~ Shadow Milk Cookie is Genderqueer, Using They/He/It pronouns. They're also Biromantic Asexual.

~ Shadow Milk barely gets along with the other beast cookies, thinking Burning Spice is too hot headed [usually spending his time ticking him off for entertainment], and finding Mystic Flour boring.

~ Candy Apple [She/Her] has a massive one-sided crush on Shadow Milk it readily abuses to further manipulate her.

~ Black Sapphire [He/Him] is their right hand man, but is a double agent for Pure Vanilla [As of writing this, he hasn't been released in game]

~ Shadow Milk frequently strokes their own ego, complementing others to wrap them around their finger. They frequently laugh off any rude comments, and take great enjoyment from the suffering and anger of others.

~ Shadow Milk speaks rather formally and in riddles, weaving together truth and lies to create a story so spun it's hard to tell them from each other

~ Despite being a master of deceit, they rarely say blatant lies, and are frequently being honest from their own twisted world-view.

~ Absolutely DESPISES the heroes and Pure Vanilla, but masks their rage and hatred under a mask of jokes

~ Absolutely loves praise and applause, in the past likely performed on stage for whomever would watch

I noticed a very little detail and difference in first dialogue with Inquisitor in Veilguard, regarding (as i believe) to a romance with Dorian

Two Inquisitors had one difference in a world state - a romance, nothing else.

When Rook asks for "spy support" on the North, Inquisitors had different answers and I was confused, because I def remembered that Lavellan (who romanced Solas) said that

Then I got back to check and Inqusitor who romances Dorian shortly said that which I didnt understand for some minutes

So you mean, it's an implication to good old Trespasser ending which mentions rumors that Dorian's Amatus visited Tevinter to work together? Maybe even more often than I imagine, but new Blight on the South separated them.

Moreover, of course, he had been a spy for Inquisition while being here (good thing he was a Rogue then)
