Secret for Sparkattack?

That's a good one! Sparky's secret is an important plot point for Exopulse's and Monochromator's story. More under the cut.

Secret: What's one secret your OC never wants anyone to know about them?

Sparky wants to save lives. He wants to save lives soooo bad, he's willing to resort to unethical methods to keep his patients alive and well. Yet for some reason the few patients with fatal injuries don't make it.

He is dead set on experimenting with lifeless frames to reverse their status quo so he does just that. But in secret. He has asked Rossum a couple of times if such a thing was possible and his mentor didn't give him a definite answer. Which was enough to give him hope that it is, but then An Accident happened and Rossum was put into medically induced stasis.

Sparkattack had to take over the Orbiter's med bay as the new acting medic with no license, lots of incomplete theoretical knowledge and minimal training. When Venator took over as his new mentor, Sparky asked him for permission to start his experiment but Venator declined. He was banned from the lab indefinitely.

This did not stop him from sneaking in and dissecting the most damaged frames they had lying around. He learned to navigate its complicated structure by trial and error, until he was ready to conduct his first resurrection attempt.

Monochromator came back Wrong. He didn't recognize his body anymore and also didn't feel like himself. There was something missing, though he didn't know what it was. Exopulse was lucky. He came back normal and it didn't dawn on him that he shouldn't be alive until he remembered that he and Mono had pierced each other's sparks.

Sparky didn't tell them that they had been dead for a long time. He didn't tell them what he had done to bring them back. Venator didn't know about it either and thought a miracle had occurred. Mono spends a good chunk of their story trying to figure out why everything feels wrong with Exo as moral support (he's mocking him about being a shoddy Autobot construct and that his Decepticon frame has a much better quality), until the two of them confront Sparky.

That's when he tells everyone about his secret experiment and it's not a secret anymore :-)

Pondering the orb (a spark)

Unrelated to the question but when someone finds out that the strange deaths that keep happening every century must be linked in a way, Venator wants to reopen the investigations on the cases that have been put on ice while Sparkattack tries to find a way to peer into the victims' damaged frames. It's impossible to salvage memories with a cortical psychic patch when there is no head to extract the memories from. This doesn't deter him from trying, however.

It did take the crew a while to notice that every one of them was killed and no, they didn't notice the very obvious pattern earlier because the circumstances under which their bodies were found were vastly different. Exo and Mono don't really believe this at first and they conspire that the Orbiter's crew's processors must have been tampered with by the perpetrator.

But that's just a theory :-)

In truth, Triator was just hungry and the resident ancient eldritch grandpa can't consume anything other than dreaming processors every other century to remain functioning. After the ghost ship stuff happens, Azimuth and Ambulon join them, Rossum is healed and Triator is captured, Sparky will use his newfound knowledge to come up with a plan to help Triator.

His secret struggles weren't for naught.

Human Reader has been having nightmares pretty frequently about certain things, and this time, they aren’t alone for it. Headcanons for how Wheeljack, Mo, Swindle, & Thrash would react, and what they’d do to try and help/comfort the reader? (Platonic)

A/N: It's been a hot minute since I last posted/answered a request. It starts with general headcanons for all four (4), and then there's individual ones after that. Reader is reffered to as you in this scenario. All relationships are platonic (obviously lol).

Comfort from Mo, Wheeljack, Swindle, and Thrash After A Nightmare Headcanons

-The dream is visceral, whether it is related to trauma or a horror movie you watched weeks ago.

-You wake up in a cold sweat, reaching for the closest available thing to hold close to you for comfort.

-If your preferred person is close by to hear you wake up all distressed they come to your side.

-They ask if you're alright, worried at various degrees.

-Mo is understanding of your situation, she's had some bad dreams before. Especially after Mandroid.

-Mo tells you to breath and helps you through it.

-She offers you a warm cup of milk and pulls up white noise on your phone to help you sleep.

-Mo will also stay up with you as long as you'd like if it will bring you comfort. She cares, and she will listen if you want to talk.

–Wheeljack will be concerned, and come to your aid, but he is gentle. He doesn't want to startle you.

–He lowers his voice so he can comfort you, hoping to sooth your anxious emotions with some calming words.

–He will try to crack a joke or two in hopes of helping, but it doesn't work well.

–To remedy this, Wheeljack will ask to hug you, and if you consent, he will gently rock you back and forth, like a mother might with her baby.

–At first Swindle is a bit confused and perturbed.

–Swindle will ask you what is wrong, so he can assess what to do.

–He will be uncharacteristically calm and understanding if you take the time to explain what happened.

–Swindle will revert to his normal demeanor once he's assessed that you are okay, and are able to go back to sleep.

–Thrash is curious to what has caused you to be so distressed. He'll kindly try to get it out of you, with innocent intent.

–If you tell him what transpired, or that you just had a nightmare, he will want to comfort you.

–Thrash will offer you close contact, like a hug, or to hold your hand as you fall asleep.

–He's too considerate, and will do everything and anything to help you get back to sleep comfortably.

I have spent some time trying to figure out which OC I should use, and I ended up with Reg/Tankcrusher.

Differently to her Shattered Glass counterpart Reg/Tankcrusher is a terrible mother.

She loves her son, Reg/Phoenix, she really does, but it's a wrong kind of love. An opsessive one.

One where she keeps her kid on a tight leash, because she's scared of losing him. She already drove away her conjux with how opsessed she is with following the Decepticon cause, that she often times punishes her kid for even the smallest of mistakes (and those punishments often result in injury). Hoping that, if she continues to show him how bad he is at doing things, that he'll stay.

It's a wonder that she let Reg/Phoenix join his past crew, but she probably did that to either get him to see how amazing their faction is, or because she can't stand his looks anymore. Not with his paint job reminding her of her runaway conjux and his over all looks being too similar to a certain Autobot.

Although, she has never personally met said Autobot. (That's actually one of the reasons why she calls Reg/Phoenix "cursed", next to him being the cause for her conjux leaving.)

Over all, she loves her kid, but at the same time, she can't help but see in him the reason for everything bad that has happened to her. Causing her to also despise Reg/Phoenix.

Petunia, Wisteria, Buttercup, Daisy, & Jasmine for Ultra Violet

Petunia (When was the last time she cried?): Ultra Violet isn't someone who cries often, hardly ever. The last time she cried was during the beginning of the war and it was an angry cry. She was frustrated that Cybertron was in chaos, that the war seemed to be going nowhere, and she was forced to scavenge to survive. She blamed the Autobots and Decepticons for how things had ended up. Eventually, she began to adapt to her environment, becoming a mercenary and taking jobs from Autobots and Decepticons, no matter how gruesome, just to do damage to both sides.

Wisteria (Does your OC have a skill they'd like to learn? What is stopping them?): Ultra Violet was always interested in blacksmithing, fascinated by how someone could be skilled and gentle enough to help mold a protoform. Though, she never took the jump to pursue it and now that she's become a cold-blooded killer, she hardly thinks about it at all and feels that it wouldn't suit her anyways.

Buttercup (Does your OC have any odd quirks/habits?): She sits in weird positions. She never feels comfortable sitting if she has both feet on the floor, so she always has to have leg crossed over the other or something along those lines.

Daisy (What inspired you to create your OC?): I just remembered the term ultra violet one day and thought, 'Hey, that could totally be a name for a Transformer.' So I looked it up to see if it was taken by a canon character and I got lucky! So, I quickly got to developing her.

Jasmine (If your OC had a tumblr blog, what would their URL be?): I'm actually terrible at coming up with names. Maybe it'd be something like 'blinded-by-the-uv-light'

Looking for volunteers…

As some of you know, @cyber-streak-2 and I have been providing the fandom with quality incorrect quotes for a while now.

I’ve had a lot of fun with it, but since I’ll be cutting down on my fandom activities for a while, I won’t be able to help with incorrect quotes more than once a week.

Styx and I are looking for a few volunteers who can fill in for me and suggest characters for quotes.

Responsibilities and requirements below:

Responsibilities:

Styx will DM you a handful of incorrect quotes sometime during the day, depending on its availability. Usually, this happens sometime in the evening (MT-EST USA).

The message will appear as follows:

Sometime before the next day, you will evaluate the quotes and suggest characters that fit each quote.

I recommend copy-pasting the full message into a separate app (iPhone Notes, Google Docs, etc.) and brainstorming over there. It’ll make your life easier if you can see all the quotes in front of you as you work, and it’ll also help prevent mix-ups on your end.

My preferred brainstorming setup:

When you’re finished matching things up, you will send back your suggestions in the following format:

Anubis will look over your suggestions, and it’ll thank you if it’s satisfied. If not, he’ll ask if you have any other suggestions for [quote #x].

Other things to know:

If you’re busy when Styx sends the quotes, don’t feel pressured to respond; you don’t even have to let it know you’re busy. As long as you send your suggestions/ideas before the morning of the next day (6am EST), you’re free to answer him whenever you want. Styx is chill like that :)

If you can’t think of any character(s) that will fit one or more of the quotes, say so. The only consequence is that there will be less quotes.

If the quotes are published, and you realize you or Anubis accidentally mixed up the characters, don’t hesitate to DM, point it out, and state exactly what changes should be made. It’s happened plenty of times with me, and Styx hasn’t hesitated to change the quotes, even after they’ve been published.

If you think of multiple characters that fit a single quote, feel free to suggest them too.

If you can think of a way to correct and/or improve one or more of the quotes, send back the full quote(s) with the completed changes incorporated. This makes it easy for Anubis to just copy and paste the updated version(s):

Must have a solid grasp of the main characters’ personalities in MTMTE + LL, preferably with a grasp of some characters from the rest of IDW1, TFP, and EarthSpark. Knowledge of characters from TFA, G1, and Beast Wars is appreciated for the sake of additional variety, but not necessary. No Rescue Bots, RiD15, or Cyberverse, please.

Must be able to communicate concisely. Styx does best when there’s little-to-no ambiguity in the wording of character suggestions and all other messages. (No need to be me or an Ultra Magnus. Just be willing to confirm or reword things if asked.)

I know this may seem like a lot, but it’s easy and fun once you’ve been doing it for a little while. I’ve gotten a lot of good laughs out of imagining which characters would say which things.

How do you take notes when you’re writing or planning to write a thing? Better yet, how do you force yourself to actually write?

Multiple Google docs, scrap paper with spare pens and pencils, several cans of Mountain Dew, and a cluttered mind.

But real talk, a lot of the ideas for my own things I keep snippets, segments, or small bits of dialogue ("I cannot give you my faith, for it belongs to another entity, but I can give you my loyalty." or "Violence is the way of the world." "No. Conflict is." or "This sword has been asleep for a very long time, even after so many eons, it still mourns for its old master. Faithful to this day, it lies dreaming of days long gone.") on a Google doc to keep them in place. If I have no access, then a pen(cil) and paper works. Plus, I could play around with a scribble to get more details down.

For me, my main problem is attaching everything together to make a cohesive story, so that's why I tend to have works that read in bites or short stories.

My process is basically hinged on a question: What happens in an AU if this happened? So-

The Stranger: What if Bulkhead was too late, the Esquivel home was destroyed, and June was an unearthly being of yore?

we be the same blood/this cycle we are bound to: What if Primus and Unicron had a cosmic progenitor, so that's why Earth is bound to them as well via Unicron-is-Earth?

Nesting Instinct: What if de-aged combiners trigger Seekerkin instincts where there haven't been any sparklings for millions of years?

And that's why I have too many ideas running in place from too many questions. I can't really force the writing. Sometimes I stare at the screen for a while, so I jump into asks and see what catches my attention, I focus on another fic, or I take a break play games, watch TV, do some stretching, read other fics, or do something to get my mind away. Sometimes, I get a lucky streak for days. Sometimes, I go on a cryptid break.

I like answering asks because 1) gets the wild thoughts or concept ideas energy out, 2) gives me a short bite to mull over, 3) refines other ideas, and 4) sharing headcanons or world-building aspects of the given canon/fanon, and 5) pure enjoyment of how we all scream into the Void.

Some asks are so good, it spawns a huge AU for me, like the Bayverse feral human carrier au, G1 Creature into Sparkeater!Reader AU, IDW Batmobile!Liaison, and TFP Cyber!Earth to name a few.

Sometimes, I get a very vivid scene in my head that I have to write it, even if it takes away time from something else. I need to do it, or it will haunt me at the most inconvenient times.

If there was ever a new Brave show, what would you want it to be about/what would you want it to involve?

Oh, what I wouldn't give to see a new Brave emerge from the depths of Sunrise's animation studios. But the chances are slim, infinitesimal even, microscopic to the point that I've given up hope to see some kind of series revival one day. At least we're still getting figurines and HD Blu-Ray remasters of the animes, but that's pretty much it.

What we are left with is our imagination and perseverance and thankfully, some fans have those attributes in abundance. I'm not going to call them out by name - you all know who you are and you should know your efforts are greatly appreciated by this small fandom.

Some of them have made a great effort to come up with new ideas for their own original shows that have sprung from their imaginations and they are kind enough to share it with the world. As someone who loves reading about pretty much any thing and everything relevant to the media I'm obsessed with at that time, I also love reading about other people's take on the already existing and well-established fictional worlds.

I've already mentioned my own and the OCs that are part of it, but to be honest, this is not exactly the direction I would take the franchise if I had a say in it. There are many great ways one could revive the Yuusha series and my own silly idea of a story is not it. There are too many themes that don't fit with the overall tone of the series - it needs to be as light-hearted, emotional and thrilling as the original one... which it isn't.

I'll list the answer to your ask under the cut if it's alright with you.

First of all, one thing that I would love to see is a way for the producers to link the shows together. It can either be done with little easter eggs or references to the old shows,

There is a reason why almost all Braves follow a pattern in terms of plot progression and action and I think they should bring that back. The monster-of-the-week format has worked well with almost every series and while it's definitely not the perfect way of storytelling, it makes for fun times.

Let the villains be silly, give them control over some ridiculouly huge thing and watch them decimate the protagonists with it until they learn its attack patterns and defeat it with the power of friendship. It wouldn't hurt if they did it once or twice every ten episodes.

We need more villains who are evil for the sake of it. They don't need a thorough reason to destroy the universe. And give us our beloved morally grey rivals/antiheroes turned allies back, please.

Nowadays I feel that most characters aren't as colorful as they used to be, but not here, nuh-uh! They need to have at least two primary colors in their frame (RYB, RGB or CYMK, doesn't matter which one) as long as they wear it with pride. Example: my man Draias is a walking fashion disaster, yet he doesn't care about his appearance and I love him for it.

I want the Braves to originate from

not Earth, thank you. While I don't have anything against human-made robots or those who were created by our planet's nature, the thought of them being aliens is so much cooler.

The OST would be a banger for sure.

Another thing I want to see is a more in-depth exploration of the themes and issues they deal with. BPJD had its fair share of addressing themes that are usually targeted at older viewers rather than the actual target audience of pre- and elementary schoolers. I don't want that to get lost in a new show. Children are just as capable of understanding and dealing with heavy themes if they are offered an explanation for everything they might not fully comprehend.

While I don't like humans in robot media in general, BPJD was probably the only show where I think they handled them well. THe human side characters weren't as prominent as they had been in the previous and following Braves. The robots were finally in the spotlight and got the development they desperately needed. Yuuta and Deckerd had a unique bond, they were like siblings and that was so wonderfully presented that I couldn't help but like their pure, albeit codependent relationship.

More platonic relationships. More focus on friendships. More familial love and found family. More bromances, more womances. The same amount of explosions and action.

And please let everyone be normal about women, GGG Final was just. No. (I love you, Anryuu, but the rest of the cast were done dirty)

As for the plot, anything would work. Aliens invade the Earth, philanthrophic Braves come to defend it. Maybe they've been fighting the other guys for a long while, maybe they haven't. What matters is that it should be something that makes sense for a Yuusha show.

And give them badass designs, please.

Elita-1

-Your dad works for GHOST, and he has Elita-1 watch over you while he's on duty and she's available, sadly no mom in the picture

-It just, sort of slipped out of you one day

-You two had been enjoying your respective lunches together

-Elita-1 had a fresh Energon cube, and you a bowl of Mac n' Cheese

-You had finished your food before she could get half way into hers

-Wanting more of the delicious cheesey meal you asked her for more

-"Mom? Can I have more?"

-She was surprised, but didn't question it aloud

-Sure, the two of you had spent a lot of time together!

-She knows about your home situation, as your father of course has explained that

-But, you choosing her to be a mother figure?

-Was it really long enough for you to start calling for her by "mom"?

-It had to have been, if you were calling for her repeatedly to get her attention

-"Mom, mom, MOM!"

-"Sure, more Mac n' Cheese coming up!"

Swindle

-Your parents don't do a good job of taking care of you, or even taking track of you for that

-So when you and this giant yellow and purple robot become friends, your parents are none the wiser

-You start to see him as more of a parent than your own ones

-He likes to drive around town with you in his back seats

-No seat belt no doubt

-When you start picking up on his criminal behaviors is when you start calling him dad

-It was one day where you had taken this doll from a classmate because you got jealous she had one and you didnt

-You snatched it from her backpack at the end of the day when she hadn't been paying attention

-You'd bring the doll to Swindle when you get to hang out with him next

-Talking about how you took it from her and everything

-"Dad? Are you listening?"

-He's literally tearing up

-This little kid, he only met four months ago, is already picking up on his behaviors!

-Better yet, you called him dad! It's like he'a got his own little "Mini me"

-No matter how out of character it is for him, he pats you on the head and tells you how much of a good job you did

-"That's great Kiddo, absolutely great!"

Wheeljack

-Your mom works for GHOST, and with no one at home to watch over you, the company allows you to stay under the watch of Wheeljack when he's not in the field

-You like to tinker with things you find in his workshop, for instance some copper wire

-You had been inspired by a Rose painting in your art teachers class room, the colours reminded you of Wheeljack

-While Wheeljack worked on fixing on of his prototype drones, you started shaping the wire

-You got frustrated by it, a lot, but you eventually made what you went for, even if it was quiet mishaped

-Wheeljack was too busy with tinkering with his drone, to be bothered by you

-This made you upset, you spent all this time making this wire sculpture for him and he wouldn't listen to you

-Even if you're 10 years old you can still cry, your mom let's you know it's good to show your emotions

-When tears start welling in yours eyes you cry out

-"Dad, why won't you look at what I made"

-Hearing you cry he looks to see what's the matter, finally paying attention to you

-"What's wrong kiddo? Why are you cryin'?!"

-"You wouldn't pay attention to me when I showed you my Rose, dad"

-His optics widen, but a smile spreads on his faceplate, picking you up gently

-"Here, you can show me it now kid."

-Not everyone at GHOST agreed that it would be a good idea for you to be watches by Megatron while your dad (a GHOST agent) worked, but it happened anyways

-You'd find your ten year old self roaming the halls of GHOST, in search of him

-You had somehow convinced him to play hide and seek with you

-You hadn't managed to find him yet, wherever he's hiding you were sure to find him soon

-You're sure of it!

-Your flip flops patter against the floor as you round a corner, looking down it sneakily in hopes he'd be there

-But no, not there

-You sighed, maybe you could trick him into thinking you'd given up?

-That would be sure to work!

-"I give up! You win hide n' seek Dad!"

-Oh, had you really said that aloud?! Embarrassment waved over you

-"Sorry, I meant Megatron!" You called back out

-Megatron emerged from his hiding spot, that was actually a hall behind you

-You turn around when you hear him coming

-"I though I checked that way!!" You grumble, slapping your hands to your face in defeat

-He looks down at your little body, you calling him dad was unexpected, but it had a nice ring to it.

-"I guess I win, don't I y/n?" he laughs, crouching down to offer his hand to you

-"Yeah, I guess"

Alright, first things first. I gotta give you a big ‘THANKS’ for choosing my boy Quick Search. I love talking about my little guy. ^^

4) When scared, does your OC fight, flee, freeze or fawn?

Honestly, it depends. Quick isn’t someone who would start fawning over someone who scares him, but it would be a fight between fleeing and freezing, with freezing often being the winning reaction. Not because it comes naturally to him, he’s more of a fleeing type, but his captain trained him to not run when something scary happens.

So, the second he’s presented with a situation that scares him, be it a simple scare or someone threatening his life, there will be a short moment of where he contemplates on fleeing, but that thought will be quickly thrown away.

Fleeing doesn’t help, and Quick Search learned that freezing up is often easier than trying to get away from whoever or whatever is scaring him.

10) What's an AU that would be interesting to explore with your OC?

I think a Human AU would be rather fun to explore. Alone the thought of someone like Quick Search being placed into this kind of scenario is filling my head with ideas. (This reminds me that I should continue that one Humanformer Imperious idea… Quick Search is kind of tied into that one too. XD)

Another AU would be a Fantasy based one, but I wouldn’t know how Quick Search would fit into it. He would probably just be a guy running a library with a boss who’s constantly terrorizing poor Quick. And Quick doesn’t know that it’s wrong, until he joins a small group of travellers and runs off with them. Not knowing that he’s taken his boss’ most precious research with him.

17) What is the worst thing you have put your OC through story-wise?

Oh… now this question is getting into spoiler territory, because the worst thing I did to him is going to be mentioned in the story I’m writing, featuring @cuppajj's IDW Imperious. So, I can’t say much about it, but I can give a small hint… or two.

There’s a reason why the small Cybertronian with the computer/control terminal alt-mode sometimes behaves like a cat. And why his design is the way it is.

Also, just because someone looks like everyone else on the outside doesn’t mean everything on the inside is the same.

It's fun how the Scavengers totally miss your vessel/transport. Proceed business as usual. Blame Misfire's ADHD. Also that it takes them a few minutes to maybe check if you're still alive is very Scavengers.

It's great how the Scavs take you in just figuring you're a neutral bot with really bad processor damage. They kinda just roll with it other than to warn you that Fulcrum's got serious squick about organics so keep the human-thing on the down low while he's around. There's legit so much basic cybertronian stuff that you don't know how to do they're treating you like you're near Grimlock level damaged.

Fulcrum reckons you went through a traumatic forced and botched re-frameing. He's trying to talk you through how to make your frame er body(🤢) feel like it belongs to you again.

Misfire is being your self-appointed occupational therapist and cheerleader. He's teaching you how to function in your body. Well he tries. Grim helps, he's very good at catching you untill regain your equilibrium.

Everyone talks about Optimus "Adopt-imus" Prime but Krok is truly top tier Decepti-dad. Telling you his story and teaching you how to shoot cybertronian guns. Looking after you, helping you learn how to hold your own surrounded

Spinster has a wild personal conspiracy theory about your origin. It involves more skulduggery than was actually involved. Also Shockwave. It's far less ridiculous read of the evidence in your odd frame than you being born an organic. Also he wants to know your angle, untill he decides you believe the human thing. Memenosurgery victim is added to the conspiracy web at that point.

You start vibing quietly with Crankcase in the cockpit because you can sit quietly and not bother him. He learned this when your very overestimated self went in there to hide because, "Misfire has the zoomies."

Y'all were loading shit onto the Weak Anthropic Principle. You put your box down. grabed your knees cause you felt weird. Then your body shrinks down on itself back into YOUR BODY! Fulcrum practically telaports onto the box you set down in horror and Missfire jumps into his arms with a shocked yelp. They clatter to the ground fortunately on a diffrent side of the box than you. Krok carefully scoops you up, forcing you to stop your nekkid happy dance. He lifts you looks like he's about to ask a question when the weird fealing returned. He clatters over backwards as you reverted to cybertronian form. Crankcase facepalms. Spinster triumphantly anounced to no-one in particular "I knew there was something weird with their fraim!"

What are your thoughts/Headcannons on how the Scavengers would take finding a human astronaut/space explorer who's just been turned into a mostly cybertronian techno-organic by accidentally trigging some abandoned Tarantulas or Scorpnock maguffin in a lab they were exploring? Poor human's having a day. They accidentally triggered somthing, now they're in a body that's too big and very confusing, and they notice Deceptacons showed up as they begin to get their bearings. The Scavengers just showed up hoping for some energon and suplies they could acquire but walk in to see this chaos.

(IDW1MTMTE) The Scavengers with a Human (originally) space explorer who accidentally gets turned into a Cybertronian:

{You, frankly, didn’t understand how or why this was happening. You were just checking out some rooms to the old lab, when you tripped over something—accidentally activating it, causing it to blast you.}

{The Scavengers also didn’t entirely know what was happening. Krok was leading the group (minus Crankcase, who stayed on the ship) through the lab in search of... anything, really, when he entered the room that you were in.}

{The group enters right as the device finally stops blasting you. Krok immediately gets in front of the others, not wanting to risk it hitting any of them- but to his relief, it doesn’t do anything else.}

{They all see you- a Cybertronian- collapsed. You seem unconscious. Krok doesn’t know what that did to you, none of them do. They don’t know that you were originally a human mere seconds ago.}

{After a group discussion on what to even do with you (including wondering if they should go ahead and take your parts), Spinister checks you over, seeing that you’re alive. Krok decides to take you back with them.}

{When you eventually wake up, you’re given two- or really three- surprises. One: you’re bigger... you’re not human. Two: Decepticons are surrounding you. Three: Misfire is right in your face, already asking questions, while Fulcrum tries to pull him away.}

{Krok tries to introduce himself and the others to you, but you’re still rather panicked- about them, and not being human... which confuses the group, especially Spinister. Fulcrum is already gagging at the thought.}

{You end up deciding to stay with the Scavengers, mainly because you just aren’t sure what to do. You hang out with Misfire, Fulcrum, Spinister, and Krok the most- but Cranks & Grim, too, of course.}

{None of them still really believe what you told them earlier- they either just think that you were lying, joking, or you just aren’t thinking that straight, until...}

{Spinister had noticed, while occasionally checking you over, how different your body was. And then one fateful day, you end up... changing. You literally change from your current Cybertronian self, back to your human self. Cue Fulcrum gagging, and the others being surprised.}

{Unfortunately, it doesn’t last that long- you quickly go back to your Cybertronian self. Although, you’re still able to do it- just not for long. It’s kind of like shapeshifting or something, but not really.}

{After another little group discussion- with you included in it- Krok tells you that they’ll try to help you fix this (although none of them know how they’re going to do this- they don’t have what caused this).}

F - What’s the longest you’ve ever been in a fandom?

I want to say Pokemon, but I don't think I did that much actual interacting with the fandom. I just watched a few YouTube series on it and read like, three fanfics. why was it such a trend for there to be fics where all of ash's friends leave him because they think he's weak and he ends up with mewtwo or something and becomes really strong

Real answer is either Undertale, Warrior Cats, or MHA. I spent a good portion of my elementary school years roleplaying the first two on Animal Jam and other websites. As for MHA, it consumed my middle school years and now it's dragged me back
