Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.  It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.  1 Corinthians 13: 4-7
How could we ever live up to these standards? It's impossible. It wasn’t easy for Jesus either. He didn’t feel like going to the cross. But He made a conscious decision to do so because He loves us that much.
Pray:  "Lord, You know I am not this way. I am not always thinking the best of every person. I am not always well-mannered. I am not always kind. I am not always longsuffering. But, Lord, I acknowledge my weakness and I want to change." In Jesus' name, Amen
Romans 5:5 says, "The love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit.” Therefore, He will help us live a life of love.

“Now all has been heard; here is the conclusion of the matter: Fear God and keep his commandments, for this is the duty of all mankind. For God will bring every deed into judgment, including every hidden thing, whether it is good or evil.”
‭‭Ecclesiastes‬ ‭12‬:‭13‬-‭14‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Genesis 49 - Jacob blesses his children before he dies. Special note: despite several spectacular sins, Judah is blessed as the one who will be the forefather of the Messiah. Jesus came from the house of Judah.
Mark 4 - Jesus calms the storms when they frighten His disciples. May I also trust Him to calm the storms of my life when they weigh on me.

Genesis 2:8-9 (KJV)
And the Lord God planted a garden eastward in Eden; and there he put the man whom he had formed. And out of the ground made the Lord God to grow every tree that is pleasant in the sight, and good for food; the tree of life also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of knowledge of good and evil.

“I am fearfully & wonderfully made…
My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place, when I was woven together in the depths of the earth. Your eyes saw my unformed body; All the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be.” {Psalm 139:13-16}

“There is no peace, says the Lord, for the wicked.” (Isaiah 48:22). But we have a God who provides peace by pardoning sin. This is the very reason Jesus came to earth: to bring peace to troubled, fearful humankind. Christ’s blood removed the guilt of our sin. Paul says, “He is our peace.”  (Ephesians 2:14).
You see, sin creates a barrier or separation between humanity and God, as highlighted in Isaiah 59:2, which states, "But your iniquities have separated you from your God".
Jesus Christ came to bridge the gap created by sin, offering forgiveness and reconciliation with God through faith in Him. Jesus made peace for us through His blood. Jesus died on the cross to purchase peace with God. Jesus said in John 14:27, "Peace I leave with you; My peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid."
Thank You Jesus for the peace You have given us. Amen
