❖ The imagery I got when I asked what era your beauty came from, was very longing in nature. There was a lot of joy and celebration but it felt like I was watching the film through teary eyes and a heavy heart.

❖ The ���movie” flashed between a thriving culture sharing tales of triumph and having happy, drunk sing-song moments together; and then those same people under a war-torn regime of a very cruel but powerful man. I sense themes of religious persecution, nationwide government-forced famine, and general desecration of the once-peaceful way of life. The population was going through collective mourning.

❖ People lamented over their unfulfillable desire to reconnect with their homeland and all of their loved ones. With the World card at the end of the spread and the Empress at the bottom of the deck, I get the clear image that your beauty is the physical embodiment of a large collective’s longing for the sanctity of their community. I'm so sorry to tell you your man's a wanderer. At least once you're going to turn around and say "where'd Sabo go????" Half of your night might be spent looking for him

Despite being drunk Sabo's still a gentleman, you two are gonna stumble down the street arm and arm, he'll walk on the outside of the sidewalk closer to the street to keep you safe, and he likes getting your drinks for you

He drinks sugary drinks and will have a HORRIBLE hangover in the morning

He's not necessarily an angry drunk but he is a loud argumentative one, when he inevitably wanders off you're going to find him loudly arguing on behalf of the revolution and shit talking the world government to anyone that listens and to anyone who won't

You're also going to give each other increasingly stupid dares and stunts throughout the night

Gets affectionate as the drunkness gets closer to tiredness and then he turns into a cuddly man baby

Speaking of that he repeats SO MANY of the same stories he's told you before

First of all, it's gonna take a lot to get this man to actually drink. He's not a fan of being out of control. But he would do it, especially if someone told him he couldn't or told him not to

He also doesn't have the highest tolerance, the fact that he's tall is the only thing saving him from being a lightweight

You know he's drunk because he gets really expressive and talks with his hands a lot more.

I'm telling you this man is going to start talking about his coins. Fucking coins. And Sora. He's gonna out himself as a huge fucking nerd.

He's the most self aware drunk you've ever met. For the entire night he's fully aware of the things he shouldn't be doing/saying and still does them.

the only reason sebek even thought of this was because of silver, who mentioned that going to an arcade would be something that has lots of things to do with other people, when sebek asked where he was going with his friends.

sebek quite liked the idea of going to an arcade as a lot of the games require skill, which can allow him to gain praise from his lover and show that he can do anything you needed.

so he suggested it to you which you very much agreed to as it seems like a lot of fun.

when he gets there he is very surprised by all the things going on. such as kids screaming at the top of their lungs, lots of flashing lights from the games that was worse due to the very dim lights, as well as the large amount of people everywhere.

as someone that has heightened hearing and sight it was a very overwhelming being there. but even after all this he was more worried about you and if you would be ok staying here more than himself, as he doesn't want you to feel overwhelmed and scared of what's happening around you both.

when you say you will be ok he calmed down a bit, and as time went on he was no longer overwhelmed by everything going on.

after you both have been there for a little while he found a basketball game, that he was surprising you when he was amazingly good at. he managed to beat the game at the highest you could score on it multiple times, racking up lots of tickets for you. even a large crowd came to watch him do this and they were all cheering him on.

his favourite part was when he managed to get you the huge crocodile plush that was bigger than him. what made it better was when you gave him a kiss on the cheek saying he was your amazing knight, which had him blushing all the way up to the tips of his ears.

he was also scarly good at dance dance revolution, to thee point he was beating every song on there on the hardest mode. the best part was when he was near the end of the song and you purposely distracted him and he just stopped dancing to then walk up to you and lift you up in the air which caused you to squeal when you tried to escape.

it ended with the both of you laughing.

when you were walking to find a different game to play a part of the carpet was slippery which caused for the first time ever in his life. sebek swearing. which was really funny considering he landed on his ass and said "ah shit" in front of a pretty young child that then started yell at the top of their lung that very same thing all the way to their parents.

you never let him live that down and even got it on record, to keep as yours(read: for you to show everyone that doesn't believe you)

when you both became hungry you decided to get some ice-cream together at the little restaurant there and when you had a little bit of ice-cream on the corner of your lip he gave you a loving kiss then said you had a bit of ice-cream on you.

by the time you both left you were tired and wanting to go home but you can both confidently say you had a lovely time while dragging the crocodile that is just bigger than sebek himself.

now epel lived in the countryside his whole life and never got things from you could get from the city or atleast a sorta large town, and despite him loving the countryside and what it has to offer there are somethings that he always wanted to go to, for instance the arcade.

so he choose to ask his lover if you wanted to go on a date there. and with the chance to show off how manly he is, is one he won't miss. that and the fact you two could have a fun time.

when he gets there he felt nothing but excitement from all the noise, games, and prizes to win for you. the fact that this is an overly overwhelming place to be at times did not cross his mind until you hid behind him.

he asked if you were ok and if you just wanted to leave cause it ain't gonna be fun if you ain't havin fun too. when you said you were just startled about all the stuff going on and that your fine now is what started the date.

he decided that the first game would be a shooting one and when i say that this boy could aim then shoot faster than you can talk would be an understatement. it got to the point that he got the game moving so fast he broke it. which got him lots of impressed looks from the people around him.

the part that was his favourite would be when you both made a bet saying whoever got the most tickets in the next hour would get to make the loser wear whatever the winner wants and you absolutely destroyed him. cause turns out he is only good at shooting games which there were only so many.

at one point you two went to the basketball game and he was failing terribly at to the point where you started to giggle at him not because he was failing but because a kid just beat the top score on the other machines twice.

he still to this day has a grudge against that kid.

when you both got a shit ton of tickets you were deciding what to get with them, and ended on way too many lollies to the point even idia would disapprove.

but when he saw a kid didn't have enough tickets for a plush she wanted to get for her dad, and he asked the little girl what she wanted cause he will get it for her which made her smile the cutest smile. when that was over you gave him a peck on the lips saying that was very kind.

when you to started coming back you both went for something to eat at a cafe, and shared a milkshake with each other. but not in the two straw thing he just kept drinking from yours after he said he ain't thirsty.

now he came up with the it after asking his parents for date ideas and them saying how they both use to do it when they were young, and it seems as something you would like.

with him being the gentlemen he is he asks if it is something you want to do as he would like to with you, and of course you said yes. and with the knowledge of how loud they can be you two go to one out in a rural town.

when you two get there he immediately tells that this was a good decision and that you would have a lovely time here even with very few games to play.

one of the games there was a snowboarding simulation game, that he absolutely destroyed with his skills in it and showed you how to play it while he helped you he was very gentle and sweet the whole time when doing it.

he absolutely loved it when you both took a break to just enjoy some ice-cream talking about anything and everything, in fact it's what you both did the majority of the time you two were there.

now he was just talking about the stuff in his home town with you and realised there was an arcade that he knew you would love, as it had everything you could ever want, food, games, cool prizes, and a rollerskating rink.

when you two got there he was so excited about showing you all the games in here and having lots of fun with each other. he knew it would be very loud as it was a popular place to go and it was well loved by the community.

he first wanted to show you his favourite game which was a drumming rhythm game, and he showed off how fast he could drum. while you played player 2 on easy as you could only drum so fast. you loved the music it had.

he didn't have much money to spend but you two did roller-skate together which always ended with deuce on his ass which everytime without fail made him swear, and you giggled everytime.

sadly due to the swearing you both got kicked out, and you both decided to go to a diner together and just cuddled when you both went to his place to watch movies you both fell asleep with soft smiles on your faces.

swap boombox design for my au! lore under the cut

Boombox, a mercenary used to the volume of the battlefield! He's much more direct than what would be expected out of a hired killer - he fights with blasts of uncontrollable electric energy, which emit out of his shattered horns. The mask he wears seems to quell it outside of battle to ensure no (unnecessary) collateral damage. If he gets too charged, his mere presence is enough to explode anything mechanical. (Don't let him into Subspace's laboratory; things in there detonate enough.)

Currently in Phighting via his employment under Medkit, he's one of the most mysterious featured on the show. Boombox doesn't speak that much outside of flinging insults at his opponents and giving simple affirmatives or negatives - a stark contrast to the flashiness of his battling method - and doesn't tend to hang around after matches. Apart from an unspoken contest with Hyperlaser to see who can be the loudest (one that is eternally tied), he only ever seems to stick around Skateboard and Slingshot for sticking around's sake. Off shift, Swapbox just...disappears. Unless he's at the arcade acing the Dance Dance Revolution machine, of course.

1. Choi Seungcheol as Lee Young-Joon in What’s Wrong With Secretary Kim

The strong male character with childhood trauma who doesn’t know what to do with his feelings once he realises the love of his life, whom he had never confessed to, is leaving him screams Seungcheol to me. He’s awkward with his feelings, reacts poorly when hearing the news, is a true leader who silently burdens not only his trauma, but also his brother’s.

2. Yoon Jeonghan as Park Chang-ho in Big Mouth

I think, of all the people in the world who can deceive a prison full of inmates that they’re a criminal mastermind and you shouldn’t mess with them, no one else would compare to Jeonghan. The professional lawyer, who is framed and sent to prison, is a good person at heart, and helps other suppressed inmates and leads a revolution. Jeonghan is particularly quick to think on his feet, which matches the character’s energy.

3. Hong Joshua as Kang Tae- Moo in Business Proposal

A cold CEO who is super averse to dating and and is busy running his business meets and instantly falls in love with a girl who is posing as her friend on this blind date to get rid of him. He is devoted to his family, his passion for his company’s food products is only matched by our heroine. He’s a great cook and is also kind of nosy in his little brother’s love life.

4. Wen Junhui as An Min-Hyuk in Strong Girl Bong Soon

The cute, funny gaming company CEO who hires our Bong Soon as a bodyguard just screams Jun to me, both because of his passion for games and gaming development but also for his endearingly cute and shy demeanour and the sense of humour. Plus actor Jun deserves a fun, cool and handsome role like this, considering we might never get to see his c drama :((

5. Kwon Soonyoung as Jung Joon-hyung in Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok-Joo

Ok so this is the latest drama I’ve watched and Joonhyung’s passion and commitment for swimming instantly reminded me of Hoshi and his passion for dance. A bonus factor is the fact that after seeing In the Soop S2, I can confirm his….ahem…abdominal area can easily pass for a swimmer’s.

6. Jeon Wonwoo as Cha Sung-hoon in Business Proposal

Yeah I don’t think I need to explain this.

7. Lee Jihoon as Wi Seung-Huen in Rookie Cops

I’m sorry but Woozi as a trainee cop along with an initial e2f2l storyline???? Sign me uppppppp… Plus, this character is like the ace trainee along with having daddy issues and a strong sense of morality that builds over time. Just writing this is making me crave a Woozi remake of this show.

8. Xu Minghao as Myul Mang in Doom at Your Service

Minghao, I think, is the best person in the world who can bring doom to the world while looking fucking stylish and having an angsty emo personality. Fuck the humans, what even do they have. Xu minghao is literally here to end us all. Plus the later developments in the show and the emotions this characters develops….I’ll cry watching if Minghao was Myul Mang. Also, I feel like Minghao is the most supernaturally member in Svt- you know the one who is into Tarot cards and palm readings.

9. Kim Mingyu as Ji U-Min in The Fabulous

Ngl, the Going Magazine episode was a big factor while giving Mingyu this character. This super talented fashion and street photographer, who sometimes struggles to find his aim and is stuck in the friend zone after breaking up with the female lead is such Gyu vibe honestly. This man is so supportive, encouraging…and might I say relentless?

10. Lee Seokmin as Baek Hee- Sung in Flower of Evil

The beauty of Dark! Seokmin is something to behold, a fantasy I will never give up on. A bright, perfect husband in every sense of the way on the surface with a dark past and even darker present….. is….so…..hot. And his wife is a police officer? Yup yup add it to the drama. Mars’ serial killer DK fic has arisen a fantasy in me that i don’t think is going away anytime soon. Plus I’m a sucker for complicated, grey characters whose layers are revealed slowly as the series progresses. He’s almost an anti- hero here.

11. Boo Seungkwan as Lee Seung-cheon in The Golden Spoon

Another grey character, probably the most complicated character on this list. I think, for me, our Boo is also the most emotionally complex and mature guy in seventeen so I think this character really suits him. Our lead guy, is born into poverty but changes his luck, along with his family’s, by switching lives with the richest guy in his school. Complications, along with consequences, haunt him.

12. Chwe Hansol as Goo Chang-seong in Hotel Del Luna

I’m sorry but Vernon as this character??? In great looking suits and constantly in service of ghosts to help them finish their last wishes and peacefully transition to afterlife along with having… probably the most emotional love story ever…..yeah I need a minute, or a week.

13. Lee Chan as Kim Do-ki in Taxi Driver

Taxi driver is probably my favourite kdrama till date. And Dino as the sexy vigilante who takes revenge for people who the system can’t help is such a sexy concept. Action hero Dino to the rescue! Plus the main character plays so many roles undercover and is so hilarious at times that Dino will fit perfectly in this character’s shoes.

There was a time, where going out of home was kinda forbidden. It wasn’t the cold, neither the snow blocking the streets, but a dark time in human history. However, there is always a light that shines so bright...

Nami and Vivi join the conversation, as well as Robin and Law. Bepo screams from the back, the white-haired young man hugs the doctor, and everybody laughs. Sabo and Koala, who had to postpone their wedding, have been taking care of Luffy (even if he is a grown up already). They tell everyone about their future plans and how they are going to visit Cuba when this is all over.

When the news of every family and home have been told, and laughter filled the night before Christmas, Brook proposes a toast. Everyone agrees, and so, Ace gets up to bring the cups. However, yours isn’t gonna have alcohol, but simple water.

To the women, the most observant of the group, that gave them already a little hint. They were surprised that it was Ace who make the call, but they weren’t sure if there was any other reason behind but to celebrate in family as they couldn’t reunite.

Ace seems to be getting a little anxious as he keeps bouncing on the couch. “Babe, calm down…” you whisper, while Brook sketches what you could say it’s a speech.

Heres an actual genuine question what's your favorite video game, and what would peps favorite video game be

(Ough, favourite game? That's depends! There are lots of games I have never played, but still enjoy, like Pizza Tower for example jfdsjkfd. But for this, I'll stick with games I have played, which is not a lot as I am not much of a gamer!

I mostly play simulator type games, basically anything I can insert myself or my characters into (or make characters of, hehe)! So Animal Crossing is a big one! But more recently I have very much been into Wobbledogs and Cult of the Lamb (for the cult management more than the crusades, but they're still fun!)

I did also enjoy Bugsnax very much, even if I didn't finish it (my computer at the time ran very poorly, and I never installed it on my new one whoops), and I can't really think of any others!!!

As for Pep, I think he'd also be a simulator enjoyer! He likes to go at his own pace, and make pretty things! I imagine he'd like to collect all the bugs in AC and plant so many flowers and say hello to everyone every day!!!

And while his hand-eye coordination is a bit clumsy, I think he'd also enjoy rhythm games, once he got the hang of it He would CRUSH at Dance Dance Revolution!!!

Day 6 for NaruMaru Week 2023 - "Domestic/Intimacy". Pretty much combined the two prompts. @narumayoweek2023

Day 6: Domestic/Intimacy

The small plastic stick sat on the edge of the counter as Maya paced back and forth, waiting for her phone's timer to beep to signal that it was ready to look at.

            She glanced at her phone for what seemed like the hundredth time in less than two minutes. There was still another two minutes on the timer. So, she paced more until a wave of nausea hit her and she threw herself to the toilet and profusely vomited, her body shaking from her retching.

            Her nausea was what had prompted her to take the test in the first place. She was starting to become ill randomly in the mornings, often finding excuses to not go on investigations with Phoenix or even stand in trial next to him. Even thinking about having a nice, juicy burger made her stomach churn, which was almost alarming. It was that morning she made her way to the nearest drug store, overwhelmed by the dozens of different options of test - each sounding more complicated than the last. She had picked a middle ground and headed back to the office quickly, her cheeks flushed as her hands were gripping the small, brown bag.

            As she wiped the back of her hand from her retching, her timer went off. Her heart dropped to the pit of her stomach. Hands shaking, she reached for the plastic test, and she closed her eyes. She took a deep breath to calm her pounding heart and slowly opened them. On the test was a pink plus sign.

            Pregnant.

            Her smile could not have been any bigger. She was ecstatic as her heart began to flutter. To be honest she had thought it would take a few more tries, but it seemed to be true what they said about the Fey bloodline.

            "NICK!" she screamed loudly as she ran out of the small bathroom, the pregnancy test in hand as she went to quickly hide it in her robe. As she went searching for him, her mind couldn't help but go back to that night she knew how it all happened.

It was a few nights before their departure from Khura'in back to the states.

            Despite the recent revolution, it was already apparent that Apollo Justice and Nahyuta Sahdmadhi were working on the law reform for the country. The two were always asking questions between Phoenix and Prosecutor Miles Edgeworth for any advice as the two had traveled to multiple countries to study different laws and legal systems in Europe together; this had helped them create the MASON System for a jury that eventually fully committed Kristoph Gavin for multiple murders, attempted murders, and even the reason why Phoenix was disbarred for seven years.

            When Phoenix had arrived back at his room that was given to him to be used at the temple, almost like a small guest room, he was shocked to see that Maya was there. Before he could ask why she was there, she had flung her arms around him and pressed her lips against his. Maya didn't know what to expect after that, she honestly thought he would push her away and state that they were friends.

            But he kissed her back, holding her close to him, almost desperate to keep her from slipping away. It had been a long couple of weeks from crazy trials, murder plots, kidnappings, blackmail, and unveiling secrets that were over twenty-years old. But to them it was the same song and dance - the craziness never stopped.

            It wasn't long before Maya was disrobed, her in just her white bra and underwear, as she assisted the man she had been in love with since she was at least eighteen years old remove his clothing as well. That was what seemed to finally click in his mind when he suddenly broke off from her and held her arm's length away from him.

            "Whoa, whoa, HOLD IT!" Phoenix stressed, his voice hitched in a panic. "W-What the hell are we doing…!?"

            Maya darted her eyes between the two of them, her practically naked and him half undressed. "Um… about to have sex…?" she offered meekly, her voice small.           

            Phoenix's eyes widened. "Wh-What… no… we shouldn't…" he almost murmured.

            "Because we are staying at a sacred temple…?"

            "No!" the attorney squeaked. "Although that does seem unorthodox… But no! Because how can I live with myself if something happens and you leave my life again, especially after that!?" He then held her close to him again, wrapping his arms around her. "Ever since… the Engarde trial… I wanted you so close, but I couldn't ask you of that because of your duties with your training and the village… and then Hazakura happened, and I thought I lost you then… and with my disbarment I just wanted you to have a better life without me, but I was so selfish because I just wanted you to be with me-" He was babbling, a trait that Maya had seen early on that he did when he was very nervous - she found it very endearing.

            "Nick…" Maya interrupted him. She then put her hands on his face to force him to look at her. "I don't want to lose you too…" She then pressed her lips against his again, prompting him by pressing closer to him as she felt Phoenix's hands grip into her hair. "I love you, Phoenix, and I have for a while…" she murmured against his mouth.

            "I love you too…" Phoenix admitted to her. "I have for quite some time too…"

            Maya helped finish undressing him, all that Phoenix was now in was a pair of navy-blue boxers. With a small yelp, she was lifted into his arms and carried bridal-style to the bed. The bed dipped beneath them from their combined weight, him hovering over her as he continued to kiss her.

            Within a few minutes, those kisses turned into loving pecks along her jawline, which in turn trailed down her body. Each kiss caused goosebumps and shivers to roll through her body, causing her to sigh and moan.

            "Nick…" she almost said his name breathlessly.

            "Yeah…?" he replied, his voice slightly hitched.

            "Do… Do you have a condom…?" she asked softly, her face turning crimson.

            Phoenix's face flushed. "I, uh, technically do, yes…" he admitted. "It's a guy thing… we just keep one in our-"

            "Can you not use it?"

            "Wa-Wait… what!?"

            Maya slowly trailed her right forefinger against his chest, which she never realized was so well defined. "Well… as soon as I get back to the village, I will be officially the Master of the Kurain Channeling Technique," she said to him, almost shyly. "And with that…"

            Phoenix responded by giving her a slow, drawn-out kiss. "I mean, if it happens, it happens, right?" he said to her.

            Maya felt her eyes go wide. "Y-You would really want to start over with raising a kid…?" she squeaked in surprise.

            "If it's with you, yeah," he said, tucking a stray hair behind her ear. "I don't mind…"

            "So, that means…"

            "If it happens, it happens," he reiterated again, a small smile on his face.

            The rest of that night was filled with whispers of love in her ear, sweet caresses, moans of her name, and the sounds of their small pants. Maya had never had sex before, so she was preparing for the worst, but it never came; instead, she felt herself desperately clinging to Phoenix and calling his name, biting into his shoulder as passion coursed through her body.

            When sunrays crossed her face the next morning, she blinked open her eyes to see that her face was snuggled against Phoenix's chest. When she was younger, she would've blushed in embarrassment, but in that moment the ache between her legs and the satisfaction she felt was enough to tell her that she didn't imagine the night previously.

            When Phoenix blinked open his eyes, seeing how tangled they were in the bed, he didn't hesitate to pull Maya closer to him and kiss her deeply. It didn't take them long to get into a second session of lovemaking, but Maya didn't care, because-

Maya found Phoenix in his office, separate from the rest of the agency, him working on paperwork and slightly frowning.

            When Maya rushed into his office and shut the door behind her, she saw that Phoenix was looking up from his desk in confusion.

            "Maya…?" he said to her. "Everything okay?"

            Maya practically skipped over to him and perched herself on his lap, earning herself a small peck of a kiss on her head. Her smile never left her face as she had made her way from the apartment to the agency that was below.

            "Niiiick," she drew out his name.

            The edge of his lips twitched, desperately trying not to smile. "And what is it that you want, Anata?" he asked her, thinking she found some other "Steel Samurai" item that she wanted to add to her collection.

            "Remember a month or so ago when we were in Khura'in…?" she pressed him gently, her free hand running through his hair.

            Phoenix's face flushed slightly. "Uh… yeah…? How can I forget that?" he replied, his voice wavering with nerves.

            "Well, it happened," was all Maya said as she took her hand out of her robe, showing her positive pregnancy test.

            Phoenix took it gingerly from her hand, looking at the pink positive sign. Suddenly, he hugged her tightly to him, causing her to gasp in surprise.

            "This is amazing," he whispered in her ear. "This is the best news I've heard in a while…"

            "If it happens, it happens, right?" she said to him. "And boy did it happen…"

            "I love you so much…" Phoenix told her. "We were all already a family before… but the new edition is going to make it even better."

            "Oh, Pearly and Trucy are going to love this news," Maya felt herself saying, her heart fluttering with warmth.

            "They'll make great big sisters, that's for sure," he stated. He then separated from their hug for a moment and looked her seriously in the eyes. "Hey, what if we have a boy?"

            Maya smiled cheekily at him. "Well, if it happens, it happens, right?" she threw his words back at him.

            Phoenix gave a small chuckle, "Well, you got me on that one… that is true… Even so, I would love to try again then after."

            She swatted his arm playfully. "Hey, how about I give birth to this one first before you think about having another one!"

            "I mean, if it happens, it happens…?" he offered with a sheepish smile.

It was the middle of February when her water broke, and she was rushed to the nearest hospital.

            Normally, as the Master of the Kurain, she was supposed to give birth back at the village. However, this was a different circumstance that was agreed with ahead of time between her and the Elders that for the safety of her pregnancy, she was to give birth at the hospital.

            Phoenix of course was in the room with her, him offering his hand as she clutched it for dear life. One of the Elders was also in the room as well, overseeing the spiritual side of things. She was told to give one last hard push, and she did, and when she heard that small cry, she nearly burst into tears.

            "It's a girl!" the doctor announced, her wiping the small crying newborn of the excess blood and fluids. Immediately, the baby was placed on Maya's chest to get that instant connection of skin-to-skin contact, and that was when her dam broke.

            "Oh, she looks like a little alien…!" Maya cried out, her voice thick with happiness.

            Phoenix couldn't help but laugh. "Maya… all newborns look like that…" he assured her.

            "I have a cute alien baby!" she insisted. It seemed she was still a little loopy from her epidural.

            "Yes, we have a cute alien baby," Phoenix chuckled.

            The monitors were still going off as her body was still going through contractions. The small little girl was taken off Maya's chest, just as Phoenix was given the opportunity to cut the umbilical cord. The doctor instructed Maya to begin pushing again, so Maya did. After her final push there was a second, small cry.

            "And here is your little boy!" the doctor announced, again wiping the excess blood and fluid and placed him on Maya's chest.

            "He looks like an alien too!" Maya smiled. "They both have black hair and those spikes… how are we going to tell them apart…!?"

            "One has a penis, Maya…"

            "Oh, yeah…" she laughed lightly, her hand stroking the crying baby's back.

            Shortly, the small baby boy was taken from her as well, Phoenix cutting his umbilical cord as well, and got cleaned up along with his sister. Soon, both babies were placed back in Maya's arms, after a nurse graciously wiped the smudges of blood off her.

            The little girl was wrapped in a pink blanket and had a pink hat that read "BABY GIRL" and the little boy was wrapped in a robin egg blue blanket and similar colored hat that read "BABY BOY". Both babies looked sound but were starting to squirm in their blankets.

            "My babies look like burritos now!" Maya laughed, her holding them tighter to her.

            "Alien burrito babies, that's a new one…" a nurse murmured as she walked away.

            Phoenix hovered next to her, eyeing the two babies fondly. "Are we still in agreement with the names…?" he asked Maya.

            Maya was lovingly rubbing her thumbs over where the legs of each baby was under their blankets. "Yes…" she said coherently, the loopy sensation starting to fade. "I wouldn't change them for anything…"

            In the small hospital room where Maya was put for recovery was when they were officially allowed to sign the birth certificates. Phoenix teared up as he signed his name on both and saw that Maya had of course signed her name as "Maya Fey-Wright", the first Master in the history of her village to have a hyphenated name.

            "And… there we go…" Phoenix announced happily. "It's official - these kiddos are ours."

            "Nick, it was official when I told you I was pregnant…" she deadpanned at him.

            "I'm talking in a legal perspective!"

            Maya rolled her eyes and laughed, "We can take the lawyer out of the courtroom, but the courtroom can't leave you, huh?" She then looked lovingly at her two sleeping babies in her arms. "I hope one of you will be a lawyer like your Daddy and your Aunt Mia."

            "Why not the both of them?" Phoenix smiled.

            "If it happens, it happens."

            "Oh, you love to throw that in my face, don’t you?"

            "You literally said it in your wedding vows Nick… didn't help I was seven months pregnant either and already emotional…"

            Phoenix grimaced at that. "Pearls… she really smacked me hard for making you cry…"

            "Would you like to hold one of your children?" Maya offered, her voice sounding tired.

            Phoenix nearly jumped at the opportunity. He gingerly took the slumbering, baby girl from Maya. "And how my Daddy's Girl, doing…? Hmm? Little Mia Yuki Fey-Wright…" He smiled warmly.

            Maya felt her heart soar at seeing him hold their daughter. She then looked down to their son, the baby's hair spikes poking form underneath the hat. "That must make you my Mama's Boy, huh? Caladrius Ryuji Wright?" The baby boy continued to suck on a green pacifier.

            When they allowed to have visitors, as they wanted to have at least a day with the twins by themselves, Trucy and Pearl practically bulldozed Phoenix to get to Maya in the bed as she held the babies. Both the young women were cooing and talking to the new additions.

            Both girls got to hold each of the twins, Trucy being the most excited. She was excited as she was no longer "the youngest sibling" - referring to Apollo, Athena, and Pearl being older than her.

            Athena ended up visiting as well, dragging Simon Blackquil behind her. Once they left Detective Gumshoe and Maggey had came in a visited it, tugging along their five-year-old son and three-year-old daughter behind them. Franziska von Karma and Edgeworth came once the Gumshoe's left, Franziska declaring that both the children would learn proper etiquette from her. Edgeworth gave his congratulations and was extremely touched when asked if he would be their godfather; something that he accepted gladly. In order not to be whipped to high Heaven, it was quickly offered to Franziska to be the twins' godmother; she had no objections.

            After all the craziness of people visiting, Maya was leaning back in her pillows, both the twins snuggled in her arms. Her eyes were fluttering shut from the tiredness, her hands beginning to feel lax; Phoenix managed to get both babies into their respective bins so that Maya could properly sleep.

            "Nick…?" she called out tiredly to him.

            "Hmm? Yeah, Maya?" he replied.

            "I'm glad it happened…" she barely whispered, her struggling against her yawn.

            "The twins?" Phoenix smiled. "Yeah, I'm glad too…"

            "Not just that… I'm glad I feel in love with you all those years ago…"

            Phoenix went up to his tired wife, the mother of his children, and kissed the top of her head. "I'm glad too…" he said to her.

            As Maya closed her eyes, her breathing slowed as he fell asleep. Phoenix adjusted her pillows so she would be more comfortable and adjusted her blankets. His phone dinged lightly, and when he looked at the message he smiled that his offer was accepted about buying a small condo that was still in the city, but it was a shorter distance to Kurain Village for Maya and Pearl to travel to; it had a finished basement so that Phoenix and Maya could convert it into a Master Bedroom, all while the main floorplan had three bedrooms.

            He had told Maya about the offer and moving, which she was happy about as there would be more room. She had even suggested as Trucy was going to college locally that she could still stay at the apartment attached to the agency, her friend Jinxie moving in as well for college. Even Athena decided to move in, taking the third bedroom and stated she would pay rent.

            After Maya woke up after a couple of hours, she asked for the twins so she could feed them. As she did so, Phoenix told her that the offer was accepted.

            "Three bedrooms," he had reiterated. "We can probably even have another baby."

            That was when Maya smiled coyly at him.

            "If it happens, it happens."
