The line art colour match the characters vibes they're not really lore based but you know what is

The poses. Obv grain is looking at the camera (and has eyes) cuz he's a watcher but also scott and martyn are looking to one side cuz they were happy about their win and pear and scar are looking to the other cuz they were sad/confused

None of them really have facial features cuz like they're players in a game come on why would they ever have an actual identity other than 'player'

Also look at scotts bow and scars cane please i put way too much detail into them

there's aus where u try to recreate the "effect" of a character's personality and behavior through an alternative "cause", and then there's this shit where i Just think umm well personally wolfwood being down to kill for vash is hot and it's a bummer vash doesn't think so too, but what if an au where he does ?

it's not a true "villain" vash au, basically it goes that vash decided to stick it out with knives in the hopes he could mitigate the damage knives planned to do to mankind, and it's worked for the most part-- at the expense of vash taking on much of knives' ire himself. this vash is even more isolated than in canon, unable to meet the standard knives enforces for what a god is supposed to look like, and constantly concerned with appeasing knives: dressing and styling his hair in a way that doesn't annoy him, talking very little, always offering compromises that put himself at a disadvantage

it's a wholly bad deal, up until the eye (yeah i'm blending stuff from other triguns in even tho it's a 98 au lol) offer vash their latest up-and-coming disciple to protect and serve him directly, though the "protecting" thing ends up being extremely mutual. wolfwood is the first bright spot in vash's life in a hundred years, and he's not going to allow anybody to take that away

A while ago I had a bit of a clown fixation and these were some clown OCs I drew as a result of that

The first one is a clownsona named Mx. Haunting Jack, a horror/Halloween themed clown. You can find them performing at haunted houses, Halloween parties, and other such spooky events.

The other one is Prince Sugar Pop, a very sweet fella who's basically the clown version of that kind of dweeb that loves stuff like Ren Faires, DnD and LARPing. He comes with his own little pet, a sentient unicorn piñata named Konpeitō.

I actually had another clown OC in mind so that they could be a trio, but I haven't drawn her yet, so for now it's just these guys.

to be clear, i'm not angry about pretty boy slade wilson at all, if clark is just starting out then bruce has probably only been at it for a couple years himself, and dick is definitely still flipping about at haly's with his totally alive not ever gonna die parents and a good few years from slade deciding that his archnemesis needs to be a teenager from the most insane family in all of north america, it makes sense that slade so far is a young man still fulfilling mercenary contracts and other things like that and still in the relative flush of youth

also again, the way they drew him was hot, if this is how slade's anime twink phase goes i'm not mad about it

And we’re off, with a doodle of the chunky little crochet sylveon I finally finished making after like four years. I did like 98% of the work in a day but got stuck on how I wanted to do the eyes. Today I finally bit the bullet and made them from felt. He’s got kinda a long neck and skinny face but I put a lot of work into him including threading his ribbons with wire so they stay up, and I’d say he turned out good!
