i’m having a panic attack at work bc my coworker keeps like. saying directed stuff to me about someone else on ADA and then directly after she went on a rant about how her mom is ridiculous for getting upset because she has cysts in her breasts and kept saying she must want cancer and be excited to die because she’s scared

ever since my surgery, holding my piss has been weird. partly bc there's no longer another ball of liquid in there adding to the pressure. so things sometimes don't feel as intense or hard, and if I lay certain ways, I can feel my full bladder hitting spots that feel strange bc it never was able to get there before
but it's still a delightful experience anyway~ just new and strange...

sometimes it's so hard to remind myself I did fight in search for answers and treatment to my chronic pain I've literally begged for money to get private healthcare exams and treatments before I had insurance I went to so mant doctors I read so much I kept so many notes I just wasn't taken seriously but I still hate myself for not fighting hard enough because they keep telling me it wouldn't be this bad if I had gotten an earlier diagnosis and I knew something was wrong I knew

TIL that there are people who reach the age of 52 (and I assume older), who take no particularly special care of their teeth, without ever having had a root canal.
Since the person in question is my darling husband, I am experiencing such a stomach-churning cocktail of loving gratitude and personal envious rage.

I think. If a very simple and routine procedure just straight up doesn’t do what it’s supposed to. I shouldn’t have to pay the doctor $200.

Deeply infiltrating endometriosis is so funny bc one moment you’re on the floor writhing in pain after passing out, feeling your insides rupture while you’re cold sweating and gasping in pain, and the next moment you’re back on your feet pretending nothing happened at all ✌😗

Dumbest shit I was ever told about my weight/being fat is that it effected my physical pain when I stand/walk/sit too long & starts affecting my lower back. How is that related (I know weight can pull skin& meat down & hurt your body I guess but literally not in my case because its bone pain.)

What’s going on with ur wrist?? Are you ok? You better demand ur doctor treat it seriously. Really yell at them if they don’t listen
Thank u for caring it's like. Very hard to describe the pain but like my dominant/left hand is kinda numb rn and I feel aching/shooting pain when I move my fingers esp my thumb n pointer finger. In its a constant ache I can feel In my wrist. Like cold hot pain idk.
N ya I need to like. Be more insistent w my doc. Like he's always been very 'take some advil' w any chronic pain I've gone to him bout but it's hard like. Before I could go to a walk in clinic to get another perspective to pressure my doc. But literally all clinics in my town are gone. The closest to a walk in is going to the fucking ER and I'm not doin that. I jus hate goin to the doctor so much and leaving w a pat on the back

something I have learned that has put things into a wild perspective is that migraines in your brain hurt so bad that they make surgical wounds feel mild in comparison
