We had a blast getting some of the crew back together for a fun afternoon of showing off storyboards and madly sketching all the characters we love. Hope you enjoy looking through the chaos!

My Gordon and Brooklynn boards from Jurassic World Chaos Theory Season 2 Episode 3, C13v3rGr186. Shoutout to my director Mike Mullen for letting me insert those two frames from the atrociraptor sequence he drew!

Most of this sequence had to be cut for time because the first cut of the episode just turned out way too long, unfortunately. I still really wish we could have turned the episode into a two-parter to let everything breathe, but it was already far too late to change by this point.

The tension was so good here, and loved the callback to the raptor opening the door.

Some of my storyboards from Jurassic World: Chaos Theory S2 E9, Lab Partners: Part 2

It was really fun to do a slow menacing scene with Santos and Red! In my initial pass I really tried to push Brooklynn's pov and what she was feeling during this.

This was unfortunately another part of season 2 that experienced some cuts, though. A lot of moments were Brooklynn was experiencing ptsd around Red and continuing to work through her trauma were removed before the final animation.

When I say Yasammy means the world to me? I MEAN IT. We are half way done with the piece but, for the foreseeable future, behold my geekiest tattoo to date:

CC helped me & my wife get through the COVID lockdown. When CT was announced, I knew it would be just as special to us. So despite the S3 issues for our gals?

Heard from @neunhofferart that some people were interested in seeing storyboards from the Yaz/Sammy break-up scene. I can't show the whole thing, but here are some screenshots with captions.

I understand that some fans were upset by the break-up, but honestly, these 2 have had some glaring communication issues since S1, so it seemed only natural that all these unresolved issues would eventually come to a head. It's devastating, just like any other long-term relationship that comes to an end.
