Dani turns her attention to Buck and smiles. “So, I hear you made out with my girlfriend.”

Buck flushes as beer dribbles down his chin.

Dani murmurs to Lucy, “you were right, it is fun to watch him squirm.”

Christ, Donato. “Oh god, should I tell Tommy? I mean, I’d want to know if he kissed Chimney or somebody before we dated.”

Lucy tilts her head and smirks. “I would also like to know if he kissed Chim.”

Buck gives her a look.

 When Tommy gets back, Buck panics. “I kissed Lucy!”

Tommy looks towards the bathroom, then back at Buck. “I was gone for five minutes.”

I have this head canon that Buck and Maddie use nicknames or shortened names for the people they love but Eddie doesn’t. So in all of my fic I always have Buck calling Christopher ‘Chris’, and Eddie calling him Christopher.

Probably no one else has ever noticed I do that but that’s ok. I know I do, and it makes me happy.
