My favorite hobby, as strange as that may sound, is sorting things into folders. I'm the type of person that takes screenshots/downloads a lot of things and never have time to properly crop it. So I love to sometimes to js sit down and sort all the things I've screenshotted/downloaded into their own folder. I have like 42 different folders in my gallery and 21 of them is blue lock 😭

× What book or movie left a lasting impression on you?

The Karasuno vs Nekoma Haikyuu movie. I went to the cinemas to watch it with my bsf and it. was. so. GOOD! Not even kidding, maybe it was cuz I watched it at the cinemas, but after the movie we literally left STAGGERING. Me and my bsf then proceeded to find a seat and ended up js staring at a wall and contemplating life for like, a whole hour.

× What kind of music do you enjoy?

I honestly am the type that will listen to pretty much anything, but usually, I'd go for pop, hip hop, rap or alternative/indie. But whenever I feel like studying I'd go for soft pop or classical. Other times when there's no specific 'mood' I'll js listen to anything that graces my ear

× Who is your favorite character (atm or all time) and why?

Kurona Ranze from Blue lock! He's adorable and the way he acts and speaks? UGH, adorbs, I love him sm. He has crooked/shark like teeth, and he has a braid on one side. So cute, so cute. HE'S ALSO A SHARK LOVER 🦈❤

i will start first!

my name is rurumi and i enjoy spending my free time writing!

some of my hobbies (outside of writing) includes: drawing, building gundams and keyboards, and fashion! i got into most of them on a whim and became instantly hooked. aside from self-expression, being into fashion also helps with making friends in college because you always have something to talk about!

a book that left a lasting impression on me would have to be either kafka on the shore by haruki murakami or before the coffee gets cold by toshikazu kawaguchi. both stories have kept me up at night thinking a lot about the 'what ifs' in life.

i enjoy soul/r&b alongside anything of jrock influence, but i will basically listen to anything that sounds good. i am currently listening to 'so what' by lucy!

my favorite character at the moment is rin itoshi from blue lock because hes so ridiculously edgy, but at the same time i sympathize with him a lot. on the other hand, my favorite character of all time is suletta mecury from the witch from mercury series, she's an absolute ball of sunshine that i aspire to be.

Another Drabble based off of @llondonfog potion!au

This time I decided to write it more in Andrei’s POV (Andrei being the guard who kidnaps silver and brainwashed him in Lettie’s potion!au) I don’t have a good title for this lol

I tried to connect it to this one shot as well

How things have changed so much.

He: Andrei used the guard of perhaps one of the most prestigious royal families ever to live. He had lived to serve the family with his life.

It all came crashing down when those fae…those bastardly fae from the kingdom of Briar Valley come swarming in, destroying the kingdom. Worst of all one of the most infamous Fae generals of all time: the Phantom General had stolen the baby prince.

He was just at the door to the nursery, severely injured and watched unable to do anything and watched with hatred towards the fae as the war criminal whisked the baby prince away.

Years swept by so easily, he lived in the remains of the fallen kingdom, constantly scheming a plan for revenge towards the fae and to take back the stolen prince. Seventeen years later, he had finally managed to acquire information on the whereabouts of the missing prince. The prince attended Night Raven College and his father was listed as…the Phantom General.

No matter, the fae was too old to attend some college so Andrei had gone and found the missing prince walking back to his dorms late at night. He must admit, the prince at first denied the idea of him being a prince and said he was just Silver, a retainer for the crown prince of the fae. Oh how the fae have brainwashed him truly. All it took was a tranquilliser drug he acquired to force him unconscious so he could whisk him away from this wretched place and undo all the brainwashing the fae had done to him.

It took some time, but the prince believed now believed him to have always been his guardian ever since his parents death. He trusted him and that was the most important thing. He must admit again, he hadn’t expected for the Phantom General to come crashing into the Shaftlands shrieking at him for stealing his son.

Honestly, what son? All he saw was a war criminal who had stolen the prince of the royal family he had served under for so long.

Soon he enrolled the prince to Royal Sword Academy. A better and more proper college for the prince to learn at. He was skilled at sword fighting, he grudgingly admitted the fae did a good thing in teaching him that. Soon the tournament came, the prince was selected as one of the representatives.

He watches from the field as the announcements go on and the representatives for the academy come out of the tent when suddenly bats swarm towards the representatives. Everyone had screamed, all but the prince who stared at the bats…fondly for some reason. He looked towards the direction of where the bats came from and saw him.

So the Phantom General was also attending college…

He made his way through the crowd to find the prince who slipped away to return the bats. He finds the prince talking to that fae.

“Silver there you are.” He calls out.

Silver turns and greets him. He also introduces him to the fae whose name is Lilia Vanrouge.

Andrei nodded slightly as he stared at the fae, placing a shoulder on the young prince. The prince broke the tension again trying to explain how Andrei was his guardian.

The former general’s face tightened slightly at that word. “It’s a pleasure to meet you Andrei.” The fae Said stiffly.

“Pleasure is all mine. Come Silver, you must have your daily tea now.” Andrei says as he guides the prince away from the fae. “You shouldn’t be talking to him.” He says to the silver haired prince.

The prince stares at him quizzically. “Why not? Is it because he’s a fae?”

“No, no.” Yes. “You just need to be careful with who you trust.” Andrei said smoothly.

“I trust you though. Should I be more careful with trusting you?”

“Your sarcasm fails to amuse me.” Andrei said flatly. “Let me redo your hair, it got messy from the sudden swarm of bats flying over.”

“Oh, it’s okay-“

“If this keeps up, it will become more not princely, young prince.”

“…”

“Silver.”

“…I know.”

“I am doing what’s right for you.”

The prince nods, not looking at Andrei. The former guard sighs. This is for the better good: He thinks to himself. If the brainwashing of the fae returns…he may require more doses of the potion if this keeps up.

All he has to do is ensure the prince has limited contact with the fae and then once the tournament is over, he’ll just give him a stronger dose of the potion.

Charles' thing is that he wants to feel alive and that's part of the reason why he decided to never move on to the afterlife right? Meanwhile Edwin thinks Charles will move on and that he'll be alone again because 'he isn't good with people'.

But then when the Night Nurse shows up a second time Charles is ready to go wherever -including Hell- as long as Edwin shouldn't have to go back there, meanwhile Edwin refuses that they be split up, and both are okay with being sent together to the Lost and Found Department to be sorted out later as long as they're together-

Just saw an absolutely amazing post that convinced me that Ceroba would be the one who confesses first.

(op turned turned off reblogs unfortunately so I'm making this post (┬┬﹏┬┬)) ("Just put the link to the post here-" No, you absolute buffoon, they turned it off for a reason and I'm going to respect that) (also potential rambling?? again??) (future LM here, yep there is alot of rambling. this was supposed to be a character analysis but I accidentally made a fic halfway LMAOAOAOAOAOA )

god I'm a sucker for slow burn and angst (duh, you all know that) I used to think that Starlo wouldn't be able to take it anymore and finally get the balls to confess to her, he goes up to her and it'll be the usual cheesy but wholesome moment with him nervously laughing, Ceroba getting surprised so she turns away while brushing off some hair that got on her face, Starlo sheepishly rubbing the back of his head and stuttering to get the words out. It'll all be planned of course he's a gentleman, he's just so stupidly nice and understanding that if Ceroba just flat out tells him "I don't wanna be in a romantic relationship with you" I just know he's going to smile and tell her it's okay and he'd still be there for her and it won't affect their friendship at all and he's going to stay by her side de jashdkahsd sorry the brainworms are doing the thing again.

Of course the idea of Ceroba confessing first also came into my mind, her realizing she's in love with Starlo but now has to fight the guilt thinking that she's "betraying/cheating on Chujin" made the little angsty gremlin in me giggle but I just preferred it would be Starlo who breaks the ice just for shittles and giggles (I like seeing him get all blushy and shy HIHIHIHIH). Also adding the fact that Ceroba DID consider getting together with him but she brushes it off cuz she thinks he's still too immature. (Yes I am aware Ceroba acknowledges Starlo growing up in True Pacifist but I didn't give it that much thought I was in delulu land)

But then I saw the post and ho h my god oh my goddddddd.....

Starlo is aware of what Ceroba has gone through and as her childhood best friend he would respect her and not risk overwhelming her with a confession cuz OF COURSE HE WOULDNT, and if he DID consider confessing it would be YEARS after the whole "Clover-sacrificing-themselves-for-the-futue-of-monsterkind" ordeal but he would have probably fallen out of love at this point and it would go

(not dismissing the chance he could still be in love with her despite that I mean he's dedicated and loyal and so damn devoted to her it makes sense, it was just had a funny thought giggles)

But then after reading the post, it reopened the idea of Ceroba confessing first and... oh my god it was glorious. It would start small, thinking he looked nice one day, subconsciously gazing at him and adoring him at the distance as he talks his usual nonsense at the saloon with the feisty 5, wanting to hang out with him a little more than usual, until it slowly builds up over time. She starts noticing the little things about him, his wide smile, the sound of his voice and the laughter he makes when he does his usual shenanigans with her in post-pacifist where things are starting to get brighter as they heal together, she would call him an idiot but god he would just smile at her again and the little dimples on the sides of his face would make her melt without knowing and she swears she felt her face get warm but brushes it off, thinking it's nothing. But that's where the snowball keeps getting bigger, she would see him talking to the folk again at the saloon and wish it was her he was laughing with, she'll quickly snap out of it, shake her head a little and think about how weird it was for her to have thought about that. She'd find herself beaming when he calls her name and feel so stupid for doing so, "Why am I so happy all of a sudden? He says my name all the time..."

And the snowball finally crashes when they have one of those talks, y'know the ones where you usually have at 3 am with your friends? Just talking about life in general, talking about the future, what are each of them scared of, what they feel and what they think about things, just being so vulnerable and open with each other. They've had their fair share of these talks but today was different. He looked absolutely stunning, despite being mentally exhausted he still looked divine, the way his eyes droop when his expression softens, the slow rise and fall of his chest when he sighs, his wide glistening smile turning into a small and soft curl on his lips. She can't help herself but make subtle touches and discreetly brush her shoulder against his as they lean towards the railings of the balcony, fighting the urge to just reach out and figure out small ways to make contact with him. She gazes at him the entire time, analyzing him, noticing all the little changes he makes, why can't she look away? She can't, she tried, so many times but it still ends up with her looking at him again trying to burn the image of him in her mind, wanting to leave it there forever. When the talk comes to a close, he turns to her and offers a hug, she accepts it and the moment he melts into her arms, she feels a sudden warmth on her chest and it instantly scatters around her entire body, enveloping her. They share each other's warmth, she slowly buries her face onto his shoulder, cherishing this small moment with him as they hold each other tight in each other's embrace. She's closing her eyes, inhaling his scent, it feels like she's in a dream, she doesn't want this moment to end, she doesn't wanna wake up just yet but.... They break a part, he gives her his goodbyes. As she goes home she lays in bed, face up, staring at the ceiling as she recalls everything that happened to her, putting pieces of the puzzle together as she finally comes to terms with herself and gets hit with the realization. It all comes crashing down to her, her eyes widen and she lets out an audible groan. She lays in silence for a moment, feeling absolute agony for being so stupid, she peaks through her fingers and looks back up the ceiling again, "Fuck..."

I haven't even dabbled with what goes on in her head after she accepts this fact, the sudden guilt consuming her, feeling like she betrayed Chujin, the person she loved with her entire soul only to fall for another. She hates it. And if she confesses she's going to be a wreck and Starlo just instantly goes to comfort her, telling her it's okay, she doesn't have to force herself to confess to h- No. She wants this, she's absolutely in love, he may have fallen first but she fell even harder, but with so much conflict in her mind, wanting to hold his hand without the weight on her shoulders pulling her back. The entire time they're together, Starlo finds the time to console her, comfort her, feeling horrible for making him stay up late just for her but he says he doesn't mind and he himself wants this, feeling absolutely honored to have her in her arms and that she trusts him so much that she's just so open and vulnerable and he's being so kind and patient to her I hate them I HATE THEM I FFUCKING HATE THUEJN R F FUCK FUCKF FFIFUUCJCC N I HATE THEMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM

TL;DR: uhhhh read a post and it convinced me that Ceroba slowly falls in love with Starlo over time without realizing it and when she finally does she feels really guilty cuz it feels like she's betraying Chujin, the slow burning is burning and the angst is scrumptious. I keep seeing fanarts of ppl's OC's being on the ship, so do you think that if there was 6st crewmember (specifically, another woman) Anya would've been more safe? Like, someone to actually call Jimmy's begaviour out, someone Anya might wanna trust? Is there a possibility something might have changed (even if a little) or it would not have mattered at all?

I feel like the game would make it part of the commentary on where she would believe and help Anya but still be sort of dismissive? Like the whole “don’t waste time crying and being scared keep going and move on, don’t let him win”. It’s supposed to be positive and reinforcing but sometimes it does more damage in those times of mourning and grief, it feels patronizing, like you don’t understand what you’re going through but they do. Even if they did call out his behavior it’s still on Curly to act and while another voice would help, it’s still 4 against 2 on guys that don’t get it until they have to vs women who always have to.

I don’t mind mouthwashing OCs but I do get a bit bored as they tend to be borderline saviors or like Jimmy aligned. They are either more complicit than Curly or just Jimmy haters for no reason, outside of what the creators know about what he did to Anya. I am never irked by OCs but in a story like mouthwashing you really need to think about what your character adds to the commentary, especially if they are there during the crash. It’s nice to have like characters on Anya’s side more whole heartedly and interesting to see characters who placate Jimmy but sometimes it’s one note.

I can’t and don’t want to police peoples OCs it’s never my intention when I comment on trends I notice, but I do feel like the way people make their OCs interact with these two characters and especially Curly, really show a grave misunderstanding of the narrative and these characters as people vs roles in the story. Still, I know people just make up characters for fun and that’s fine. Great even, but I guys I’m focusing more on OCs that are supposed to have those serious dynamics. My favs tend to be pretty-Tulpar or post-Tulpar au OCs.

The inevitably of the crash is on Jimmy. He did that not because he wasn’t stopped but because all his means to kill Anya were taken. The gun, the axe. Even if Curly did strip him of his co-pilot privileges and try to keep him contained there’s only so many people. An extra body helps but they have jobs they have to do, he’s the only one steering the whole ship and Jimmy would likely have an out: food, bathroom, etc. He’s not new and if he couldn’t crash the ship directly, who’s to say he wouldn’t sabotage something else? A clunker like the Tulpar wouldn’t take much. An extra person helps but it’s just another thing that prolongs what a person like Jimmy is willing to do to shirk responsibility.

It’s more than just needing someone to stand up to him and think that’s what is missing when it comes to inserting a character into the mouthwashing setting.

there's something so tragic about tongrak's name meaning "must love". you must love. like a imperative. like a command.

because 'love' meant his mother's devotion to a man who wasn't worthy; because love doesn't discriminate (and sometimes that's a terrible thing).

because 'love' meant being treated like a piece in his mother's bid to keep his father close. his existence and name a sacrificed from a women whose obsession reduced her children to living tokens of her desperation.

because 'love' meant that his mother kept a man in the house who was a drunk and prone to violence and verbal abuse.

because 'love' meant his sister being abandoned by the man she trusted, left to pick up the pieces of her heart while he tried to hold her life together.

because 'love' meant giving his father an added target his cruelty and new a way to enact power and control through fear.

every time he hears his name, tongrak's being told that he must love, but how could tongrak ever love when this was what love brings?

The statements “Larry Butz is much more interesting and important than fans give him credit for, especially at the end of AA1 as Phoenix and Miles’ childhood best friend & with his witness testimony saving Miles from a guilty verdict as well as at the end of AA3 where he is shown genuinely trying to improve himself as a person as Laurice Deauxnim” and “Larry Butz is hard for most people to stand because of his consistent weird moments in AA3 which, along with his constant failing-to-get-with-woman jokes throughout both games, can get annoying and borderline intolerable for some people” are not mutually exclusive.

I really am interested in Larry as a character but god it’s impossible for me to see him as anything other than comedic-relief-that-isn’t-comedic-nor-relieving, I really don’t feel bad when Phoenix is slightly rude towards him cuz I would act the same, if not worse

I used to think that jc was a complex character but years down the line i think he’s actually very simple. At least he’s not much more complex than other characters are, you can find just about the same amount of complexity from literally all the other character in the show. I probably used to think and say that cuz i felt like i had to justify liking him since everyone seems to hate him. But actually its weird a lot of people come out from the story and especially despise him so much. its the same about other character like jgy or xy, except they’re actually framed as evil, and even then they have more depth than that. I'm not saying im an expert in literary analysis but how is jc REALLY an ‘evil’ character. He’s barely a good antagonist. At best he has complex relationships esp with the protagonist… but is his character that much more complex?? Like him as a person?? I dont really think so anymore. Also how do you read da WHOLE book and come out absolutely despising him to the point you dedicate hate to him and ppl who like him (grow up)?? I know stories can resonate with us on individual levels and bring about intense feelings based on like our experiences and biases and stuff. But im also an adult and the way people behave online with certain characters (absolutely not exclusive to mdzs fandom… iwtv im lookin at u..) leaves me so confused. Please turn off your phone.
