Here are some jojo villains headcannons for receiving gifts on their birthdays!

You’ve somehow found out the birthdays of every villain in the house (except the Pillar Men because their age is…hard to tell) and make a big deal out of celebrating them. Whether they love or hate it depends on the villain.

How You Find Their Birthdays:

Kira’s Journal: You snuck into Kira’s room and borrowed his neatly organized personal planner, which he kept for his old life. Naturally, this included his birthday.

“Kira, I know your birthday’s coming up! Do you like cake or pie better?”

“…How do you know that?”

Pucci’s Notes: You peeked in one of Pucci’s journals during one of his long monologues and found a note about his birthday in the margins. He now keeps all his writings locked up.

Dio’s Ranting: Dio casually mentioned his birthday during one of his speeches. Later you ask for the exact date. You immediately jotted it down.

Doppio/Diavolo’s Documents: You’d have to have hacked into Diavolo’s personal records because he would never divulge that information. Diavolo is still trying to figure out how you did it.

Valentine’s Records: You grilled Valentine over dinner about his “human side,” pretending to be fascinated by his patriotism. He gave that sob story about his dad and the handkerchief.

Reactions:

Dio Gift: A custom mirror engraved with “To the world’s most perfect being.” You even add a few rhinestones because you know how much Dio loves to sparkle lol.

Reaction: Dio basks in the attention. Deep down, he loves the gift, though he’ll never admit it.

“Hmm. You’re an odd creature, but this is… acceptable.”

Kira Yoshikage Gift: A pristine pair of leather gloves and a bouquet of roses to match his aesthetic. You also bake him a hand-shaped cake. He’s horrified.

Reaction: Kira begrudgingly accepts the gloves (because they are high quality) but refuses to acknowledge the cake. He spends the entire day avoiding you.• “I don’t know how you know my birthday, but I’d appreciate it if you didn’t.”

Diavolo Gift: A limited-edition Italian silk scarf in his favorite shade of crimson.

Reaction: Diavolo is suspicious, thinking you’re trying to gain leverage over him. He eventually accepts the gift when Doppio convinces him it’s harmless.

“Tread carefully. I don’t trust your motives.”

Doppio Gift: A pink rotary phone because it matches his vibe.

Reaction: Doppio adores it and spends hours pretending to make calls with it. Diavolo later destroys the phone out of sheer annoyance.

“You’re the best!”

Pucci Gift: A first-edition copy of a rare theological text you found.

Reaction: Pucci is conflicted. On one hand, he appreciates the gift. On the other, he’s uncomfortable with how much effort you put into finding out his birthday.

“Your persistence is… unsettling.” He keeps the book locked in his room.

Funny Valentine Gift: A custom pocket watch with an engraving of the American flag on the front and his initials inside.

Reaction: Valentine is both touched and suspicious. He accepts the gift with a stiff nod and politely thanks you. He later examines it for tracking devices (just in case).

“Your thoughtfulness is appreciated. However, I will not tolerate any schemes.”

Pillar Men: They are spared from your birthday obsession because you couldn’t possibly figure out their birthdays. This doesn’t stop you from giving them gifts anyway.

Kars: Gets a gemstone-encrusted hairbrush because his hair is so gorgeous. He throws it at you.

Esidisi: Receives a set of scented candles because you thought they’d calm him down. He cries tears of rage.

Wamuu: Gets a polished silver armband. He accepts it graciously and bows, earning him the title of your favorite.

The Aftermath: Most of the villains are deeply unnerved by your stalkerlike knowledge of their birthdays, but your gifts are always so perfectly tailored that they can’t bring themselves to refuse.

You celebrate with so much enthusiasm that even the grumpiest villains (like Kira and Diavolo) eventually start tolerating you, though none of them will ever admit they secretly look forward to their birthdays now.

Diavolo’s design is directly inspired from King Crimson, which i think is rlly interesting cuz he looks a LOT like a jester than royalty

which is funny cuz.. in his mind he’s the king but he’s really the jester entertaining to i guess would be giorno’s world?

diavolo is a huuuuge manipulator. he can use his big, scary looks to intimidate or use doppio to present himself as harmless and sweet. Two sides of the same coin >_<

Au i have been thinking about for so long

Finally had the courage to show you guys what i have in mind

OK SO

In this au Diavolo was never a bad dad (idk about the part about being a bad person) BUT he married Donatella in Sardinia and looked after Trish in his Doppio Identity, while still being a mafia boss in the main cities of Italy as Diavolo and doing his duty leaving his family behind from time to time to keep them safe.

Donatella knew both of his identities but kept to herself, leaving Trish the only one who didn't know

When Trish was about 14 ish Doppio left them saying he'll be back in 4-5 months and in this period of time Donatella gets killed, and after that, that's when the main events for the GE starts.

Only this time Diavolo really wanted to make sure Trish was okay even though it may put his boss identity being revealed at risk.

His identity got revealed later on but he didn't really care lol

Trish had a lot of Doppio's attributes till her 20s, later on, her looks leaned more into Diavolo's considering he's the main body.

Doppio w/ an S/O who has a dog

Notes: GN!Reader, Doppio so pssttt there's kinda a spoiler for Part 5 do not read if you haven't seen it, minor swearing, but pretty funny and fluffy

Doppio hasn’t had much experience with dogs. Yes, he’s seen dogs before, occasionally pet one a few times, perhaps got unlucky to be chased by many of them. He was initially worried how your dog would react to him because he’s worried your dog will hate him and run after him. 

Your dog was actually pretty kind to him, which made him so happy and relieved. Doppio is crying tears of joy that your dog does not want to maul him like a chew toy. He shouldn’t have been that surprised, honestly, but it was still a welcome treat for Doppio. 

He sees how much you love your dog and he finds it really sweet! Doppio does like to care for smaller animals and insects, and seeing that you care for your dog makes him feel better. He feels happy knowing you treat your dog with respect and tons of love. 

He would be nervous initially to care for your dog because he doesn’t want to make you or your dog uncomfortable. He’s kind of like… ‘am I allowed to touch your dog? Can I pet them? Can I brush them?’ 

Please help him, he’s never done this before and he’s very anxious. 

Doppio is acting extra gentle with your dog because he hasn’t yet gauged what is an appropriate amount of force needing to brush or clean your dog. After you teach him and get him used to it a few times, Doppio gets the hang of it and can do it on his own. 

He’s not jealous of your dog, he’s not that kind of guy. Again, he really cares for some animals and your dog is a sweetie pie. You love your dog so much, and Doppio loves you very much, so of course he’d love your dog! 

He kinda sees your dog as like… your child? In a weird way? He’s just like yep, this is my beloved and this is our dog <3 I love my family <3 

And unlike a certain other man who shall not be named he does not abandon his family <3

He has so much fun playing with you and your dog. Especially if your dog likes to jump on him and snuggle him he loves it so much!!! Fluffy attack he’s laughing so hard until there are tears pouring down his face. 

Also, he takes his dog duties so seriously. If you ask him to walk the dog or give the dog a bath, Doppio is preparing like he’s going to war. He’s so focused and determined and nothing will stop him from caring for your dog. Absolutely nothing can break his concentration and so help him if anything dares to interrupt or prevent him from-

He’s quickly picking up a dog bone and straight up just YELLS at Diavolo. 

“What the HELL do you want? Huh? I’m walking my dog! Don’t you know how to time shit correctly? I’M BUSY!!!!” 

Doppio is so angry at Diavolo for calling him at these times, he just gets incredibly frustrated at him for interrupting his time with you and your cute dog. 

After he gets off the “phone” he needs lots of snuggles and kisses from you and your dog or else he might pop a blood vessel. 

Hilarious idea but Diavolo telling Doppio what to do with your dog whenever Doppio gets confused or is unsure of what do. 

“Ah, damn, what is the dog food we get again?” He says at the store. “The blue one.” “This one?” “Yeah. That one.” “Thanks, boss.”

I love kiraboss, and there are some aspects I feel people don't talk about enough when it comes to them, like how whenever Kira is attracted to someone, he wants to kill them. Or like how Diavolo is scared of relationships because he's terrified of someone finding out his true identity. Or how Doppio would react to those two being together, like, is he also Kira's bf? Or unrelated? Imagine Diavolo having to explain Doppio to Kira. What about both of their obsession with being caught, would they bond over that or be torn apart by shared paranoia? Imagine an au where Kira and Doppio/Diavolo somehow live but they end up running away/hiding in the same place and meeting. Imagine both of their "kids" (Trish and Hayato) (the term "his kid" is very loose in Hayato's case but bare with me) going on a mission to find their dads. For Trish it's for answers and for Hayato it's as revenge for his dad's death and mom's grieving.

What I'm saying is kiraboss is a polyamory because of Doppio and Diavolo and they bond over mental illness and the lack of child support payments. Also do you think their hands change when Doppio/Diavolo switch?

I need everyone to look me in the eye and explain to me with no bullshit why they think that Diavolo x Doppio is proship. Abusive and/or toxic? Potentially- still not proship. And I swear to God if your only reasoning for this is that they're alters in the same body and/or in the same system I need you to sit down right in front of me, better yet lay down and listen to me very carefully.

Being in the same body/system does not equate to being related in any way. I've seen people say that "Doppio and Diavolo are brothers!" No they're not. They're two alters in a system. Similarly, I've seen other people say that - and this is even stranger because where they got this from I have no clue- Diavolo is also Doppio's dad like he's Trish's. No, he's not. They're alters in a system. Even if we go based on canon and throw fanon and headcannons out the window, their relationship outside of being the Boss and his right-hand man is never specified. Literally all we have to go on is that Doppio is comforted by Diavolo's presence and that Diavolo refers to him almost exclusively with words of endearment. This could be platonic, sure. Familial? Possible, but highly unlikely.

I'm not saying that alters in a system can't be related. The alters that our brains cook up can be anything, and familial relationships between alters is a thing. But specifically in the case of Diavolo and Doppio, this is never stated. Therefore, while you are allowed to headcanon them as such, do not force that headcanon onto others when it's not true in the source media.

And if you think that DiaDop is proship because it's an in-system relationship, buddy do I have news for you. Alters have in-system relationships all the time. I, myself, am in an in-system relationship with the Sheila E in our system. Another friend of ours has an in-system relationship in their system. System friends that I knew before that we don't talk to anymore had in-system relationships, and I've seen other systems online talk about their own in-system relationships.

If your only problem with DiaDop is that they're in the same body/system, I can only assume you're a singlet and to that I say:

Fuck off. If you don't know enough about how systems work, you don't get to make that decision. Especially if the decision in question is accusing a harmless ship of being incestuous or pedophilic. Which- by the way- they're both adults! It would be a different story if one of them were underage even in the same system, but they are both grown ass adults! Even with the changes in their body between them fronting, Doppio is described to be a young adult!

And lastly, if your only other reason for accusing DiaDop of being proship is because you don't like it and have some need to justify that dislike? I think you need to do some introspection. I mean this in the best possible way, but if you feel like you have to justify your discomfort for something as small as a pairing of fictional characters, you might want to look in the mirror and ask yourself why that's the case. Especially if you're going to the lengths of accusing that fictional pairing of being proship.

This whole next bit is gonna be my personal thoughts- but might I just add that the whole thing of Doppio's comfort in Diavolo's presence or on "calls" with him and Diavolo calling him "My Sweet Doppio" and other such things really feels to me like implied romance. Especially in the only Jojo part (other than SBR) with canonical queer representation (SquaTizi and Sorlato), it's a bit hard to ignore, in my opinion!

Anyway, I've seen people be weird about DiaDop for a while now and I was just gonna hold my tongue, but the more I thought about why they would think that the more I realized that it's all singlets who just don't understands systems and assume they can talk for all of us. It pissed me off, so here I am.

If there's any reason to call DiaDop proship that I haven't debunked, please enlighten me. But otherwise? Shut up.

He sees your face: wide eyes, trembling, covered in bruises and dust, yet still defiant.

He admires the sheer will it took to survive and run. You remind him of himself.

Begins giving you everything: rich clothes, exotic food, a warm bed. He doesn’t know how to be a father, but he starts watching you like a hawk. No one touches you. Ever.

If you wake up screaming from nightmares, he pretends to be annoyed- but he sits by your bedside until you calm down.

One day you call him “Dad,” and he freezes. Doesn’t speak for five minutes. Then: “…Hmph.” He likes hearing you say it and it feels nicer than any other title.

Kars

You stumble into the abandoned mansion he and the other Pillar men are using as a hideout while escaping. You’re covered in wounds, barely breathing.

He was seconds from ignoring you as a mortal inconvenience- but then you looked up at him and whispered, “Please don’t send me back.”

Something inside him shifted, as a protector and a creator.

He nurses you back to health himself. Carefully. Almost scientifically. He studies your injuries, the trauma, your triggers- then destroys the kidnappers in silence.

At first, you call him “Mister Kars.” Then “Uncle.” Eventually, “Papa.”

He teaches you languages, science, nature. Your mind blossoms under his careful watch.

And though he’s still cold to others, he softens every time you run to greet him.

Kira Yoshikage

He finds you sleeping under a bush, clutching a torn blanket and crying quietly in your sleep.

It disturbs him. Seeing a poor child in your condition is an uncomfortable reminder of the issues of this world, ones he doesn’t like to think about.

He brings you home and tells no one. He doesn’t ask questions. He gives you a bath, lets you wear his old childhood clothes, and makes you sandwiches.

When you finally tell him what happened, his eyes go dark. That night, he takes Killer Queen out.

Finds you sobbing near the ocean, holding your arm in pain. He panics and picks you up immediately, cradling you like porcelain.

“H-Hey! Are you okay? Did someone hurt you?! Don’t cry- please don’t cry, I’ll call an ambulance!”

You cling to him like a lifeline. He talks to you gently, makes you laugh through the tears.

Buys you ice cream and bandages your arm with surprising care.

When you fall asleep against him, he talks to the “boss” through a rock: “I think… I wanna keep the kid.”

Doppio becomes the warmest guardian. He brings home plushies, teaches you how to make funny faces, and helps you forget the pain.

You draw him pictures. He tapes them on the fridge. He cries when you give him one that says “Best Dad.”

Pucci

You sneak into the church seeking refuge. He finds you curled up behind the altar, praying.

He kneels beside you. “You’re safe here.”

When he hears your story, his fists clench. “No child should suffer under evil.”

He reports the incident- but not before ensuring the sinners never get to sin again.

He teaches you scripture gently, with kindness, not force. Gives you a quiet place to heal.

Over time, he becomes the father you needed. He teaches you peace, but also power.

You ask him once if God is mad at you. He answers firmly: “God sent you to me. There’s nothing shameful in survival.

Funny Valentine

You’re found during a train inspection, hiding in a baggage compartment. You’re cold, hungry, but polite- even in fear.

He sees his younger self in your eyes.

Quietly arranges for your kidnappers to vanish. No legal mess. No questions.

Adopts you officially and introduces you as “my child.” That’s it. No one questions the President.

Gives you tutors, safety, and luxury- but also trains you to defend yourself.

Your trauma is never seen as weakness. It’s seen as evidence of your strength.

He hesitates- but when you groan and say “Please don’t let them find me,” he changes.

Carries you on horseback back to his camp, curses under his breath the whole time, but treats you like glass.

“Tch. You’re lucky I’m soft on kids,” he mutters, giving you water and food.

Trains you to be sharp, fast, and strong. “No one gets to cage you again. Not while I’m around.”

He doesn’t say “I love you,” but when he takes you riding or lets you braid his hair, it’s obvious.

Tooru

You run into him- literally- an alley outside the hospital and collapse. He crouches down, shocked to see how young and injured you are.

“Hey… are you okay? Are you lost?”

He takes you home. Gently. Patiently. He makes ramen and lets you curl up under a weighted blanket.

The first few nights, you’re too scared to sleep. So he talks to you about stars, music, anything to keep you calm.

You bond slowly. He doesn’t push you to open up. When you do, he listens with serious eyes and never judges.

Behind your back, he destroys everyone who hurt you. Quietly, methodically.

The apartment becomes your safe space. He becomes your home.

Jjba Part 5 severance AU thoughts:

- Diavolo is the CEO of ‘passion’ which is essentially lumon in this au.

- Doppio and Trish are both his innies. Both used for different reasons. He does different hairstyles for work depending on who he is going to wake up that day. Eventually he decides to retire Trish because her work wasn’t needed anymore. Sparking an uprising.

-bucciaratis crew (MDR like the canon severance main crew) are all innies, as in their part 5 canon personalities are the innies. Their outies are different, but with some of their canon backstory. Although it depends on the character. I’ll get to that later.

- Bucciarati was a very dedicated worker but started seeing suspicious things about the work he was doing. The nail in the coffin was when he was told Trish was ‘retiring’, he doesn’t understand how you could just end the life of someone so young.

- similarly to what happens in golden wind, all of them betray the organization except for Fugo. Fugo knows his life can end at any time if his outie chooses, and would rather spend the time he has with friends and working on something he believes is important.

- La squadra is there and they are enemies because of manipulation from the organization. Wars happen between Bucciaratis crew and La squadra, but mostly in the form of silly office pranks taken too seriously.

- cioccolata and secco are the Cobel and Milchick of this au, in terms of work positions. Team building games consist of throwing sugar cubes at secco, his idea.

Character headcanons, they are all in their 20s in this au because it makes more sense in an office job sorta way. Except for Fugo, he is a teenager.

Giorno:

Innie- his outies (Dios) strong desire to not be bossed around by anyone awoke in Giorno when he woke up on that table. The first thing he did was have a conversation with Bucciarati about his newfound dream to take over the organization and dismantle it. He believed it to be unethical what they are doing. because Dio has a strong sense of what’s ethical and what’s not, and likes to choose the least ethical option always. Giorno got that too, but applied it differently. Except for stealing, he likes to take all the finger traps when seccos not looking.

Outie- is on the board, goes by ‘Dio’. Same personality as Dio from jjba. Is very rich, and has a bunch of girlfriends. And boyfriends. Named his innie “Giorno” because only he can be referred to as “Dio”.

Bruno:

Innie: group leader, or manager or whatever. Started out very dedicated to the company, thinking they did so much good for the world. Goes by bucciarati. He is very kind of course. His group looks up to him. Whenever he gets a dance party he always chooses “defiant jazz”. Eventually learned about the testing floor, accidentally. And then the trish situation.

Outie: goes by Bruno. thinks severance is unethical and horrible, got severed so he could get on the severed floor to take down the company. Think outie Irving. Thought out a whole plan to keep his innie alive after he took down the company, because he didn’t want to cause someone to exist for his own desires and then just end their life. That would be horrible. Also his dad is on the testing floor and he knows this, so that drove his decision to get severed. Despite his feelings about severance, he got a tattoo of a brain with a zipper in the middle zipping it in half. He thought it might communicate to his innie that he is thinking of him. Hopes to reintegrate.

Abbacchio:

Innie: feels regret but isn’t sure why. Very serious about his job, but views his job as serving bucciarati. Bucciarati is the only reason he feels motivated to do anything. The first voice you ever hear must be the one you need to trust.

Outie: abbacchios outie is actually the one with the failed police officer backstory. Lived in regret for a while until he took a job, hoping that his innie would be able to be the righteous person he wished he was. And also the whole “drowning out the pain for eight hours a day” thing. Didn’t realize passion was an unethical company and now regrets ever making someone work there endlessly.

Mista:

Innie: insists all of the “scary numbers” they are always searching for are all fours. Was ok with just chilling and doing work but he is kinda ride or die and bucciaratis speech was very passionate so he revolted. Doesn’t care about the company anyways, and would like to actually receive his paychecks so. Insists that he deserves extra food so he can feed it to his six imaginary goblin friends that annoy him.

Outie: his outie also goes by Mista and he got severed because he is lazy as fuck. He didn’t think of the moral implications, just heard he can go up an elevator and then down and be done and was like “yeah! Let’s do this!”. Is a nice guy and thinks innies are people and all that, just lazy.

Narancia:

Innie: very trusting, didn’t think anything weird about the company and trusted bucciarati immediately. Doesn’t trust his outie, has threatened to cut off his fingers and all that to get back at him, which caused bucciarati to yell at him. Bucciaratis not one for spiteful revenge. He thinks bucciaratis the coolest. He is incredibly slow at getting work done, slacks off a lot and sometimes falls asleep. Bucciarati is always scolding him, but is very concerned about the sleep thing.

Outie: his dad disowned him, and he saw that if he was willing to get a brain procedure he could work a job with little experience. So yeah he did that. Desperate times call for desperate measures. I guess. Would rather not work. Hasn’t graduated highschool yet and doesn’t care. Kind of a loser. Believes his innie isn’t a person and told him that once. Lowkey not a good person. Stays up late partying and drinking, causing innie Narancia to have a rough work day.

Fugo:

Innie: very dedicated to work because bucciarati is. The fastest worker of the group, and the one who is most interested in reading the handbook. Irving from season 1 essentially, but more doubtful of the company. Short temper of course. He is also dedicated to work because he feels it’s his purpose, and believes he isn’t a person. Sometimes tries to convince the others of the same thing. But if very angry about that fact. His outie went to work sick once and he spread a virus to everyone, giving him the nickname “virus”.

Outie: forced to get severed by his parents. Forced to work for this company. Actually a teenager. Gifted child college degree yknow the drill. Has intense bitterness about his situation that translates into innie Fugos short temper. But outie Fugo doesn’t have anger issues. Wishes he did. Outie Fugo doesn’t believe he is a person, similarly to innie Fugo. Has something to do with what happened with his college professor. Writes dark poetry under the code name “purple Haze”. Edgy as fuck.

Trish:

Innie: headstrong and likes bossing people around. Secretly very scared, knew from the start that her life was to be a short one. But she made some friends and doesn’t want it to end.

Outie: as stated you top, Trish is an innie of diavolos. Who would never use his real name for an innie to go by. The board refers to him as “the boss”. Trish identifies as a female, while her outie is a male.
