While Rorschach seems very homophonic on the front (and yeah he has a lot of internalized homophobia) he has such a close relationship with Daniel, one of the only he trusts and especially one of the few that Rorschach lets him touch (with gloves on).
There is a specific scene where Rorschach shakes Dan’s hand, one of the few physical contact he allows, and Daniel comments on how they have other things to do making Rorschach embarrassed.
