post about alejandro by lady gaga on my dash. fun fact. did you know that the violin in the intro
youtube
is from a famous piece called czardas by vittorio monti which i played in violin class around the time this song was super big
youtube
so i always have that :D recognition. although the fact that it's pitched up and sped up does itch at me. ntm using an italian rendition of hungarian folk music to represent the ideal of a Latin Lover

idk if this is a hot take but i much prefer liz and the blue bird to crescent moon dance as a piece
liz feels like it focuses on the music and the story behind it, whereas CMD somewhat feels like a piece to demonstrate virtuosity
#cmd is giving me czardas vibes#not bad sounding but it's a common piece for soloists to demonstrate their range#hibike rewatch
