Reigen being Neito’s uncle on his moms side.

Reigen could’ve been the quirkless cool uncle that supports him and taught him the way of Reigen-ing his teasing and analyzing his way out of and into situations, communicating, using his quirk, not fighting if necessary, how to fight mentally or physically, and that the world isn’t black and white. He’d also be a healthy(?) parental figure/sensei.

That’d be awesome. Because AFO could be his dad and Reigens sister somehow seduced evil incarnate. And brought this gremlin into the world.

Maybe Reigen and Co are visiting Japan (or just UA) and stop by. Perhaps Neito mentions Bakugo, and Teru is just like getting flashbacks of himself and recognizes the unhealthy relationship between Bgk and Midoria. And is completely willing to humble him.

Also, Reigen accidentally becoming a genuinely helpful mentor looking at you All Might to 1A, 1B, and Midoriya. Fucker helps in so many ways with his vague methods and metiphors. Midoriya just breaks down when he admits to being quirkless and thinking that the quirkless aren’t useless and can be hero’s too. And if Bakugo says otherwise he gets psychically (a quirk could also be used) pinned down by the other Espers in the room and Mob who just sits down next to Midoriya nodding like a wise sage while patting his back in understanding. Congrats Reigen, Midoriya will now die for you.

And Dadzawa and Dadking notice this and decide to ask Nedzu to make him a substitute for a couple classes. So he becomes the unofficial therapist mentor of these students.
