The anti ecto laws go into effect just before S2E2 “Doctors Disorders”. So when Danny’s entire class, including Sam and Tucker, becomes sick with ghost flu and start exhibiting ghost powers, the GIW swoop in and cart all the sick kids off to a GIW facility. They claim the kids are all ecto contaminated and therefore fall under the anti ecto laws! And the GIW aren’t concerned with trying to help the kids get better. Instead they’re experimenting on them. Danny knows he can’t get into the GIW facility to rescue them on his own without getting captured. So he does the only thing he can do, he goes to the Justice League for help.

The Justice League, and the Justice Dark are all together in the watchtower for a meeting when Danny shows up. He’s an absolute mess because his friends and classmates have all been taken by the GIW. And he latches onto the first person in the room that he sees. Which just so happens to be Batman. Now Batman has a sobbing hysterical ghost child clinging to him! Everyone is super confused. It takes them half an hour to calm Danny down enough that he can explain what the problem is.

When they find out about the anti ecto laws and what the GIW have done they are all horrified and pissed!! They immediately set out to rescue Danny’s classmates. And if they just so happen to accidentally destroy the GIW facility along the way well none of them are to broken up about it. After the kids are all rescued, cured from the ghost flu, and returned to their parents, the Justice League sets out to get the anti ecto laws repealed. They reveal to the whole world just what the GIW did to a whole class of innocent human children while using the anti ecto laws as cover to do it! The whole world is outraged! It only takes two days for the laws to be repealed, and for the GIW to be permanently disbanded.

A few days later Danny Phantom does a live tv interview where he answers questions about ghosts and the ghost zone. He hopes that this will help people better understand ghosts and their true nature.

#kingdom hearts #kh1 #traverse town #dalmatian puppies #scenery #my gif #it's so unfortunate what happened to the puppies #but i think being able to collect them and return them to their parents was such a cool little side quest #not only did it give you a reason to return back to traverse town every now and then #but it also showcased how tragic it is that a world falling to darkness can spread its inhabitants virtually anywhere with no way of return #you saw how sad leon was when he talked about the lost puppies and how depressed pongo and perdita look when you first visit them #they eventually perk up as their family slowly makes their way home and it was cute to receive gifts of gratitude #being able to gradually see more puppies return to their cozy little house felt so rewarding

may i suggest a recommendation for anyone in love with the city spirit concepts to check out, gotham academy, olive silverlock, and the dc villain known as calamity. i feel it could feed all of your creative flames.

for those who aren't into digging up the comics, gotham academy has several videos on youtube where people basicly read them to you.

but i feel with those three twigs via wiki, dpxdc fans who love amity and gotham as city spirits with tension especially can start a bonfire.

What was the point of giving all faunus darkvision if it's only used like. Twice in the entire series?

#rwde #bruh think of all the night raids the fang could be doing #and its unlikely that humans would have sundown towns since they cant see in the dark #how tf did humans manage to become top dog when they cant even see around the clock?#no darkvision no claws no fangs #was it access to resources or smth? were faunus more scattered at the time and therefore couldnt organize?#wor faunus episode makes it sound like the populations used to be equal until the humans attacked #side note: world of remnant sucks ass. out of everyone why was qrow/vic misogyny chosen to narrate?#it's so painful to listen to straight exposition. im dying squirtle #tho doing several in a row really highlights just how man centric this whole damn thing is #in the schnee episode there's literally no mention of nicholas's mother or wife. not even his DAUGHTER #it just talks abt him and jacques #why couldnt they have made willow a villain? spoiled rich daddys girl taking over and worsening global exploitation would make sense #and it wouldn't have sidelined yet another mother of a main character #seriously theres not a single mom that has more story weight than the husband #god this series makes me mad. it could have been SO GOOD in the hands of anyone even halfway competent

Can't help but imagine Kenny just discovering his more powerful yet ha corrupt side that either develops or ha he finds out through finding out his own origins or ha...perhaps doing or looking for things he shouldn't be and unknowingly luring out his darker side...or something triggers it. Oh man that many possiblities...plus I do love just seeing Eldritch Kenny/Mysterion fan arts.....ooh how about Eldritch Princess Kenny while we're at it? So terrible to be forced to choose between writing my essay and looking at the full moon light up the sea

#I never tire of that #It's not something I had ever seen happen outside of paintings by people like John Atkinson Grimshaw until I moved here #But I have to switch the living room light off to see it properly and that means working in the dark #Which makes typing twice as difficult and also my eyes hurt from trying to read academic articles on a screen which is always too bright #First world problems honestly #But yeah I suppose I'd forgotten how strong moonlight actually is away from light pollution; think I rememberit as a kid in the country #But the Firth of Forth down from my house is ten miles of nothing and there's currently no ships on that stretch so it's SO BRIGHT #And just the faintest glitter of the lights of some of the Lothian coastal towns far away on the other side #And the shadow of the Tolbooth steeple in the foreground

#i had the longest weekend on the planet #shitshow of a funeral with the most dysfunctional side of my family #and then my uncle never made it home and he's diabetic so we can't just wait for him to turn up again #i made a chain of logical leaps that felt right in the moment but are confusing even to me in hindsight #but with one phone call i found him in jail in a tiny town in the middle of nowhere and then drove two hours to bail him out #all this while I was badly sunburned on my period and covered in poison ivy blisters #did a kafkaesque little routine where every lobby we went into at the jail was empty and there was just a phone on the wall #and someone on the other end would say oh go into the next door down #and that would also be an empty dark room with a phone on the wall where they said to go one more door down #several times in a row #finally found an inhabited part of the building and talked to a sherriff while trying to hold all my arms and legs behind my back #to hide the horrible yellow crusty blisters all over my skin. look like an actual plague victim. feel worse.#keeping it together because i am Handling The Situation #my uncle was so happy to see us he cried #he'd been trying to call for help all day but the jail phone was showing up as Scam Call on everyone's cell #I was hailed by the family as Brilliant Detective: Finder and Rescuer #I went home and laid very still for many hours #anyway in between crises I got to spend a few hours at the beach and that was nice.

I have this tea cup I made in highschool (it’s really cute and was designed more like those Japanese ones without a handle than it was those fancy English style with even more elements to them) but I never actually asked if the glaze we used was food safe (we all used the same glaze on those cups specifically because the teacher glazed those ones in particular and I don’t remember checking. I glazed and painted every other project but only one of them was something you would use for food and that thing broke a few years ago and was honestly more decorative) and this has haunted me ever since. It’s a super cute cup and I adore it, but I have no idea if I can use it for its intended purpose and while I could buy a lead testing kit I’m not sure how I would check for anything else that might have been in that glaze. I know the color used but not the brand, so that’s not really a help either. The teacher I had left the district after that year because our school district paid art teachers a shit wage and we rotated through them like elementary school kids needing new shoes every year. I’m not entirely sure how I would contact her, but even if I did track her down (something not entirely impossible from what I know about her life outside of teaching us for a year, I would feel slightly weird about it though, even though she was my favorite art teacher) but I highly doubt she would remember something like the glaze she used on one project her students made at a school she taught at for one year. I’m not sure what other testing kits I would need besides lead to confidently say it’s safe enough for my personal use, and it’s annoyed me for several years now.

I’ve been hooked ever since yhat class #polymer clay sculpting isn’t quite the same (though better than nothing) and air dry clay often feels crumbly #neither of those could be used for cups and stuff #but even just making clay sculptures (my favorite) hits different with clay #I miss the smell and the feel and the way it worked #the closest I’ve gotten to the experience was digging up clay near my parents house and trying to fire it in the bonfire #it was only a half success #I tried to learn how ancient people made stone wear with raw clay and other materials added #but i just can’t seem to fire it the same way and it ends up slightly ashy on the surface from the soot #it’s also a bit more prone to cracking and I know I can’t expect the same as what it’s like working with the good stuff #and I know the clay on the farm is at least decent but not modern quality #also it doesn’t get fired all the way so if I get water on it it starts to dissolve a bit again #I should try to study ancient clay methods #it would be really fun to try to recreate some stuff in the area behind the lilacs #but it isn’t as good as modern clay #I’m getting really side tracked though #art problems #I wish I had an actual studio. I don’t see that happening any time soon though #my dream is to live on one of those houses in the woods north of town and have an art studio and room for more pets and gardens #i don’t think that’s ever gonna happen though #right now I’m just trying to figure out the local buses and stay in government housing #I can’t drive. I dropped out of college because of health problems. I’m living on disability and foodstamps. my health inssues make my #schedule and availability unreliable for a regular schedule #keeping up with the dishes is my worst enemy (aside from everything else)#i just don’t see myself doing much outside of my desk in the corner of my small living room any time soon

#kingdom hearts dream drop distance #khddd #la cite des cloches #scenery #my gif #the battle music that plays here creates such a cool and grand atmosphere #i'm so used to spending most of my time in the town or at the cathedral that i forget how dark and gloomy this world can be #sora has to walk past thousands upon thousands of skeletal remains and we don't even get a single cutscene of him reacting to any of it #but i like that there are at least some big open spaces that let you go crazy with flowmotion and climb up the tall buildings and towers #and that you can actually climb up the cathedral from the town square below #but one of my favorite parts in the whole game is playing through riku's side of the story in this world #i love the themes it explores and the insight it provides for his character. so good

I want to play Dragon's Dogma 2 so badly!!!! it sucks there was no pre-download option for PC, but thankfully Percy said he'd turn my computer on and download it for me while I'm at work today

probably won't start playing until tomorrow, but I've got my vacation hours all sorted out and I'm rearing to go!

#[static]#seeing ppl complaining about Dragon's Dogma 2 ... being a Dragon's Dogma game is lowkey hilarious #there's a reason a lot of people haven't played the first game! it's not really everyone's cup of tea #but i love a slow rpg with a bunch of exploration! ive got a journal picked out that I'll be using to keep track of stuff/work on puzzles #there's a lot of dude-bros out there that want to have games hold their hands and to rush through stuff until they're really strong #and that really feels like the Opposite of DD as a whole #like you CAN rush through the mainline story but you end up missing out on so many other things #im so excited to hear about all the different ways people completed side quests or things that I missed along the way to towns #and very excited about the option to camp instead of stumbling around in the dark lol
