We live in an age of rapidly changing customer expectations. Simply put, consumers will not return to brands that make them dissatisfied and will quickly take their money elsewhere.

And in today's technological age, consumer preferences are changing faster than ever. Therefore, keeping up with consumer expectations requires a lot of time, effort, and investment on the part of logistics and distribution companies.
