It bugs me that the fact after the whole chaos theory fiasco Darius is going to have to come home to a destroyed cabin because of the attack that happened. And I'm pretty sure majority of his furniture is destroyed. Lucky for him he has his upstairs that wan't involved during the attack

But still he is going to have to replace a table, window and who knows what else what destroyed.

i recently was able to get my hands on the Chaos Theory Novelization of s2 book and wanted to share some of the benji scenes because they made me Lose my Mind a little

kenji being upset ben isn’t giving him the attention he’s been trying to garner … (him pointing out how far from the others they are // him bringing bumpy’s egg baby into this)

BENJI BOAT SCENE 😭🫶🏻 HONESTLY GUYS.. if i had zero context of this show … i would be so convinced ben was about to give an aborted love confession …

BENJI AND THE BROOKLYNN REVEAL / BEGINNING OF THE FIGHT …. man. oh man. the fact we get to know what was really goin’ on in kenji’s mind when he witnessed it. GODDD…

*THE* BENJI FIGHT … 😕 sad they took out the bit where kenji cried (that also a storyboarder told us about before) but glad they at least decided to keep it in the book! oh my heart man.

and then finally … this one. i think this shows just how hurt kenji truly is by the entire situation- and completely shows how everyone else comes from more of a place of concern whereas kenji is coming at it with anger.

this is the part that really showcased to me just how important building ben and kenji’s bond back up is going to be- and that this won’t just be tossed under the rug and forgotten (unlike past arguments… but hey what do i nose)

(also tiny dinostar crumbs. darius not giving a fuck about the lying and only focusing on the fact the love of his life is alive ?!?! I’m going to cry)

People were so mad about her going into hiding, and while I can see where they're coming from, like her friends and family are all grieving her and she's chilling at Ronnie's.

But also, when Brooklynn lost her arm she saw what kind of danger came with being the famed Nublar 6, something none of the other 5 had even considered before. And the threats seemed to go away while she was dead, so while she wanted to go back to her friends and family, she also realized the danger and wanted to protect them more.

Like why can't we acknowledge the trauma she went through and the fact that B is morally good? I swear there's a lot more sympathy for WAYYY worse/morally grey characters and people are attacking Brooklynn for literally trying her best to do what she thinks is right.

if B was a bad person, she wouldn't have called Ben to warn him about Soyona, she wouldn't have saved Darius, Sammy, and Yaz, she also wouldn't have given Bumpy's egg back.

My girl is just trying her best out here, she's trying to protect her family and friends and also trying to save dinosaurs. If anything we should be rooting for her if you ask me.

Is it just me or many people didn't and still don't give a shit about Brooklynn's trauma after literally having half of her arm ripped off by a raptor. Like when they revealed she survived the attack everyone assumed the worst of her and didn't give a fuck that she went through the most traumatic thing of her life lol

And she's not my fave at all, she's like my 4th favorite of the Nublar Six. Just shocked that some fans wanted the other characters to hate her even before season 2.

Not enough people talked about how she felt or made it all about the other's feelings.

Some of y'all were like: Brooklynn is okay, she only lost an arm :/

DARIUS HEAD CANNONS PART 2:

He sleep talks and sleep walks

Once he sleep walked into Kenji's room and Kenji not knowing what to do got Brand and by the time they got back Darius took Kenji's mattress ( trust me when I say he would do this if he was awake too) so guess who slept on the floor that night.

Yas teaches him to draw

Him and Sammy had their own YouTube channel for a while and they would giggle non stop

If Kenji or Ben is not around Darius will just follow Yas like a duckling and stick to her side until it's night

Darius is sometimes found sleeping with Yas or Ben mostly during stormy nights on Nublar (not Kenji because he snores)

Only chews gum when he has a nervous breakdown

Doesn't like gum that much that why he's only has some for a certain reason

When he gets a snow cone he'll put whip cream on it

On a hear me out cake he put down a dinosaur just to bug everyone on purpose ( he wouldn't actually want a dino guys....or would he?....Nah)

during high School people kept coming up to him asking questions about Nublar and that's when he decided he wanted to drop at immediately but his mom wouldn't let him

Does not play as many games anymore when he got back from Nublar

In CT he doesn't get nightmares anymore instead he sometimes hallucinates

Has a dog while Kenji got a cat and not to anyone's surprise their pets fight exactly like them ( great parental example guys)

Loves warm and fluffy Blankets but doesn't like to sleep with them because he gets too warm.

When he first saw the dino from the last ep in season 5 of cc he definitely went to tell his family and they all went outside to see and kenji just got daja vu
