oh yeah since you're a huge Simon fan,
what are your thoughts on Super Castlevania IV?
Ooooooo I love CV4 so much, I’ve replayed it a lot : D. I’ve gotten pretty close to being able to beat the whole game in one sitting really fast lol. I think the only big gripe I have with it is that Dracula doesn’t get to have a second form/curse of man battle which is kinda sad. He just kinda gets Dracula part two but with a spookier face and not the cool demon dragon thing. But I guess Simon’s theme playing kinda makes up for it in a way so uhhhhh yeah. The music is absolutely banger in this game ong, I want the vinyl of this soundtrack so bad (TwT ). The art is so pretty toooooo, the pixel art is great agdjshwg. I love how much this game likes the color green.
I see it as a reimagining of the first game and lump them both together with X68000/Chronicles as the same part of the story if that makes sense? And not the English manuals or anything cause I know that CV4 was marketed as a sequel when it’s actually not in Japan 💀💀💀. Especially since later games take elements from it (SotN with Slogra and Gaibon and stuff) so it seems to be accepted I guess.

Green Flag Boyfriend on Trend
Luke Skywalker x Reader Short
Based on the video with this interview: (https://youtube.com/shorts/7fukO8t-CV4?si=mWZAzdF-ApOSona4)
This is also cross posted on AO3 (https://archiveofourown.org/works/21750061/chapters/151911589)
Luke always made sure to keep you on the inner part of the sidewalk. You weren’t the type to think too much about it, but he would subtly steer you away from the street side. It also helped that Luke would take your hand in his—with permission, of course—before you went anywhere. The heat from your blushing ears blossomed every time he held hands with you.
You can’t help it!
Having your boyfriend just taking your hand so casually and walking beside you? What kind of person wouldn’t love a walk with their partner like that?
You can see a person talking to a camera with a microphone in their hand as you walk past them. They spot your intertwined hands and call out to you both.
“Excuse me?” You watch as Luke takes a step in front of you before the person comes closer with their microphone pointed out to Luke.
Luke addresses the street interviewer with a polite smile. “Is there something you need from us?”
The interviewer flashes the both of you a smile. “Yes! Are you a couple?”
His hand on yours tightens briefly. “We are,” he responds.
“How lovely! Would you mind answering a question for us? How did the both of you first meet?”
Instantly, you feel Luke’s demeanor shift as he brightens up. His wariness melts into joy as he looks to you for your answer.
You smile and take a step forward and say, “Sure. We can tell you that.”
As the camera focuses so the both of you are in frame, Luke takes the opportunity to wrap his hand, previously holding yours, around your waist to pull you in close and kiss your temple.
“You can go first!” Luke pushes you a little towards the camera, eyes shining with affection. You know for a fact that he wants to hear what your first thought about him was—despite having told it to him before with a blushing face!
You smile and launch into the story of how he fell in front of you because he tripped.
Luke’s face is painted red, but he lets you keep talking about how you helped pick him up and checked him for injuries.
Later on, Leia shows off the various videos of people reacting to Luke’s delight during the interview.
“Does this mean that he’s trending again?” Han asks.

CV4. VICTOR
With blue eyes framed by thick brows and a golden sun pendant forever resting against his chest, Victor bore a smile reminiscent of his mother. Raised by his father, Nasul, life was a relentless struggle. Victor toiled endlessly, yearning for his father's approval and the warmth of a mother who had vanished when he was just a boy.
Driven by longing, Victor trained relentlessly, developing strength beyond his years. His life took a drastic turn when Nasul delivered heart-wrenching news: their mother had passed, leaving behind a baby brother named Maurius. Victor, ever the devoted son, vowed to protect Maurius, the last thread connecting him to their mother.
No torment was too great for Victor; he stood as a fierce guardian. Mauritius, with his necklace—a small, radiant sun—was a symbol of hope. The weight of their shared grief forged an unbreakable bond.
His magic, a striking violet, shimmered with both elegance and strength, capable of dismantling the darkest foes. At seventeen, Victor became a legend, feared throughout the dark empire. He was hailed as the heir, a beacon of light in a realm of shadows. But an unforeseen incident loomed, one that would irrevocably alter the course of his life, testing his resolve and the depth of his love for his brother.

Lymphatic action is needed when in pain
Earlier I wrote about pain in the shoulder and how to get rid of it. I have extended this knowledge to pain in knee and lower abdomen.
Note-to-self: 2023-09-19 Working in specialized kinesiology, I occasionally encounter an indication and then ask myself, “What is this telling me?”. This happened to me lately when I checked two points adjacent to Central Vessel 4 (CV4). Testing these two points gave an indicator change. Well, the answer came quickly after. It came across when I focused on the lymphatic system in the lower…

Katrina Palmer is an artist who is interested in our capacity to change paths, to confound stereotypes and to act in new ways. Her work questions how we confront structural constraints or internalised resistances.
Katrina Palmer: What's Already Going On
12 January - 2 April 2023
What's Already Going On will be Palmer's largest commission to date and the gallery's most radical transformation yet.
As visitors explore the gallery space, they will encounter rooms that house Palmer’s sculptures, a never seen before film, and redacted text drawings. The exhibition will resemble a university corridor, inspired by those located in the Department of Philosophy at The University of Warwick.

TENTH, WE NEED TO KNOW THE EXACT TECHNIQUE OF MEDITATION.
In order for our practice of meditation to be successful, we must first prepare three solid foundations: morality, blessings, and qigong.
Morality is the purity of the mind, with absolute reverence for Buddha, boundless love for sentient beings, and extreme humility.
Blessings come from our efforts to bring peace, happiness, and morality to everyone.
Qigong helps to keep our life energy in the lower part of the body, helping the brain to be stable when we practice meditation.
THE BASIC MEDITATION TECHNIQUE
First, sit in the full lotus position.
Second, keep the body still and relaxed.
Third, abide in the body and be aware of all of it.
Fourth, contemplate the impermanence of the body.
Fifth, notice (but do not control) your breathing in and out.
These five things are all effective in resolving our unwanted thoughts. The principle of practicing meditation is to use a combination of many things to purify the mind. We must memorize and practice all these things.
THE FIRST IS TO SIT IN THE FULL LOTUS POSITION. You sit upright with your shoulders level and comfortable, place your left hand in your right hand, palms upwards. At that time, your two soles, two palms, and lower abdomen (with the CV4 Acupuncture Point inside) are considered to be located in the same place, corresponding to the five parts of the mind: one part for the lower abdomen, two parts for two palms, and two parts for two soles. Only in the full lotus position, can these five parts of the mind be gathered together. The heart and the head do not count as parts of the mind in practicing meditation.
THE SECOND IS TO KEEP THE BODY STILL AND RELAXED. If the body isn’t still, the mind cannot be calmed. Therefore, keeping the body still and relaxed means keeping the mind calm (= to have fewer unwanted thoughts). Following Buddha’s path, we should treat the body as the root of the mind, and it’s the golden rule of the practice of meditation. Later, when we progress in meditation, we will find that we should never leave the body, at the beginning as well as at the end of our spiritual practice.
THE THIRD IS TO ABIDE IN THE BODY AND BE AWARE OF ALL OF IT. When we pay much attention to the body, the brain will be less active. So, abiding in the body and being aware of all of it is a powerful technique to quiet the mind, subduing strong unwanted thoughts. Don’t pay attention to the outside world but the whole body, from head to toe. Always correct the position of all parts of the body. Though you should be aware of the whole body, pay more attention to the abdomen (especially the bottom of the abdomen where the CV1 Acupuncture Point is located) and the legs and feet. We should be aware of it gently but not forcefully. The CV1 Acupuncture Point is located at the bottom of the abdomen but it is responsible for the head...
Collected.

Stress, infection, fatigue and depression all slow the cranial rhythmic impulse. High fever, exercise, and CV4 technique (compression of the 4th ventricle) increase it. The normal CRI is 10 to 14 oscillations per minute.
