winchesters to help and they haven't even tried. Its appaling, you'd think you would help the man you call your best friend when he comes to you and says "I need help, heaven is in the middle of a civil war, Raphael is trying to jumpstart the apocalypse and I can't take him alone," that you would be there for him. That you wouldn't say " he's playing with the enemy, hes gone darkside" all because YOU WOULDN'T HELP HIM WHEN HE ASKED! This is on you, you forced him to go to outside sources for help when you didn’t give it to him. Don't blame Cas getting Crowleys help on him "going rogue" because if you had just helped him when he asked we probably couldve avoided this and every other shitty thing that happens.

I'll give it to Dean for not immediately thinking Cas is the bad guy. At least he's trying to give him the benefit of the doubt.

Crowley going behind Cas' back to get his demons to kill Sam, Dean and Bobby is cruel and so in character I kind of admire it.

Cas you're adorable. "I come with news, I firmly believe Crowley is alive," He says after smiting three of his demons. I love you buddy

And just as he gains their trust back, he goes and loses it all over again. Cas why do you do this to me.

The way they know. Just by looking at him. Even before he said anything about superman they knew. It was in the way they said "yeah, thanks Cas," that made it clear. They knew amd Cas saying that just solidified it.

"Well I got news for you kitten, a whore is a whore is a whore." Crowley serving the BEST lines.

"I'm only gonna say this once. If you touch a hair on their heads I will tear it all down. Our arrangement, everything. I'm still and angel and I will bury you." Go off babe

If only Cas had asked Dean for help instead of going with Crowley it would've been okay but he didn't.

"I'm an angel you ass, I dont have a soul to sell."

This episode hurts my soul. Everything about it just hurts. Cas' attempts to keep the boys in the dark, Deans attempts to keep his loyalty to Cas, to not jump into any conclusions before its solid, all of it. I hate it but I can't get enough.

"Submit or die? What are you, French?" Damn, Crowleys got something against the French?

"Theres a lot of angels swooning over you. Gods favourite. Buddy boy, you've got what they call sex appeal." We're well aware of his sex appeal trust me bud. Hes got a lot. Like holy damn.

Castiel and Crowley is the best pair for this. Toxic and bloody and messy and angry and hot. My favourite team up of all.

The Devil You Know, what an episode

Cas takes 50k souls from hell and bitch slaps Raphael with them. Amazing. That shit takes balls cause you know if he missed he would've been dead meat.

OH MY GOD I LOVE THIS MAN. *Blasts Raphael to somewhere far far away* "Let it be known, you're either with Raphael or you're with me." And struts away like a gay bitch with somewhere to be.

'And so went the long road of good intentions." Cas, darling, you've always had good intenions and you still do. You want heaven in good hands and the apocalypse to not happen, thats good.

"Look me in the eye and tell me you're not working with Crowley." Yes because thats what we should focus on here. How about "why are you working with Crowley," that way you're getting the full fucking picture.

At least let him explain whats happening. I get you have trust issues, buddy I do too, but you need to let people explain why they did something before thinking it was against you. Especially when its someone who you put a lot of trust into. Let him explain damn it!

This scene make my heart hurt. "Where were you when I needed to hear it?" "I was there, where were you?" Just nail me into the coffin already omg.

This episode is so homoerotic. Between Cas and Crowley working together then Dean and Cas trying so hard to believe in eachother and failing.

"You gotta trust me man." No! Because trusting you will ultimately get us all killed. Trusting you will stop Cas from opening purgatory and killing Raphael. You can't politics this Dean. You can't just throw Raphael in the cage with their brothers and expect all to go well because it wont. It never does and the fact that you can't see that what Cas is doing here is in everyones best interest kills me.

The fact of the matter is Dean, you can't take Cas. Every single angel and demon, the big players, you took them all down with his help. Without an angel to help you stop Cas you're just asking to get hurt.

God fucking damnit. That hurt.

Light Lorenz: You've no doubt heard about the bandits who appeared in Light Gloucester, yes? The ones who are supposedly former mercenaries?

Light Ignatz: They've been around for a while, right?

Light Lorenz: Yes. My men have been searching for their base for some time now, and I believe they have finally located it. I took the opportunity to look into the provenance of these bandits anew, and it seems they were indeed a mercenary band—one in the employ of my father.

Light Ignatz: I...see.

Light Lorenz: For some reason, they have abandoned the sellsword life and fallen into banditry.

Light Ignatz: But why would they do that?

Light Lorenz: I do not know. I attempted to discuss it with my light father, but his only concern at present is finding me a proper spouse. When I ask, he evades me and changes the subject.

Light Ignatz: Hmm, yes. That's quite the conundrum.

Light Lorenz: Regardless, I cannot ignore these bandits, especially if my light father had something to do with them. Thusly, I have decided to deal with them myself, and I was hoping you might join me.

Light Ignatz: Of course! I'm a knight of House Gloucester, after all.

Light Lorenz: Good. Oh, and as it would be a rather tall order for the two of us to take on a gang of brigands alone, I have called in some additional support.

*Shadow Shez and Light Raphael enter.*

Light Raphael: Heya, Light Lorenz! I came as soon as I could.

Light Lorenz: Just once, I wish one of my acquaintances could split the difference between absurd formality and dire nonchalance. I am a count now, you know?

Light Raphael: Wait, so are we not friends 'cause you're a count?

Light Lorenz: Have you ever considered not saying the first thing that pops into your head? The two of us could easily handle this matter—I am simply being prudent. Also, these are not some run-of-the-mill ruffians, but rather highly trained former mercenaries.

Shadow Shez: Right, the old mercenary-to-bandit career path.

Light Lorenz: They have some connection to my father, as well, so I would like to uncover what we can in the process.

Shadow Shez: You got it, boss. If we fight and win, I'm sure some info will turn up on your old man.

Light Lorenz: I am not certain I follow your logic, though I suppose it would be the preferred outcome. Now then, we should be off. With my subjects in peril, there is not a moment to waste. We will depart as soon as you are ready.

Light Raphael: I'll take my payment in meat, please!

Light Lorenz: Ugh, I shall tell the kitchen to prepare a ham.

Light Lorenz: Hear me well, you fell brigands! I, Lorenz Hellman Gloucester, stand in judgment before you!

Shadow Shez: So, not to be a jerk, but when you stand up and scream your name like that, it prevents us from launching any kind of sneak attack.

Light Ignatz: They're trying to get out the back way! After them!

Light Raphael: It's funny how you're like a real knight now, Light Ignatz. You used to be so scrawny.

Light Thief Leader: Just kill me and be done with it already! Least that way it'll finally be over...

Light Lorenz: I would speak with you yet. I need to understand what has transpired here.

Light Thief Leader: ...

Light Ignatz: We did it! We won!

Light Raphael: Meat party when we get home, and Light Lorenz is buying!

Light Lorenz: You all go on ahead. I must speak with the light bandit we captured.

*Outside The Bandit Fortress*

Light Raphael: There you are, Light Lorenz! That took so long, I thought maybe that light bandit general got you.

Light Lorenz: We had much to discuss—which I will share with all of you now.

LIght Ignatz: Did you uncover the reason for the grudge against your light father?

Light Lorenz: Indeed. As we suspected, they were once mercenaries in his employ. At first, they were used in the ways one might think—keeping villages safe, guarding the border, and so on. But one day, they were given a very strange order by a supposed envoy of my light father.

Light Ignatz: What was the order?

Light Lorenz: They were told to threaten any merchants heading toward Light Riegan and force them to turn back.

Shadow Shez: Yeah, that's a weird one, all right.

Light Lorenz: The mercenaries felt the same, and balked at the idea of raising their swords against unarmed merchants. Instead, they decided to chase a pack of wild monsters into the merchants' path and scare them that way.

Shadow Shez: Sounds like a good way to get everyone killed.

Light Lorenz: Indeed, you see the matter already. The plan worked—at first. Then one day, they caught wind that merchants were approaching and loosed monsters on them per the established method. An ordinary group of merchants would have simply run away and lived. But one among this group drew his sword and began to fight. This was Lord Light Godfrey, who at the time held the title of Duke Light Riegan. He fought valiantly, but ultimately in vain. Sadly, he perished along with the merchants he had hoped to protect.

Light Ignatz: Merchants that included Light Raphael's parents...

Shadow Shez: So the former Duke Light Riegan and Light Raphael's parents all died because of your light dad, Light Lorenz?

Light Lorenz: So it would seem. I am terribly sorry, Light Raphael. Please, accept my apology in my light father's stead.

Light Raphael: Hey, knock it off. You didn't do anything wrong.

Light Ignatz: As it happens, my parents were meant to accompany Godfrey that day. But they had a scheduling conflict and recommended that Light Raphael's parents go instead, which means...

Light Raphael: Not you too, Light Ignatz! Look, everybody—kids aren't responsible for what their parents do.

Shadow Shez: Light Lorenz, do we know for sure that the order came from your light father?

Light Ignatz: I was wondering the same thing. Your light father was always protective of the nobility's reputation, and it seems strange he would do something so sneaky—and so anti-merchant besides.

Light Lorenz: Based on what the bandit said, I suspect it was a demonic someone from our house acting alone. By the time my light father realized what was happening, the demonic culprit had vanished, along with any hope of ever sussing out their true motives. Only the light mercenaries remained, and my light father had no choice but to punish them.

Shadow Shez: I bet they didn't care at all about what happened behind the scenes. Far as they were concerned, their employer betrayed them.

Light Raphael: But I don't get how any of this has to do with you right now, Lorenz.

Light Lorenz: A feudal lord is responsible for all that happens within their realm. Therefore, anything left unresolved by my father falls by necessity to me. I would also like to pay appropriate reparations to both you and your family, as is fair and proper.

Light Rapheal: But I don't need anything from you! I can take care of my family plenty well on my own. Besides, I made my peace with what happened to my folks a long time ago. You can't change that now—all you can do is stir up a bunch of old, painful memories.

Light Lorenz: Yes, but still...

Light Raphael: But nothing. I'm done talking about this. I'll still take my reward for beating up the bandits, though! Meat party, remember? You promised me the finest ham in all the land, and just thinking about it's got me drooling!

*Light Raphael leaves.*

Light Lorenz: This does not sit right with me. What should I do?

Shadow Shez: I don't think there's anything else you can do. If you keep at it, you'll just make Light Raphael upset. Same goes for you, Light Ignatz.

Light Ignatz: Right...

Light Lorenz: Very well. In that case, I shall arrange for the finest spread of meat the world has ever seen. I stake House Light Gloucester's very reputation on it! Hahaha!

Shadow Shez: Now that's the right thing to do.

DEMYA

Demya has met her vast mix of grumpy or overly serious people throughout her life, so her first impression of MC, especially with that face, might be negative, in the sense that she would assume they're boring or strict, so she'd be pleasantly surprised to discover MC actually being sweet, Demya would also be instinctively attracted if MC offered her some of their food out of kindness, this would earn MC more mate points. It would make Demya snicker to see other people's amazement at MC's true behavior, having experienced it herself and considering that sometimes MC would be too sweet, to prevent some nasty demons from taking advantage of them, Demya would stand next to MC and stare at those with bad intentions with a hungry gaze, if they don't want to lose limbs or worse, become Demya's next meal, it is better for them to give up and move away. Also Demya might sometimes tease MC by pinching their cheeks to make them smile

DOMNRA/MOBIM

Domnra has a resting grumpy face most of the time and his pointed teeth increase the impression that he's aggressive, which on the one hand is true, given his anger issues, but Domnra is usually more barks than bites, being violence most of the time unnecessary. Domnra would initially expect MC to be somehow like Belphegor or Raphael because of their facial expression, so he would be reasonably baffled by MC's sweetess. Domnra might wonder if their resting bitch face is a strategy to keep people away, allowing only those who are trusted or who prove trustworthy to come closer, still he wouldn't ask himself too many questions about it and would welcome MC's tender sweetness, he would also get flustered if MC offered during his workouts to cheer him on and bring him supplies such as fresh water, snacks, towels or a change of clothes. Mobim is used to Domnra's annoyed expression, however the little curse is aware that not everyone is the same, so it would need some time to realize MC is actually kind and then become pretty attached to them

AZUL

Azul is friends with Domnra and Zuri, two of the demons with the least friendly faces present in Devildom, he also has no sense of self-preservation and therefore a MC with a resting bitch face would not make Azul desist from talking with them to get to know them better and in the end it would also have been worth it, considering their exposed secret sweetness. Azul and MC, despite their resting bitch face and his overly smug smile, would be the kind of sweet couple that would make the most jealous people's stomach turn, with flowers, kisses, cuddles and improvised dances (Devilgram would be full of their photos-). There would be times when Azul would try to break MC's act, with either puns or sneaky tickle attacks to see if they would give in, but otherwise he might jokingly just draw a smile on a piece of paper, handle it to MC and tell them to use it to show their emotions without changing expression. In this sense, Azul and MC would be a bit opposite, because due to his colors, Azul shows emotions even not on purpose

ZURI

Zuri has a very calm and serious expression, sometimes cold depending on how you approach her, to some she might even seem snobbish, but she is a hard worker who only thinks about moving on with her life, having achieved her power and success from below, against the expectations of other noble demons (the circle of demons that Mephistopheles knows for example). Zuri would analyze MC's resting bitch face, perceiving that behind that apathetic expression lies something warmer and would be pleasantly relieved to have been right. Zuri and MC would almost appear either a regal or intimidating couple, there would be no middle ground, but behind closed doors both would prove to be a little more loving, with gifts or acts of service and they would be fine with that, being intimate while minding their own business, without having to mask their feelings

ODON

Odon has a bit of an opposite resting bitch face, meaning that they practically always smile, without ever faltering. If Odon were to frown, it would be extremely worrying, but no one has ever lived long enough to be able to say they have ever seen Odon do that (perhaps only once Lord Diavolo in the past, who met Odon when they were younger, when they still struggled with emotions and therefore didn't really know how to smile). Odon wouldn't ask wonder about MC's expression, they aren't the type of demon to judge and if they were, it would be hypocritical on their part, which is why MC's sweet attitude wouldn't surprise Odon too much, being polite and nice themselves, despite their appearance. Odon would like to see MC smile, they imagine they would be radiant, but they would never pressure them into doing so and would settle with spending some quality time with MC, while drinking a good cup of green tea

REMIEL

Remiel has a resting gloomy face, meaning that she often seems somber and has a deadpan yet soft voice, even when she's perfectly okay, furthermore her father Death wears a mask and isn't a very reassuring figure, although in reality he's caring towards her, so Remiel wouldn't ask herself questions about MC's resting bitch face or their hidden sweetness, because for the angel of death it would almost correspond to everyday life, to what she is used to. Remiel would still find the contrast between MC's face and their pure bright soul fascinating, in fact sometimes she would seem in awe, admiring it. Remiel would also find it thoughtful of MC if they helped her during the preening and cleansing process of her wings, paying attention to the eyes on the back

NATHANIEL

Nathaniel most of the time has an apathetic and stoic expression on his face, especially if he is busy with his celestial duty or other important matters. Due to that reason, many lower ranks angels would prefer to avoid him, only to discover to their surprise that he's actually chiller and cooler than it seemed. In short, Nathaniel experiences firsthand how wrong it can be to judge a book by its cover, so he wouldn't do the same with MC and would be grateful to have been granted access to their sweeter side. Nathaniel would like to take strolls with MC and leave most of the conversation to them, being more of a listener than a conversationalist and appreciating the sweetness soaking MC's words, in contrast to their resting bitch face

URIEL

At first Uriel would think that MC's resting bitch face represents reality, because it would remind her of the expression of some of her superior general angels, impassive and strict, qualities that she would be able to appreciate in a warrior, however discovering the contrast between their face and sweetness would remind Uriel a little of Nathaniel, to whom she has gotten used to over time, learning to read him. MC's sweetness towards her would leave Uriel a little flustered and defensive, not used to delicate or preferential treatment towards her, however that wouldn't mean she doesn't appreciate getting spoiled, she would just be too tsundere to admit it. Uriel's chest would swell with pride if MC cheered her on during training with other angels or helped her clean her armor. Uriel would also think MC would be a pretty good angel due to their sweetness, after all they're too good for their realm

I haven't been able to write out lore for my darksiders stuff bc of just general burnout but!

As I'm rewriting everything I'm thinking about how death and life Meet. I've said they've met purely by coincidence in a forest somewhere but

I have an idea that death and a few other nephilim scouts find some entrance to reincarnation [Since every realm the Auyriim had access to had to have some enterance] while in another realm for "diplomatic reasons".They get caught. They're brought upon the high priestess [who was lifes Mentor before her time] by Auyriim sentinels to be determined of what should be done with them.

Younger death and the others are slightly beaten up just because I feel he was a little more hard-headed when he was young and put up a bit of a fight. He spots Life standing next to the high priestess as they look down on the Nephilim, pondering on what to do. Death is curious about her while life is more of "Why do they look like that?" Even though she's seen plenty of different kinds of races.

The high priestess decides she'll let them go, but on the proposal of meeting with Absalom to discuss diplomatic relations between the two races [one that would not be respected, Obviously.] During said meeting, Death finally had a good look at life and her features. He concluded that she wasn't Fully Auyriim, since alot of her features differed from her people.She seemed more "human", or more like himself.

The Auyriim served the nephilim for some time, giving their resources and weapons crafted by their own ancient material, things they never really needed to do since they were a peaceful race. One that grew crops,raised cattle, and crafted jewelry.

Death was one of the Nephilim who was assigned to reincarnation. Mainly to make sure things were going smoothly and the never discussed "Quota" was met. Over that time, he would often have to be around life because she had become the high priestess after some time during the relations. She didn't like him at first since he was almost at her side CONSTANTLY. She found him crude and arrogant, and death found her stuck up. They only began to like each other when death had pissed her off so much they began to spar.

Never had someone so different from his race be able to really meet him at his level, especially someone who's never fought before. From that moment, they became closer. Of course, after life taught him some humility and manners.

Only after what seemed to be nearly 200 years of Diplomacy, the nephilim had enough of the Auyriim and decided they would strip the realm of their resources. After an unforseen invasion, they left the realm in ruin, and the majority of the population had died.

Life was left to salvage what was left of her home by connecting herself to their tree of life/Origin. Usually, those who would have done this would've died completely by giving their soul to the tree. But since life had angel DNA due to Raphael, she went into a comatose after connecting to the tree. She only wakes up when her realm fully heals from such devistation, corruption was destroyed, and with humanity being restored.

So that 'cross the last tv show you watched and video game you played' post crossed my Dash. I've got a few AUs stored up from in (a Tangled/Shonen Jump and Detective Conan/FFXIV) but this time it was Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Dead by Daylight.

My first thought was the survivors manage to kill the entity and escape, ending up in the RiseVerse and learn how to deal magic and mutants and deal with their PTSD as they adjust to living a life not as an entity's sacrificial plaything.

Then I thought about it and realized the survivors I've mostly been playing can kind of make a version of the Turtles four man band. Laurie 'Do as I say' Strode is the Leonardo, the leader. She's not afraid to take charge and do whatever she can to see other's survive.

Rebecca 'Certified field medic at 18' is our Donatello. A young genius who is certainly capable of being an efficient fighter, but her brains are much more valuable than her brawn.

Cheryl/Heather 'Killed a God in Revenge' Mason is our Raphael. The (justifiably) angry loner who can and will lash out, but heaven won't be to help anyone who hurts her family.

This one is the biggest stretch but: Leon 'Why doesn't anyone listen to me' Kennedy as Michelangelo. This is specifically his RE2 (not Darkside Chronical) version. While he is not the party dude (thought there was going to be a party for him in the works before the city was infected) he is someone who is very optimistic and tried to get everyone to work together, but can't get anyone to listen to him, mostly due to his young age (while I believe it has been retconned, the first time he was given an age it put him at 19 during the events of the game)

Just struck me as funny
