Pandora shoves Regulus to the side and plops down on the seat he was just in. Regulus huffs in faux annoyance as if she didn't do this everytime she came over. She ignores him and unscrews her nail polish bottle.

Evan just grins at her and sits on the floor next to Barty. Barty rubs his hands over his knees, a small grin on his face. Evan smelt mischief immediately, he sighs and rolls his eyes before settling in completely.

There wasn't much that could stop Barty, whether he wanted to ask absurd questions, try new spells, even eating a bug at one point. So Evan didn't try to stop whatever it was that Barty decided to do today, maybe for entertainment or something else, doesn't matter. Evan let Barty get away with a lot and rarely stopped him from doing anything, he found it much more entertaining to watch things play out.

"Whose your favorite, Regulus?" Barty asks as he turns around and lays his head on Regulus' lap

He bats his eyes up at him and smirks, his fingers drumming against his own legs. Evan glances at the two, his lips twitching up. He shakes his head and opens his transfiguration homework.

"Pandora says it's her and I say it's me, settle this bet," he licks his lips and tilts his head to the side

Regulus glances down at Barty with annoyance, he lifts his leg a bit to push Barty off. Barty simply throws himself back and lays down, his feet on Evans lap. Evan sighs and moves his work over, his arms resting on Barty's legs.

"You annoy me and she terrorizes me...why, pray tell, would I ever choose either of you?" Regulus asks exasperated

He tries to go back to reading but Pandora gasps and acts betrayed for a total of three seconds before grabbing his book and throwing it. She sticks her tongue out and goes back to ignoring everybody again. She balances a bottle of nail polish on her knee as she paints the rest of her nails slowly, not caring that Regulus is glaring at her.

"oh no...I'm not the emo's favorite...how will I ever survive.." she murmurs

Regulus scowls and shoves her thigh with his socked foot, Barty cackles and sits up on his elbows

"So Rosie is your favorite then?" Barty asks

Evan grins and pats Barty's leg comfortingly

"Awe don't worry b, I was always the first option-"

Regulus simply rolls his eyes and gets up to grab the book that's across the room

"You're my favorite too.." Barty says suddenly

Evans hand twitches where he holds Barty's ankle, his face warms up from the comment. Gulping Evan shakes his head and looks over at Barty nervously, he isn't sure why he's nervous. He likes to lie to himself.

"Yea?..." He murmurs unsure

Barty bites his lips, his cheeks are pink and he avoids eye contact. Evan searches his face for a moment, he glances at Pandora who is too focused on her nails to listen in.

"Yeah..." He lets out breathless, he swallows harshly and pulls himself up completely so they're face to face

"Well....you're ok sometimes.." Evan whispers into the small space between the two

Barty who is bewildered, shoves Evan, Evan laughs, head thrown back and eyes shut.

He can feel his body shake as he cracks up, he leans back against his sister's legs and kicks Barty softly. Barty watches him in awe, his eyes trying to memorize the bright smile on Evans face. It's funny how neither realizes the others feelings.

Regulus plops back into his seat and looks at them fondly, you wouldn't be able to tell with his frown but they know.

"What's with the idiots on the floor?" He asks Pandora

She glances up and hums

"I think they were flirting-"

Evan laughs harder as he watches Barty start to pillow fight Pandora. Pandora rolls her sleeves up and stands. Regulus and Evan scramble up and quickly stand to the side, they watch Barty get obliterated with a pillow.

By the time they're done everyone is tired, Regulus offers to walk Pandora to her common room while Evan and Barty clean up. They don't talk as they clean, only yawning and complaining here and there.

It's when they're getting into bed that Evan says something. He makes sure Regulus has his curtains closed before he turns towards Barty. He wrings his hands together for a moment before clearing his throat, Barty glances over as he shoves books off his bed.

"You're my favorite ...if you- in case you were wondering.." he whispers, he throws a quick glance at Barty to make sure he heard before sending him a small nervous smile.

Evan quickly climbs into bed and shuts his curtains his heart hammering rapidly in his chest. He doesn't hear a single sound from where Barty is, but right before he got in he caught a glimpse of Barty's face. Red , his cheeks and his ears were painted red. His eyes were wide and his lips parted in surprise.

Evan turns over to his side and groans in embarrassment

Brandon, despite how ditsy he is, researches a lot about your disability, how to take care of a person with your disability and stuff that could improve your mobility. It's his duty as your boyfriend to give you the best care possible! As much as he loves to take care of you, he knows for sure you're able to do things yourself, he helps you with physical therapy if you ever need it. Being the star player of the lead team has its financial benefits too, so if there's something you found online that could help with your mobility, he's definitely buying it for you immediately!! There are times when you feel insecure about your disability but he's always there to give you lots and lots of reassurance and love! But to be honest, his way of cheering you up sounds more like a pep talk more than comfort, but it's his way of cheering you up :) "Who cares if you're not like other people? If you're a wheelchair user, he can just lift you up and prop you outside with him while he preens you. He might not know what's wrong but he tries his best to make you feel better. If you don't want anyone to touch your stuff, that's ok with him, but that won't stop him from making little artworks for you, like tiny paper stars with cute doodles drawn over it. If ever you feel sad, he has a nice cozy room, a weighted blanket, hot chocolate and his cat to comfort you. He's not the type to give pep talks, but he's a good cuddler.. He says it's all part of his job but you don't really think making adorable little snacks for you is part of it.. looking at the little orange slices shaped like snails and cookies decorated to look like cats on your tray, you wonder if his doting is really his duty or if he just really wanted to take care of you.. Apart from that, he often watches as you look in the mirror and just frown. He gets up and checks how you're feeling as if a switch activated in his brain when he saw your sweet sad eyes. He can't bear seeing you so insecure when you're the most amazing person he's ever met.. "Boss, I don't care what you or others think, you are wonderful and worth regardless of your disability. In fact, it makes you even more admirable.."

Caspian can relate to immobility. Out of water, he's more or less paralyzed from the waist down because of the weight of his tail, so you two hang out and joke about it together. He helps you cope by giving you someone to see yourself in. He daydreams about one day using some kind of magic to give you a fish tail so you can live in the ocean together like a happy couple. Sometimes he brings you to the shore of the cave you live in so you can soak your feet in the water while he sings for you. "My beautiful treasure~ your body does not define you. If you're good, he gives your stuff back, all of them decorated with stickers and doodles all over it, mostly hearts and flowers. If ever you feel insecure, he coils around you in a warm hug and kisses you all over, you're not getting out until he hears a giggle come out of you. He's never far from you, acting like your defense as you heal the other members of the clan. He may or may not watch you sleep. Just being there for you! On days when you're not so confident in your abilities, he comes up to you with flowers he picked so he could hopefully make you smile again. this is gonna be kinda messy and disorganized but i got it HANDLED

again, THIS IS ALL MY AU!!! there is a streamline, detailed plot that intertwines, so these characters mingle and grow in ways they probably wouldnt in canon, since different events follow them here O/S Syndrome = Operator/Slender Syndrome, aka slender sickness

Toby: He thinks of Brian and Tim kinda like shitty uncles who only come around every now and again . they used to taunt him a lot cuz toby was always like. annoying, selfish, sarcastic - so it would piss them off, and they'd piss toby off, and then it would be pretty bad. but as toby gets older and calms the fuck down, it gets better between them . he gets pretty sad when they eventually cut him(and everyone) off to move to like, canada or oregon or something.

he likes kate. theyre both outcasts even in a group of creeps and killers and literal monsters.... so toby's always been nice to her. when she refused to come to the cabin, he ended up dragging a mattress over to the mines for her. brings her food, gallons of water, t shirts. she owns random band t shirts that she doesnt even listen to cuz toby gave it to her LMFAOOO . he's the reason kate starts coming and staying at the cabin

Kate: she hates tim. completely cannot stand him. she hates when slendy makes them work together. he's been a dick to her since he met her, because their first time meeting was um. her dragging tim through the forest while he was unconscious. and she was generally part of what tormented him during the events of marble hornets (IN MY AU OBVIOUSLY). he's also uncomfortable because when she kills people she does it with her bare hands. will lick the blood and dirt and grime off her fingers. generally freaky.

she's better with brian. he doesn't remember her tormenting him so much during MH, but he still knows - but he's better at empathizing with her situation. he kinda pieced together what happened to her, while tims just blinded by like. anger and trauma. dont get me wrong, brian is still uncomfortable around her (again, she acts really scary when working), but when she's not working and she just sits there. she looks so tired, and she's so quiet, and its sad. he feels for her.

she likes toby, too. first person to treat her fully like a person after becoming a proxy without her having to like, beg for it (directly or indirectly). again, he brings her things, he's kind to her, laughs with her. he'll tease her and make fun of her but she can tell it's not with ill intent so she'll do it back - she considers him her best friend for a while.

Tim:

HE'S A HATER HE'S A HATER HE'S A HATER ok i know i call him an asshole and say he's mean a lot but i legit am not mad at him and i think he is within reason (like 60% of the time) since like. kates dragged his unconscious body through the forest and left him covered in scratches/bruises, toby's almost always throwing the first punch, he's had his entire life derailed for so fucking long, and these kids don't make it any easier- he could've been in kates position, which is the one thing that makes him kinda hesitate when he wants to say smth mean. he usually isnt an asshole unprompted, but he'll always take it the second step.

a lot different for brian. he wanted him dead for a while too. blamed him for a lot of stuff, but at this point he........... has nobody else. brian is his friend. i feel like writing too much about the complication of their relationship kinda takes away from it. theyre roommates, they leave together, they'd fight tooth and nail to stay in eachothers lives. despite everything

just to sum it all up with him, he cares more about all three of them then he lets on. but he's also a lot better at showing he cares. he brings some basic groceries and beer and shit over to the cabin pretty frequently, he'll hang around toby and if kates there, ask if she needs anything. she usually just shakes her head, but on the off chance she says she wants like. a specific drink. he kinda feels like he got +1 friendship points with her LMFAOOO . and obviously he jokes around and messes with toby when they're not fighting

and again, same thing with tim. that's his friend. he's missing a LOT of memories from the events of MH, but tim hasn't hesitated in telling him how he feels about it... and he feels bad. it all sucks. even now, he says things he doesnt mean, just because all of the guilt and anger and trauma gets him and tim both riled up. then they go get a drink together and move on

overall, the proxies are pretty messy. brian and tim arent very present anymore, toby and kate are sort of taking on their 'in charge' roles. their relationship slowly mends itself over time, since my AU largely focuses on improvement and recovery and redemption (HOWEVER MUCH THEY CAN ALL THINGS CONSIDERED...), but its still pretty bad

ahhksjfjf thank youuu!! if im being honest, the expedition program initially existed just to add some stuff from the game to make urban au more than just a slice of life anthro fanfic (nothing wrong with that ofc, i just wanted to do something different) but as i started to expand around it i found that it's actually super good for driving the plot and keeping the iterators running through to what would be saint's campaign in regular timeline (also they keep the tramlines operating which connect different iterators)

the way i'm gonna write a lot of urban au issues is that the time spent outside of the program is for lots of development between characters, and time spent in the program does more world building and lore stuff (ofc either can still happen in the other context, but that's how it'll generally be)

and i'm just gonna say this now, the program solved a massive issue i had in the beginning involving arti's scars, because she doesn't hate scavengers in urban au and was never attacked by them. SO i've got it now that prior to the incident, arti was a very valuable member of the program due to her strength and explosives, and so when nomad goes missing they decide to send her solo. during her search, she ends up getting attacked by a miros vulture and manages to make it out after getting hit by one of its lasers which gives her the scar. normally that wouldn't be enough for arti to leave the program, because she's burnt off a lot of her tail fur by this point and doesn't care about her appearance. HOWEVER she's actually pregnant with outlaw at this time, so she leaves because she doesn't want to hurt outlaw (this may come back as a plot point in series 2 cuz it follows outlaw, i do not know)

Sumtimes I think about selling the shelves I paint ngl- like I paint these vintage/older wooden hanging shelves that I thrift/buy second hand/get at the local trade-buy-sell market every month and I have like I think maybe 8-10 of these shelves because I love them, they're so pretty and I always buy the ones with the heart cut outs on them. I don't like repaint them to look 'modern' or anything or destroy them like some ppl who buy old furniture or decor do when painting them. Usually I just clean them off, sand if needed and then paint whatever i want and leave the wood showing through between the details. I've only ever fully painted one shelf and that was when I was like 13 and dumb and then I sanded it down about a year or so ago and then did paint the whole thing black[which I regret instead of just staining it a darker color] and ended up doing an 80s arcade theme because I made it for all my FNAF figures and that was when I started painting these shelves. About six months ago I started painting one of the two shelves I'd picked up for my room at my sisters and left a majority of the wood and didn't fully paint over it but did neon stars, music notes, skelanimals, and like scene kid/emo type stuff and my intrests on it[I did end up painting way more then I wanted but it's cool].

Idk I just sometimes wonder if anyone would buy these shelves if I ever wanted to try painting them how I do then selling them but I also feel like I couldn't do that with a clear mind bcz these shelves cost me like 3-15 bucks and I'd have to mark them up yo atleast over 20 bucks since painting can take me days to weeks to do and how much paint they use[and my neon paint isn't cheap.] and I feel like that's scalping in a way bcz ppl can go out yo their local thrifts, second hand shops and yard sales, try to find one for a cheap price and give it their best shot as well.

I usually play videogames with no audio cuz when I have it on I get easily bored. For example last month I started pokemon sword and tbh never played it with vol on and when I did that for the first time I was like “? Why the sounds are so annoying?”. Idk probably I’m weird but I get easily overwhelmed with sounds. It’s kinda funny because when I listen to music I listen to black metal/rock in general. But when I’m busy drawing things I like to listen to true crime podcasts. Yeah I’m one of those obsessed with serial killers cases.

And yeah, fear and hunger is just straight up hard. I was surprised the first time but I’m still trying to finish it (I want to die/hj). So far I’m loving sm hades! The character designs are so pretty? Ofc I like Dionysus the most, he was and still is my favorite icon. Just to ask, who’s your fav greek mythological figure? I’m curious. Personally I’m also extremely into the myth of Hyacinth the most. Probably I read too many graphic novels about him ahah. And! Are you perhaps also into egyptian mythology? Since I was a kid I was so obsessed with mummies and the first time I saw one I was so anxious lol.

When I was in school I also had problems at school, mostly because at the time I was the only emo kid and all my classmates were… normal? I liked to dress black, enjoyed spending time writing horror stories and I was a major creepypasta lover. But I genuinely sucked at oral tests. Probably you only had some random quizzes but where I live we also have oral ones. And I fucking hated to speak in front of people. So drawing during classes was a sort of stress relief to my anxiety! So I completely get you :(

This is funny but I always was extremely talented at singing, although at some point I started to find annoying to perform in front of people. And in general the idea of studying in theater looked “uncool” in my teen years. Now I completely changed opinion and I’m a musical fan lol. i like homestuck, object shows, minecraft & roblox (if those count), things with dragons, and generally post-apocalyptic stuff i think

i've been drawing for most of my life, but i only started digital art in like 2017, so my go-to answer is 6 years (...it's almost 7 years and that's scary O_O)

it depends, but surprisingly, i take less than an hour on most of them. i make them all in batches of 20 or 25, and ibis paint also records the time i spend idling on the canvas, so i couldn't tell you the actual time.

it depends. sometimes it's character designs i like, sometimes a random idea hits me and i have to sketch it out real quick, sometimes i see a cool moodboard or image or something.

i just wanted to. i think some people just dont wanna get over the initial hurdle of learning to draw body types with fat, cuz after you learn it, its not that difficult.

Its a thriller horror mind game crazy good show that is the best going in completely blind, seriously, watch episode one without know anything at all because its the best like that. Its 12 episodes and i had binged them all in one day, its crazy

Another rec: Kaguya Sama: Love Is War

I discovered this from clips randomly oon my youtube front page outta nowhere but this show is HILARIOUS i find the dub so much funnier and the anime is better than the manga so watch that instead of reading it cuz the delivery and timing is done so much better in anime form.

Its a romcom and usually i hate roms but the comedy is so funny and clever and constant, the characters, main, secondary and all the other kids in the school, every single one of them is so fleshed out and you end up loving them all, with all of them even the random background character getting focuses a lot, where its not really a show about the main two, but the people surrounding them

And the comedy is good but the story is also AMAZING even when it gets serious the story captivates you and because you love the characters so much from the exelent writing, you are so invested and the story feels so much better. The story is the comedy of it so the jokes dont feel awkward but natural and it makes it so much better

Ive litterally rewatched it countless times, and randomly revisit a random episode every time i need it because the jokes, no matter how much i know them and are prepared for them, land every time and are always still super funny. I love it so much

My fourth favorite is Demon Slayer, you've probably heard of it, the story isnt too good and personally the first few episode do drag a bit on a rewatch (i thouroughly invested on my first watch cuz its good at introducing you to the world) but the anime and the fight scenes and the story later is SO GOOD AND INVESTING

Seriously, watch the anime, its so much better than the manga. The fourth season ended a while ago and some point soon they are going to make a trilogy of movies to end out and complete the manga. For this one i am anime only so i dont want any spoilers at all and im EXCITED

The Phoenix Effect is kinda an extension of that. Its basically the same thing but adds the cass apocalypse series into it. Basically how future Ame being there also changes things and how oopies mystics powers are hard to control after being half dead in stasis for about 12 years hope Ame does trys to leave to protect everyone from himself only to get kidnapped putting everyone in worse danger also oopies isnt that the super dangerous alien someone accidentally freed awhile ago

Another rottmnt oc thing. Ame obtains a diary from his future self being like "hey so the world is gonna end soon here's how i think you could possibly stop that. Pls dont do this all alone ur like 5" and ame decides to do it all by himself.

Got all eight chapters planned out already with two already at stage two (aka fully written out just needs to be edited and stuff). I just dont know how to use ao3 in this sense or how to tag stuff plus i got anxiety so its just sitting in my notes app

Currently working on a few more special videos. On my channel ive technically reached 100 videos (i unlisted alot of old ones/never posted a bunch more so technically i reached that months ago but shhh let me have this) plus i got 135 subs now so celebrations are in order. Idk what to say bout this, am making a video using the ok ko ending song idk the name, one is a fake collab a friend made and another is an original meme a youtube mutual/friend by association made. Plus like so mant mini things for my ocs, Dimension and Watcher are gonna get so much development and cute couple moments.

Watcher - *slaps religious trauma onto them* bitch gets sacrificed. Okay okay so Watcher, wasnt always Watcher. Before they used to be Ena a simple kid who was sent away for reasons i havent thought of yet to a church. Blah blah corruption, Watcher gets sacrificed for not falling in line blah blah they were saved and given a second chance.

Dimension - *slaps alot of anxiety and identity issues onto her* bitch got issues. Same as Watcher, Dimension wasnt always Dimension. Before she was Ellie a poor girl hated by her whole town because of the lies their mother spread about them and their father who had left years ago. She only had one friend, Watcher. Somehow they managed to make contact with each other despite being in different universes. Eventually Dimension snapped and went on a killing spree, slowly ripping apart her world in the process because this wasnt supposed to happen (think spiderverse canon events but different ill explain later) with her world crumbling around her, Dimension messages Ena one last time, not knowing Ena was already long gone, and accepts what they assume to be death only to fall into whats basically the anti void from utmv, gets corrupted and became a villain technically more of a multiversal criminal.

How does what happened to Dimension's universe work? The way i explained it is like spiderverse canon events but different, but heres the details. Idk how to explain this but bare with me

Imagine each universe as a game in a folder on a computer. Each game has different code, story, art assets basically all are mostly different.

Most games are coded to have very specific story events and when something goes wrong everything breaks. Like take a spaghetti thing of code that shatters the moment you try to do something like trying to talk with an npc while having a status effect and thats how some of these worlds are like. And Dimension's was very much one of those worlds, and her breaking down like that shattered the code of their world and everything fell apart.

Im too tired to continue but my main multiverse is like one big computer own by a game creator who only sometimes knows how to make a stable game
