Griff nodded, "Understatement of the week." He said as took another inhale. This week had been a lot between the multiple hospital visits and taking care of all the kids. He couldn'tn just dump them on aspen, she had shit to deal with too. Plus with the new handoff arrangement with Ella. "Oh? You noticed?" He said as a smirk spread across his face. "You aren't wrong to wonder." He brought the cig to his lips once more. He let his eyes scan over the woman, she was beautiful. Maybe would be fun. He could use a stress reliever. "Whatever you are wondering about, I do promise it will be more than satisfactory."

As he got his kids situated, Monica took upon herself to get situated. Pulling out her Chanel shades, and getting her cigarette in place between her fingers. The clock a reminder of the little time she had left before had to return to a smoke free environment and professionalism.

Leading the way out of the hospital daycare and to the non-smoking area outside, noticing that Griffin was one step ahead of her as the smell of smoke hit her nose, "Looks like you needed that more than I do" She muses with a sly smirk, lighting up now as she found herself against the railing, taking a long drag as she allowed him a moment of peace before meeting his eyes once more, "I couldn't help but notice how strong you are" Her voice casual, her eyes exploring his features behind her shades, "Three kids huh?" Exhaling a cloud of smoke, "Makes me wonder how well you handle other things"

Nico shook his head, "Not giving up, just asking for guidance." He said with a smile as he looked up at her. "It's hard to play a game when you don't know the rules." Nico had no shame in doing things like this. He liked to have control but also give it up. He was versatile. But, he did have some limits. "And pray to a god I don't believe in? Monica tilted her head at his response, "Don't tell me you've already given up" Her tone drenched in mock disappointment. She loved control and it wasn't an easy task for anyone to get her to relinquish that, let alone some horny random on a random rooftop who couldn't even beg properly. A smirk finding it's way onto her lips after she took a long drag, allowing the smoke to fill the air, coveting them like a thin veil. Her eyes filling with amusement as she leaned in ever so close, "If you're losing faith" She purred, "Go to church"
