Snow - Informer 1992
"Informer" is a song by Canadian reggae musician Snow, released in December 1992 as the first single from his debut album, 12 Inches of Snow (1993). "Informer" was a chart-topping hit, spending seven consecutive weeks at number one on the US Billboard Hot 100. It peaked at number one on the singles chart in Denmark, Finland, Germany, Ireland, Norway, Sweden and Switzerland, as well as on the Eurochart Hot 100. It entered the top 10 in Austria, France, Greece, Iceland, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, and the UK, where the single peaked at number two during its third week at the UK Singles Chart. Outside Europe, it reached number one in Australia, New Zealand, Zimbabwe, and on the US Billboard Hot 100. In Snow's native Canada, "Informer" topped The Record's singles chart and was a top-10 radio hit, peaking at number nine on the RPM 100 Hit Tracks chart. "Informer" was awarded with a gold record in Austria and the Netherlands, a silver record in the UK, and a platinum record in Germany, New Zealand and the US. In Australia, it received a double-platinum record.
As he was growing up in Toronto, Canada, Snow had a strong interest in rock music, but in 1983 there was an influx of Jamaican immigrants to the neighbourhood and his interest turned to reggae music and he became adept at the use of the Jamaican dialect, or Jamaican Patois. He developed his own style of music, by blending dancehall and reggae with rock and pop music.
Snow served an eight-month sentence in Toronto for assault when "Informer" began getting radio and MuchMusic airplay. The song is based on a separate 1989 incident when Snow was charged with two counts of attempted murder. At the time, he was detained for a year in Toronto before the charges were reduced to aggravated assault, and he was eventually acquitted and freed.
"Informer" won a Juno Award for Best Reggae Recording in 1994. It has been recorded twice in the Guinness Book of World Records as the best-selling reggae single in US history, as well as the highest charting reggae single in history. In Japan, Snow received the Recording Industry Association of Japan's 1994 Japan Gold Disc Award for New Artist of the Year.
In 2019, Puerto Rican singer, songwriter, and rapper Daddy Yankee released a new version of "Informer" as "Con Calma" together with Snow, who recorded new parts. The Spanish-language remake topped the charts of 20 countries and reached the top 10 of 10 others. In 2020, Snow won four awards Song of the Year with Daddy Yankee for "Con Calma" at Premio Lo Nuestro Awards, the Pop Music Award from SOCAN, and they won the Top Latin Song of the Year at the 2020 Billboard Music Awards. "Con Calma" won big at the Latin Billboard Music Awards 2020, taking home six awards.
"Informer" received a total of 68,5% yes votes!

Black Female Singers: Icons of Talent, Resilience, and Cultural Impact
Tumblr media
The world of music owes much to the unparalleled contributions of black female singers, whose voices have shaped genres, broken barriers, and inspired generations. These artists have left an indelible mark on the music industry and beyond, from soul-stirring blues to chart-topping pop anthems.
The Historical Significance of Black Female Singers
The Roots in Blues and Jazz
The journey of black female singers begins with the foundations of blues and jazz. Artists like Bessie Smith and Billie Holiday pioneered these genres during the early 20th century. Their music reflected the struggles and triumphs of black communities and introduced the world to the raw power of their voices. Billie Holiday’s "Strange Fruit" remains a hauntingly beautiful protest against racism, showcasing music's profound impact as a form of resistance.
Breaking Barriers in the Civil Rights Era
In the 1960s, black female singers played pivotal roles in the Civil Rights Movement. Icons like Aretha Franklin, often called the "Queen of Soul," used their music to promote equality and empowerment. Franklin’s anthem, "Respect," became a rallying cry for civil rights and women’s liberation, solidifying her status as a cultural and political force.
Black Female Singers Who Redefined Genres
Gospel to Pop: Whitney Houston
Whitney Houston’s rise to fame marked a significant turning point in the music industry. Her powerful voice bridged gospel traditions with pop sensibilities, making her one of the best-selling artists ever. Hits like "I Will Always Love You" showcased her vocal prowess and emotional depth, inspiring countless black female singers to follow in her footsteps.
Hip-Hop and R&B: Lauryn Hill
Lauryn Hill’s groundbreaking album, The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill, remains a masterpiece that blends hip-hop, R&B, and soul. Hill’s introspective lyrics and dynamic delivery made her influential, proving that black female singers could dominate traditionally male-dominated genres.
Rock and Roll: Tina Turner
Tina Turner, dubbed the "Queen of Rock 'n' Roll," shattered stereotypes by commanding stages worldwide with her electrifying performances. Songs like "Proud Mary" and "What’s Love Got to Do with It" cemented her legacy and expanded the scope of what black female singers could achieve in rock music.
Modern-Day Trailblazers
Beyoncé: The Global Icon
Beyoncé has redefined what it means to be a black female artist in the modern era. She has become a global phenomenon with her powerful voice, captivating performances, and unwavering commitment to celebrating black culture. Albums like Lemonade delve deep into themes of identity, race, and resilience, making her a voice for contemporary black womanhood.
Rihanna: Genre-bending innovator
Rihannas ability to transcend genres—from pop and R&B to reggae and dancehall—has made her one of her generation's most versatile black female singers. Beyond her music, Rihanna’s entrepreneurial ventures, including her Fenty Beauty brand, highlight her multifaceted influence.
Challenges Faced by Black Female Singers
Despite their immense contributions, black female singers have faced numerous challenges, including:
Racial Discrimination: Many artists have had to navigate systemic racism in the music industry.
Gender Inequality: Black women often face additional barriers as they contend with both racial and gender biases.
Cultural Appropriation: Their innovations in music are frequently co-opted without proper recognition or credit.
How Black Female Singers Inspire Change
Empowerment through Music
Black female singers have long used their platforms to empower marginalized communities. Artists like Nina Simone and Erykah Badu created music that challenged societal norms and encouraged self-love and pride in black identity.
Advocacy and Activism
Modern artists like Janelle Monáe and H.E.R. continue this legacy by addressing issues like police brutality and LGBTQ+ rights in their music and public appearances. Their efforts remind us that art and activism are deeply intertwined.
Rising Stars to Watch
SZA
With her ethereal voice and introspective lyrics, SZA has quickly become a force in contemporary R&B. Her debut album, Ctrl, explores themes of vulnerability and self-discovery, resonating with audiences worldwide.
Chloe x Halle
This sister duo has captivated audiences with their harmonies and genre-defying sound. Mentored by Beyoncé, Chloe x Halle represents the next generation of black female singers unafraid to push boundaries.

Black female singers are more than just musicians; they are cultural icons transforming the music industry and society. From the trailblazers of the past to the innovators of today, their impact is undeniable.

Today's mix:
Fuse Presents Hell by Hell 2000 House / Techno / Deep House / Electro / New Wave
Goddamn, man, I'm not gonna say outright that this mix in particular is the greatest shit in the world—although it's pretty close!—but the ethos behind it certainly represents what has ultimately led to some of the most astonishing sets that we've ever had the pleasure of witnessing as a species. There's this late 70s-and-80s-rooted spirit that's equal parts unpredictable and eclectic, in which the overall route of the set doesn't feel pre-planned at all, because the DJ takes risks by linking tracks together that you yourself would never expect to hear in succession. The overall journey from point A to point B that you get taken on is one that's long and winding and full of surprises, and the DJ themselves doesn't really have any particular destination in mind to begin with either, because the perpetual question that's always most immediately on their mind is, "hmm, what banger do I want to play next? 🤔"
And I feel like this flying-by-the-seat-of-its-pants approach to DJing has largely faded from the limelight and has gradually been replaced by either the DJ who specializes in one specific dance subgenre that's in one specific range of BPMs for a whole set, or the DJ who just plays mindless EDM claptrap from a pre-loaded USB stick 😒. All of it's so safe and hermetically sealed shut. Where's the danger, the fun, and variety of it all?
See, what you really have to understand here is that there was no place on the planet that was more sonically diverse than your typical late 70s and 80s dancefloor. House, freestyle, synthpop, disco, hi-NRG, pop, post-disco, art punk, art rock, art pop, electro, hip hop, funk, boogie, post-punk, new wave, dance-pop, dancehall, two-tone ska, glam rock, sophisti-pop, soul, alternative dance, R&B, etc., etc., etc., all had the potential to be played at any given moment during a set, and the ultimate job of the DJ was to craft a breathtaking sonic collage out of any of it.
And that's exactly what Germany's DJ Hell channeled here with this commercial mix from 2000 for the second ever installment in Belgian club Fuse's own series. But what's more is that while Hell was deriving his inspiration from an attitude of a bygone era, he also happened to have about an extra decade of music at his disposal that his spiritual predecessors didn't. And the 90s ended up seeing a mega-expansion on the frontiers of electronic and dance music entirely, so while Hell certainly picks out his classics from super popular acts like Donna Summer and Frankie Goes to Hollywood, on here you're also gonna find stuff from contemporary dance legends like Todd Terry and Carl Craig, different flavors of rock from Tuxedomoon, Sparks, and the Flying Lizards, Brazilian-sampled techno from Andrew McLauchlan, and deep house from Bougie Soliterre. In reality, almost none of this track list makes any lick of sense on paper, but that's the inherent beauty of the whole thing, folks! Once you put it on and get a taste of Orange Lemon's (Todd Terry's) "Extended Club Mix" of "The Texican," you really start to get a feel for the vision that's been laid out here, and it's one that's mindbendingly motley, and more in the vein of how a lot of old DJ sets used to be!
The best DJs to me are the ones who appear to be doing it purely off the dome and are just living right in the moment while barely thinking ahead. They know how to wow a crowd with a memorable blend of classics, a contemporary hit, and obscurities from any decade, place, or genre, but they make adjustments if and when they feel the need to as well. And above all else, they possess an uncanny ability to play songs that you don't see coming—or that you never even knew existed in the first place—while also convincing you that the choice they made is one that's both thrilling and logically sound. It's a tough act to balance, like a halftime gimmick who rides a unicycle and spins plates on a long rod that sits on their chin while also juggling bowling pins, but DJ Hell is someone who clearly has the knack for it and puts it on full display here.
The world could always use more of this kind of DJing in it, especially when so many of us now have access to more music than we know what to do with that's all sitting right at our fingertips.
And by the way, I didn't really get into specific tracks with this post here, but "Desire," by 69, which is just a nice alias that was used by Carl Craig, is one of the most stunning combinations of string synth and drum break that I think I've ever heard in my life. Good lord, what a tune that is! 🤯
Listen to the full mix here.
Highlights:
Speedy J - "Evolution" Ché - "The Incident (Wet Dream Mix)" Orange Lemon - "The Texican (Extended Club Mix)" Liaisons Dangereuses - "Avant-Après Mars" Tuxedomoon - "What Use" 69 - "Desire" Mitsu - "Shylight" Donna Summer - "I Feel Love (Patrick Cowley Megamix)" Sparks - "Beat the Clock" Phuture - "Rise From Your Grave (Wake Side)" Foremost Poets - "Pressin On" Bougie Soliterre - "Superficial (Main Vocal Mix)" G Strings - "The Land of Dreams" Frankie Goes to Hollywood - "Two Tribes (Annihilator Mix)" Dopplereffekt - "Rocket Scientist" Andrew Mc Laughlan - "Love Story" Filippo "Naughty" Moscatello - "Disco Volante" The Flying Lizards - "Steam Away"

it kinda bums me out how there are like. no genres in popular music anymore. when i was a kid the hot 100 had rock, hip hop, country, techno, R&B, reggaeton, dancehall etc all coexisting in the same year end chart. and it definitely was not perfect by any stretch of the imagination and had its own problems -- there was this almost adversarial relationship between genres sometimes that was typically full of racism tbh, especially in the contemporary rock/hip hop divide.
and in turn i think there are good things about the genre-blended moment we live in. i think genres are better off learning from each other than staying entirely blocked off. but the thing is rn the charts are dominated by pop songs that are just genre soup that take a bit of everything from different genres and the results are usually very middling and dull. and the inherent problem of this is not so much the genre soup itself but the fact that more hardline rock/hip hop/R&B etc doesnt chart at all anymore.
like okay. let's look at the number ones on the year end chart from the aughts: 2000/country (breathe by faith hill) 2001/rock (hanging by a moment by lifehouse, also lol?) 2002/rock (how you remind me, again lol) 2003/rap (in da club) 2004/r&b (yeah!) 2005/r&b (we belong together) 2006/pop (bad day. lol) 2007/r&b (irreplaceable) 2008/hip hop (low)
you get the picture. and throughout all these charts, there's a very even mix of genres. it feels as if for at least the last five years, it's been almost entirely pop, and genre mush pop at that.
four hip hop songs went number one in all of 2022, and one of them was by jack harlow. a hip hop song hasn't gone to number one since august 2022 -- almost two years ago. it feels like we've crossed over so much that the genres themselves have been neutralized a little.

Broadside – Hotel Bleu
Usually when you check into a new hotel, it has a funny way of changing your outlook and mindset for the days to come. Whether it’s settling down in a hotel for a vacation, work trip, or just a weekend getaway, these places tend to have their own unique personality attached to them. Broadside have this concept well on the top of their mind on their fourth full-length record, called Hotel Bleu. The interesting thing about this album is that it finds Broadside tinkering with their sound and exploring the depths of their songwriting. While their last effort, Into The Raging Sea, took listeners on a journey through the darkest of thoughts, Hotel Bleu may just be the polar opposite. The latest LP by Broadside (Oliver Baxxter [vocals], Domenic Reid [guitar], and Patrick Diaz [bass]) is vibrant, lush, and as colorful as the name implies. The album starts off with one of the most interesting songs on the record, with the synth-laden “Stranger” that features a frenetic beat and steady riffing from Reid before exploding into an emotive chorus by Baxxter. What Broadside do really well on songs like this is to channel their love for big pop hooks and alternative rock guitar parts into a satisfying blend of styles. “Dazed & Confused” follows the frenetic opener with a mid-tempo blend of acoustic guitar (in the opening refrain) that bleeds away quickly into a stomping, guitar-driven attack that reminded a bit of Set It Off’s Midnight style. The instrumental breakdown in this track features a wailing, keyboard-laced solo to expand upon the creative ideas put forth by the band. One of my favorites in the front half of Hotel Bleu comes in the form of “Don’t Lose Faith” that rocks like a George Michael pop song on steroids. Baxxter’s vocals are as captivating as they’ve ever been on this heavenly song that hits all the right notes. “Cruel” features a guest spot by Brian Butcher (The Home Team), and starts off with brooding synths in the opening that fade away for a great guitar groove, much like The Maine did so well on their last two albums. “Bang” rocks along with a steady tempo in the verses and features a stellar hook in the chorus of, “Bang, bang, bang the reaper is at my door / And I don’t wanna run anymore.” The atmospheric vibes of “How To Love, How To Lie” is top-notch guitar pop, and features a nice, pulsating bass line from Diaz to keep interest high. The back half opens with “Lucid,” that features a collaboration with Devin Papadol (Honey Revenge) and continues to explore the magic that happens when Baxxter and his bandmates trust their creative instincts. This dynamic sound on songs like this gets even better as Papadol gets to shine on her own verse in the track, before her and Baxxter harmonize on the chorus. “Feel Love” brings forth the dancehall vibes and rocks like The 1975 paired with the disco dance-pop of Dua Lipa. “One Last Time” was the first song to be released from the set, and it ends up fitting well in the sequencing of the record. More reflective songs like “What Have I Done?” finds Baxxter reminiscing through his life over heavy synths and pounding drums, before launching into a lush chorus. The tender closer of “Bleu” is a nice way of wrapping up this era of Broadside with further self-reflection from Baxxter while Reid’s acoustic guitar shines over the mix. The dreamy ballad is meant for the lighters (or cell phones) moment at one of Broadside’s concerts that get better with age, much like the band has showed their growth on Hotel Bleu. Checking out of this hotel opens a floodgate of great memories, good vibes, and stellar songwriting. --- Please consider becoming a member so we can keep bringing you stories like this one. ◎ https://chorus.fm/reviews/broadside-hotel-bleu/

A Sonic Fusion of Potential and Groove in Daniel Strongman's "Big Brudda" The soul of A-town has found its pulsating rhythm through the youthful vibrancy of one of its talents. The dynamic Atlanta-based artist, Daniel Strongman, proves his growing reputation as a musical force with his much-awaited second single, "Big Brudda", cementing his standing among the fresh-progeny of afro hip-hop artists rising from the South. https://open.spotify.com/track/2zSO51rvZIuS2oSoWS7HIS Describing the tune merely as “super catchy” would be an understatement. Continuously proving himself more than capable in blending aesthetics and elements from varying genres, Strongman's "Big Brudda" emerges as a compelling fusion of afro-hip-hop infused with some mid-tempo Afrobeats funk that lures listeners into dancing right off their seats. Yet it is upon reaching the infectious hook where "Big Brudda" really zeroes in on your attention. It creeps up on you like a rhythmic phantom — subdued yet consistent until it engulfs you completely causing involuntary head bobs or an uncontrollable foot tap. This showing is indeed further testament to Daniel’s prowess in weaving hooks laden with earworm qualities. Strongman’s lyrical delivery is equally commendable - succinct but full-bodied. His laid-back vocal style invites casual introspection, breathing life into the intrinsic theme presented by "Big Brudda". In essence, it’s an exploration and acceptance of one's future potential within the present self, a commendable concoction of motivation and self-realisation bundled in a feel-good arrangement. [caption id="attachment_52177" align="alignnone" width="1125"] A Sonic Fusion of Potential and Groove in Daniel Strongman's "Big Brudda"[/caption] Yet, what ultimately distinguishes this track from being just another blip on the radar is its evocative power. "Big Brudda" paints vibrant pictures of joyous barbecues and sun-bathed boulevards of the Atlanta streets while being emotionally engaging. Like a summer breeze, it manages to be invigorating and calming simultaneously. All things considered, "Big Brudda" works as both an earnest introspective anthem for self-actualization as well as a meticulously crafted soundtrack perfectly suited for those fond of a hip-swaying, dancehall vibe-fest. It stands tall as an eloquent testament to Daniel Strongman's emerging capacity as an artist that stretches beyond conveyor-belt formulations of mainstream music. "Big Brudda" isn’t merely another beat-driven number designed for immediate consumption but rather serves itself up as a considerable feast — thoughtfully prepped with intricate nuances to peruse upon each revisit. Served hot on today's music platter by chef Strongman himself, your ears are in for a dish you’ll savor time and again before eagerly anticipating his next course. Follow Daniel Strongman on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram and TikTok.

I Emmanuel Katto shares Uganda's Thriving Music and Dance Scene: From Traditional to Contemporary
Uganda, a country in the center of East Africa, is home to many different cultures and traditions. The music and dance scene there is one of the liveliest examples of this diversity. Uganda's music and dance culture is an enthralling voyage through time and tradition, as a Uganda’s native and journalist I, Emmanuel Katto always enjoyed the indigenous rhythms resonating through the hills and the throbbing beats of modern Afro-pop.
Tumblr media
Celebrating Tradition: The Musical and Dance Traditions of Uganda
Uganda is home to a wide variety of ethnic groups, all of whom have a strong cultural connection to the country's traditional music and dance. Many groups, such the Baganda, Bakiga, Banyankole, and others, have distinctive musical traditions that are frequently accompanied by dance displays that depict their culture's history, heritage, and daily life.
The rhythmic foundation of these performances is provided by traditional instruments like the adungu, engalabi, and ndingidi. Musicians and dancers dress colorfully to express their pride in their culture. As a result of the colorful energy of these performances, Uganda's cultural festivals attract tourists from all over the world.
The Development of Modern Ugandan Music
Uganda's current music sector is creating waves both locally and globally, in my opinion as a journalist, I Emmanuel Katto aka Emka Uganda would like to say that even if traditional music is still a treasured component of the nation's cultural heritage. Ugandan musicians have perfected the blending of traditional music with contemporary rhythms, resulting in a distinctive and contagious musical style that crosses national boundaries.
Afrobeat, dancehall, and reggae are three genres that are hugely popular in Uganda's modern music industry. Not only in Uganda but also throughout Africa and beyond, musicians like Eddy Kenzo, Sheebah, and Bobi Wine have become household names. In a world that is changing quickly, their music frequently addresses societal concerns through narrating tales of tenacity, love, and hope.
The Dance Revolution
An essential component of Ugandan music culture, the Dance Revolution Dance has seen substantial development in the modern music scene. Ugandan dancers are pushing the limits of creativity and expression with everything from traditional dances like the Bakisimba and Ekitaguriro to contemporary dancehall and hip-hop routines.
Dance competitions and showcases have grown in popularity, giving budding dancers a place to present their talents. Traditional and modern dance styles have been combined to create a distinctive kind of dance that enthralls audiences with its vitality and inventiveness.
Conclusion!
The thriving music and dance industry in Uganda reflects the nation's cultural variety and creative development. Although Ugandan musicians have been propelled into the world stage by the modern music industry, traditional music and dance are still valued traditions. Uganda's music and dance culture is a dynamic force that keeps evolving and captivating audiences throughout the world because to the blend of old and new, tradition and creativity. Therefore, Uganda has something to offer any music and dance fan, whether you're tapping your feet to the beats of traditional drums or dancing to the beats of modern Afro-pop. It's a celebration of the traditional and modern, old and new—a harmonious symphony of civilizations.

Tumblr media
Following his recent link-up with Aminé on "NASTY", Florida rap star Cochise has just announced that his new album WHY ALWAYS ME? will be out next week on October 25th. The news arrives alongside new single "GOOGLE ME" – out now. Set against an electric backdrop of glitchy synths, "GOOGLE ME" is a colorful, high-octane outing rooted in Cochise's distinct, carefree bravado. WHY ALWAYS ME? marks his third ever LP following the release of 2022's THE INSPECTION and arrives on the heels of a strong run of 2024 singles for Cochise, including "4AM" and “YOSHIMITSU” (33M Streams), as well as his collab with $NOT on "HILARIOUS". The track stamped their second ever joint outing following 2021's smash hit "Tell Em" (1B+ Streams), which was bolstered by its Cole Bennett-directed music video.
youtube
Hailing from Palm Bay, Florida, Cochise is known for a kaleidoscopic sound that blends elements of Jamaican dancehall, hip-hop, and trap with animated lyricism punctuated by deep-cut references to anime, sports, and pop culture. Hailed for his high-flying vocal acrobatics and hazy, ethereal production, he exploded onto the scene with his 2021 major label debut Benbow Crescent, which featured the RIAA Certified Gold hit track “Hatchback” (400M Streams). Cochise has since sold out a solo headlining world tour and collaborated with the likes of Lil Yachty, Chief Keef, Denzel Curry, Juicy J, Teezo Touchdown, Lil B, and more. Now, the 2022 XXL Freshman is entering his next era as he gears up to release WHY ALWAYS ME? on October 25th.

oddly specific things that have brought me joy today
a video of myself dancing with my friends in a dimly lit club. the person filming sang along until they had a voice crack
a mashups of the song "peggy" by ceechyna with the song "club classics" by charli xcx, really good biking music
the fact that there is a barber across the street from my apartment! it is very convenient and i get to practice my spanish with the old man who sits and talks with his son (who owns the place. my mom was in town, so she came with me to see my haircut and the old man kept reassuring her that when i went to school on monday i would have many girlfriends.
one of my duolingo sentences was "por qué quieren destruir la luna." this means, why do they want to destroy the moon. this reminded me of the minions, which made me very happy. the minions are some of my comfort characters and i rewatch the movies often.
today i listened to some soca and dancehall music at the gym and it was really energetic! lots of instrumental usage that blended well together, i definitely want to hear more of it.
i took a nap and woke feeling very well rested. like a butterfly out of a cocoon but the cocoon is a warm blanket and an abundance of stuffed animals.

Vblock Dutch is back with a new studio work: “Run Tell Dat (EDM Mix).”
Vblock Dutch is an artist who recently dropped a new project called Run Tell Dat (EDM Mix). This release is an amazing milestone for the artist, who is consistently showcasing his ability to combine a plethora of different musical influences into one explosive formula. From the essence of EDM to the edge of groove-driven styles such as DanceHall and interesting fusion ideas, anything goes! It’s not always simple to blend all of these styles so successfully, but Vblock Dutch has spearheaded a very distinctive creative direction with his sound and vibe, allowing the audience to appreciate a more nuanced tone. the original track by Vblock Dutch was a truly genuine piece of music, with lyrics detailing harsh realities and fearless truths. Now, the EDM remix lifts that raw energy to new heights, giving listeners a pulse-pounding journey through adrenaline and hope. Each beat strikes like a warning, echoing the challenges faced in the Jamaican underworld. Vblock Dutch, known formally as KVD Wilkins, is the mastermind behind this sonic evolution. As the creative force at VBE—Visionary Block Entertainment—he shapes music and literature with equal passion. His work extends beyond the mic through the Era of Ascension series, which explores science fiction, spirituality, and human growth. This book collection dives into deeper themes, illustrating his wide-ranging philosophical views. This remix blends a fierce message with a global dance sound. It calls to anyone who stands strong, refuses to be silenced, and embraces change.
Ultimately, what makes this release so timeless is the fact that the production doesn’t really follow a modern trend per se, but rather focuses on simply allowing the music to sound as best as it can possibly sound. The artist’s personality shines, as do the musicianship and the clever arrangement ideas showcased on this song.
Find out more about Vblock Dutch, and listen to Run Tell Dat (EDM Mix), which is currently available on streaming services.
