I just really want to play with the idea of Chay trying to keep a secret from Kim but Kim knows the truth but if Kim calls him out then Chay will know that he was lying. 2.) A fic where the Kittisawad's and the Theerpanyakul's grew up together. And Chay leaves for a year and half to study abroad and when he comes back Kim has a crisis because "oh no chay got HOT" 3.) a part three to my virginity series where Kim bottoms for the first time. 4.) a fic where I project my thirst for Kim's fighting skills onto chay. 5.) A fic im calling "Everyone's Oh Moment" where the main cast all realizes how serious Kim and Chay are about each other. 6.) an untitled fic where so far it's just Porchay and Porsche finally actually talking about their issues. 7.) an abo fic with omega kim and alpha chay (don't judge me I'm being bullied (lovingly) into writing it).

11 Anti LO Asks

1. I feel like when RS was drafting this story she wanted Hades and Persephone to be on a united front with dealing with their issues and conflicts instead of having conflicts with one another to get over to make them look “perfect”. However the flaw with that, is when the outside characters (Minthe, Hera, Hecate, Thanatos, etc) criticize their relationship were not proven they’re wrong. Thanatos said it was nepotism and it was. Not only is hades covering for Persephone who isn’t even working as an intern just sitting cozy in his office while she’s wanted for the police, but staying at his place also. Shady much? Minthe knew something was up with Persephone and she was more than right, not only does she train Persephone the day after Persephone kisses her ex she learns that Persephone commuted a genocide. Hecate and Hera are worries for Persephone for her reputation and being young and naive. Persephone is young and naive and can’t make friends at school because hades took some kids eye out. Over and over RS proves these characters right and not make me root for the main couple because they’re just bad and for each other. And remember when Tori and the yellow girl student (from persephones class) mentioned Persephone is sleeping her way to the top? She’s just smooching her way to the top guys it’s fine. Persephone should receive punishment for killing a bunch of people, turning a nymph into a plant with more than just community service and hades should stay the hell away from Persephone. I hate how RS used “the immortal dating pool is small” excuse but that doesn’t mean a 19 year old should fix a 2000 year old man’s issues 

2. wish persephone would just be evil. shes not a girlboss if she was girlboss whys she always like "im sowwy 🥺" and "i wish i wasnt a bad girl 😭🥺" like no. just be evil. and not in the "hi im a murderer 😁" way in the "i am a fully fleshed out character that has complicated actions and can stand on my own 😐" way.

3. just off how many LO episodes there are now, and if they roughly follow the same 25 episode count for each volume, then you'd have to buy well over SEVEN books just off the current count of 180+ eps. Seeing as it's going past 200 eps, then that's even more. now let's say you get the hardcovers, so thats over 300 dollars for all the current eps you cant easily read for free instead. more so, the art and writing gets worse the longer it goes on, so what incentive is there to buy these anyway?

4. does ... does rachel know the whole point to helios in the hxp myth was that hes the most unbiased source and will always be honest? along with him and apollo they legit cant lie. why would she purposely make him a liar? to be another stupid fake antagonist to hxp? he was one of the few people in myth who supported them?

5. what i find so annoying about lo stans is they act like critique of LO is somehow against some poor underdog and we should stop picking on her (which isnt what critique is). Rachel is NOT some nobody getting unwarranted hate for her indie project. she has millions of readers, she's a published writer, she has merch, even (minor) awards, and much more. stop acting like she's some helpless nobody who needs protection. she's a professional in the industry, not a child in of a white knight.

6. im probably wrong here but i heard someone say hebe in lo is permanently stuck as a child? tell me thats not true :(

7. i get why rachel doesnt do it because she herself cantt depict realistic couples well, but s2 hxp is so boring??? like its a romance, the conflict should be in the romance, and while the couple wasn't the source for it in s1, you get why they weren't an item because of other factors. but s2, now that theyre together, theyre just too functional, you know what i mean? they have nothing in conflict, including minthe being turned into a plant! like how did they get stale once they became a couple?

8. i just cant take any plot, relationship, or character "development" in LO seriously (esp if its the characters not being ~perfect~ and actually being realistically written) because i just know it'll be retconned in a week or two, because rachel lacks a backbone to stick to any writing choice and her fans have no sense of reading comprehension, so theyll complain and she'll bend over to appease them. the writing in lo was always weak, but its only gotten worse the more "fan input" she takes in.

9. the wild part to me is literally the majority of the issues in lo are just stuff rachel didnt need to add. she didnt need to make persephone 19. she didnt need to add in sexual assault, she didnt need to make hades a slave owner. she didnt need to add in the aow. she didnt need to add 30+ plots she cant keep track of. she didnt need to make hera a cheater. she didnt need to have apollo, leto, thetis, etc there, and it goes on. like she questions who made her write this? look in the mirror!

It really annoys me that it looks like Persephone's only concern about her SA is "Will Hades still love me even if I'm damaged? 🥺🥺”

I know that we saw her being disstressed about being pregnant because of her SA and that she said that she doesn't feel comfortable being around him but all that is just mentioned when she's around Apollo or he's mentioned somehow, we never see her feeling bad about her body as she says, nor we see her having bad days she's always happy and almost sexually available for Hades and it's never brought up unless it's for ✨the drama✨ or making Hades look like a "perfect man" for respecting her boundaries (that's just the bare minimun jfc) or just to make Hades and Persephone closer

Like jfc she was talking about her trauma and how she feels about Apollo and suddenly there's a joke about Hades wanting to kill him and then Helios appears and there's unfunny jokes about it?? Same vibe as Persephone talking about her nymphs friends death in the same episode where there's a fart joke and that "oops a maybe-underage-Perse is naked!!! So funny" scene

Alright, so over quarantine I’ve been really bored so I decided to rewatch the walking dead again. As I was watching it I couldn’t help but wonder how many walkers and people were killed, so I counted them. I’m going to upload the number here because why not.

I also rated my top five favourite characters from each season, counted the number of main character intros, counted the number of main character deaths (and how it happened), and the first and last words of every character I could.

Just as a disclaimer this won’t be 100% accurate since a lot of kills either happen off screen or I don’t pay enough attention which is kinda obvious on herschels walker kill count in season 2, and this is just for fun. Hieronymous Wiggenstaff (he/him): Head of the Hero/Villain school. at least 400 years old. wears shining blue armor with gold accents. also an elf. according to Tomas, he led the charge at the "battle of blood valley", brought the Kingdoms of Rickart and Dawnbreak to a peace treaty, and founded the school. a little boastful, a little prideful, [SPOILERS OMITTED], and overall a pretty good dude.

Higglemas Wiggenstaff (he/him): Head of the Sidekick/Henchperson annex, cranky old elf. has a dog named hero who shows no signs of anything strange at all, ever. 

Gary (he/him): friendly room gargoyle. pseudo-hivemind.

Groundsy (he/him): the groundskeeper. a pretty nice fellow. don't go in his shed.

Hernandez (he/him): beautiful centaur professor of animal handling.

Jimson (he/him): human battlegrounds trainer for sidekicks/henchpeople, world famous featherweight champion, wields a staff. married to crushman.

Rainer Michelle (she/her): cheerful villainous necromancer with a floating chair. also, her name is pronounced "rainier" despite not being confirmed as such? travis ships her with fitzroy.

Tomas (he/him): human man with "kind eyes" and a good (psychic???) memory. guidance counselor.

Stewart LeBoeuf (he/him): brawny human man. serves food. there is no joke here, i promise

Mulligan (he/him): teaches potions. mentioned but doesn't appear yet. and we're like 25 episodes in. maybe we'll see him someday

Germaine, Victoria, Rattles (he/him,she/her,???/???): Skeleton crew. They live in the training room i guess, and as a result can never die, because "no one dies in the training room!" (note: someone now HAS to die in the training room). also their races are never explicitly stated but i guess they're probably human? in episode 3 travis brings up something about how many bones are in "the human body" and at this point i think i'm looking too deep into this so i'll just forget about it and you probably should too.

Snippers (he/him?): Let me tell you my story about Snippers the magic crab. When Travis gave the list of animals that Griffin could choose as Fitzroy's familiar's current form, he listed crab near the start, and this gave me excitement. Now i knew that crab was pretty unlikely but god i hoped that he would choose it. When the list went on- Bat, Cat, Crab, Frog, Hawk, Lizard, Owl, Poisonous Snake, Fish, Rat, Raven, Seahorse, Spider or Weasel- I nearly lost hope. I was hoping so hard that Griffin would choose the crab, but i was ready to accept a non-crab familiar. It was just buried in that list. It wasn't the most useful animal and it was an obscure pick. And as Travis informed him that it didn't have to keep the form for the whole campaign, Griffin said those five words i wanted to hear so, so badly. "Well then it's a crab." Folks, I do not often react physically when something happens in media. But in that moment, i remember very clearly, i fist-pumped and yelled, "YES!!!!!!"

so anyway, Fitzroy has a crab.

Jackle (he/him): kenku teacher of sneakery. creepy dude. apparently knows something about argo? also his name is not spelled "jackal" for some reason. Also in later episodes theyve started calling him "The Jackle" for some reason??? *

Dakota (they/them): tavern instructor, clad in black/red leather. no race stated? probably human. *

Gerry & Tom (she/her, he/him): shopkeepers at barns and nobles who seem to have very bad names. also constantly competing for customers? these guys got dropped faster than the heathcliff quests, which is honestly just sad.

Barb (she/her): the bartender. runs Springs Eternal in Last Hope. has a sweet seeing-eye hawk familiar. 

Jaryd Reginald (he/him): owner of Reginald Ore. Wants the workers to be held responsible for the damage caused by the xorn. (fun fact: originally i wrote down "Jerrod" because i wanted it to sound like a fantasy name, then realized it was probably "Jared" because theyre named after listeners, but i was pleased to find it confirmed that it's actually "Jaryd")

Candice (she/her): A Miner. thought those werent allowed in bars but, i guess not. Wants the mine owner to be held responsible for the xorn's damage.

Jade Johnson Esq. (she/her): lawyer.

Xorn: a big hungry gem eating guy from the plane of earth Low-Down Deep with 3 arms and 3 legs. why did travis just say "multi-armed" instead of specifying it was 3? who knows! Anyway it leaves

Wants to appease the spirit of the scarlet woods so that thecentaurs of the scarlet woods will be protected in the scarlet woods. Had a relationship with Arturas in the past but their clashes are currently known to get pretty heated.

Arturas (he/him): Leader of the Centaurs of the Valley, i guess. Had a relationship with Malwin. Centaur. Did i mention centaur? i cant think of anything else about this character

Spirit of the Scarlet Woods: A spirit who requires sacrifice in order to keep Malwin's herd safe and prosperous. Not keen on dubiously canonical combos, i guess. i wouldnt be either. also apparently the sacrifice depends on personal value, not how much value it has to the spirit.

Also i recently looked at the episode descriptions and found out his name is spelled "Gray", but really does it truly matter?

The Lich King aka Gordy (he/him): Rainer's dad. Commands armies of the undead. lives in The Crypt. described as a hooded, skull-faced man with intricate black lines on his face, but changes to a shaved-head man with dark skin and vetiligo. Abandoned as a babby, raised by traveling parents, had necromancy powers, took Rainier in. Not actually very scary at all i don't know why he did the creepy laugh. Kind of a warm fatherly figure actually. hm. also people are speculating Gordy might be short for Gordita and his parents are maybe supposed to be lup and barry but THAT S JUST A THEORY.

our firbolg's father (he/him): A firbolg who lived by the code and was there when our firbolg was banished. Came to respect our firbolg's interest in a new way of life, in his final moments.

1. nouvelle vague - bande à part (2006) - discovered it during my early teen years and holy fuck, was it revolutionary (to me, at least). alongside their first and third album, but this one was definitely my favourite. not to sound like a francophile, but my god, did that album made me feel like sitting in my apartment's windowsill and smoke a long ass cigarette while looking at eiffel tower, all in black and white.

2. mindless self indulgence - if (2008) - ok teen me was edgy, but that album was so much fun!!!! i still remember all the lyrics tbh.

3. mindless self indulgence - how i learned to stop giving a shit and love mindless self indulgence (2012) - same as above, it was edgy as shit but super fun. teen nihilism!!! hell yeah!!!!

4. charli xcx - sucker (2014) - this is judge-free zone, shhhh. had my first real parties to that fucking album. and i dont know whats up with charli, but her music boosts my self confidence so much!!! "famous": comes on, my depression: already gone as im off to a party

5. 0.8syooogeki - hakai pop (2015) - the WEIRDEST and BEST fucking band, like, ever. disbanded shortly after their next ep released after this album and GOD do i miss them with my entire heart. the world wasnt ready!!!!! people call it the worst music ever in youtube comments, but dont let that discourage you. this hot mess of a band is the best music-related discovery of my life, definitely.

6. tame impala - currents (2015) - ok this is probably like, the most basic of all 9, but i had to include this bc i love tame impala. i still remember when i was listening to "let it happen" in an empty airport at 2am. and honestly? thats how the entire album is meant to be listened.

7. hakka drops - shougeki revival (2016) - its an EP and not a full album, but so significant to me that i had to include it. cant explain it. maybe its the 80s-90s jpop influence. too bad its almost unfindable on the internet rn. i still have two songs saved up, tho. will never delete!!!!!!

8. *repeat repeat - floral canyon (2017) - p sure my "most listened to" album on spotify in 2017. with especially "plugged in" and "everybody's falling in love" being my fave tracks. kinda garagey, but not really, just indie. still really fun and cool and upbeat.

9. poppy - am i a girl? (2018) - since it got released on last halloween, its been almost a year now, but im still listening to it. mainly bc im kinda disappointed with her newer singles/album. i know that shes going for darker tones with each album, but god poppy!!!!! go back to being an occasionaly evil cyborg instead of a full time murder machine, please!!!!!!

i am playing the sims so much lately and yesterday the game glitched so bad omg, there was a fire in the diner and jamie jolina died in it and you could see her lil dust pile on the ground but????? she was still screaming in agony D a y s later when my dog was supposed to die and she couldnt bc the grim reaper wouldnt come. i remembered i saw the guy near the diner that day the fire thing happened so i went there and he was still!!!!! standing there!!! listening to jamie jolinas dust pile shrieking and whining!!!!!!!!! (and he was also getting hit in the head repeatedly with the ice balls from the sky) and the Best part was that next to the pile of jamie jolina AND the diner stood a food seller GSBAKSBHEKE i think im never letting my sims eat in that diner again......... i AM into vore but it doesnt count if the vored person is a pile of ash.

#13 - 5/12/2021

it's been nearly a month huh? no one cares but i guess i just didnt feel like posting but im back now! (there are also spoilers for the b*d b*tch cause im complaining about it! so be warned!!)

I watched some stuff while i was gone, read some fics, watch youtube and i went to school!! (its hybrid cause they still have to sanitize everything on Wednesdays) but i get to go and talk with my friends and.. yeah?

I drank a can of soda at like.. 8:30pm (20:30 in military time/24 hour clock) and that was fun.. i fell alseep at... some point? i dont really know when- then i woke up due to my alarm which is set for 5:30am and then i went back to sleep cause today is Wednesday for me and i dont have to actually go anywhere!

Since Today is, as i said before, Wednesday, our day is flipped around so we have home room, then math at 8:30 ish, then sometimes we had something at 10:30 and after that at 11:00 we have PE which is currently 7 minutes away from the time im writing this! regular days its homeroom, lang, science, math then history though this week it's homeroom, lang, math, science then history so second and thrid period got flipped.

the reason it's flipped is because we're doing math tests and the kids who go out there at that time always scream and dont shut the fuck up?? there's also this neighbor who has a hen whom's name i dont understand and a rooster named blue (his feathers are iridescent in the light) and they would hop over the fence for a bit till he raised how high it was.

ALSO there are these kids that keep coming onto school property and vandalizing it and harassing those chickens- and the thing is, they've come to or school before! last year they spat on one of the teacher's kids?? we also think they are apart of the theorized two groups of kids who have been vandalizing the school for the past while?

we have more security cameras and gates all around the school now but they keep hopping the back gate which is too far from the school to get a picture of their faces without my teacher bringing her phone with her to snap a picture..

alright so time line time:

1. they spit on my teacher's child (i think they also punched him if i remember correctly?)

2. they possibly/most likely spray painted the school

3. (time skip) they hop the back gate and scooter around on their scooters + hitting the chickens with sticks

4. my teacher goes down and confronts them to which they "circle her like sharks" as my teacher put it

5. they ended up leaving but came back with a couple more people + a ball to throw at the chickens

6. teacher goes back down tells them to leave, two of them leave properly while the two original kids try to wait out my teacher by the fence

7. they end up leaving because there are these dogs by the back gate which go ape shit if you come too close and they were clearly going buck wild so.. dumbasses?? (my teacher called the cops but they didnt show up which isnt a surprise cause there are bigger problems then a couple of trespassers after school hours)

8. sometime during the week last week they were talking about vandalizing the school while at like subway or something?? idk one of my classmates over heard it tho

9. they ended up doing it over the weekend to which the chickens' father (the person who owns them) calls the cops

10. i think they showed up this time? they didnt catch any of the kids but they did show up which is a start..

11. we found out the identity of one of the people who showed up in #5, he goes to a near by school i think and he tried to join this facebook(?) group cause my teacher is on it cause she lives near to the school..

and then his mom tried to join? and then his mom's friends????????? idk man sounds like a you fuckin problem, shouldn't have been hitting the chickens, trespassing on private property and vandalizing the school??

anyway.. i dont think there are any new updates after that, someone did carve some dicks and the word "peepee" into one of the kiddy playgrounds so thats not very cool, cant really say it was them though sense we dont have proof and it could very well just be one of the kids at our school..

N E WAY, i've also watched the first episode of the b*d b*tch and i paused part way through the second one cause.. its not really all that interesting to me? (this is the spoiler part)

I was kind of hoping we'd be able to see why they're so pissy over everything and see them grow as people but like.. nah... they just adopt a child, do some shit, go see some guy and thats about all that's happened so far..

the white washing is also nasty like.. i dont wanna see some white fucker who has the audacity to use 99's name in their title, i wanna see echo get better, i wanna see rex, wolffe.. literally anyone other than them??

idk man its just not really my vibe.. i pointed out how it felt like a bad fanfic to one of my friends who doesnt give a single shit about starwars over discord cause no one lets me talk about it in person cause im mostly just talking about how im in love with ventress or something..... ANYWAY i pointed out it felt like a bad fanfic and then i read someone else's post (sorry i dont remember who) who said all the characters are what you think they are, named what you think they are and act like you think they will so everyone is just their hat.

(side not: a hat is basically just; big man is strong, only thinks about hulk smash and loud!! leader guy is leader, smart guy is smart and sniper guy has a toothpick in his mouth and is a sniper guy (overly sarcastic productions did a good video on it, it's technically about culture's of hats but i think it works here still))

moral of the story: i dont really like the bad batch, i've always hated cr*sshair so i dont really care that he's properly evil (i really wanna see more of his evil-ness tho cause like.. bruh that shit cool).. also im going off of what i've seen which is one and a half episodes so there might be more stuff in the latter half of ep 2??

and uh.. a have a few fics i really want to read currently but i want to do some pacing around first!

Timmy

How in the fuck am I still here?!?! I'm overjoyed and this is incredible. Tbh Jack totally just fucked his game but this is so good for me, even if I get out at 6, I still made it a little further than I thought I would've. Also, Raffy really popped the fuck off and it was so funny to watch. I'm just in a really good mood right now.

Maynor

I cant believe idol play was amazing but it wasnt needed. Sjdbsb it was 4-3 for Jack to go is crazy. And im so happy that Timmy stayed in the game. I dont want to play the game without him. So im super happy that he’s still in. We need to win this immunity and keep it away from zoe and Raffy. We need those options open. And also try n keep the idol away from them.

Raffy

Last night was a wild trip. Firstly, I cannot believe Ellie would betray us like that when Maynor is still in this fucking game. No one, except me, seems to think that he's going to win if we keep letting him have control of the game. It's as if I am in a game with a bunch of sheep where I am the only free thinker. This applies to Jack too since he voted out Ellie instead of Timmy in the revote. Like imagine keeping Timmy in this game when he has done so much!!! Like we just keep letting them get away with things and we just keep letting them have control of the game. I'm sick of it!!! I can only trust Zoe now since apparently everyone else is too brain dead to see the obvious threats in this game. I pretended to be fake mad to Jack in order to keep him on our side. I told him that my aggression was a ploy to make them think that he's on their side. I mean I was real mad, but he doesn't need to know that. I don't know whether the lie worked or not, but I just need to find an idol or win immunity because I am sick of Maynor and Timmy being like cockroaches in the nuclear fallout. Like??????? And don't get me started on the goat Joseph who doesn't even know how to talk to people properly. All of them can go fuck off for all I care. 

Raffy

Well I didn't find the idol, and I know that Jack is on the other path with that BS rotating puzzle. So, tomorrow I'll be doing the tundra and hopefully find it before anyone else, otherwise my time in this game is running out. I don't know how well I will do with the immunity challenge, but I have to be confident to do well. I'm praying that Zoe found something because we desperately need it if onyl to prevent Maynor from having it.

Raffy is so fucking smug. He laughed whenever someone messed up in the challenge and basically almost cackled when Maynor and I got it. Like don’t fucking kick me when I’m down. 6th is my Achilles heel and I’m already freaking out.

So its been a dayyyyyyy Jayyyyyyy. First Zoe comes in here like, "hey my idol still works" so my and raffy and zoe are like okayyyy we have to freaking one of us get immunity so its at least 2/3 and then zoe wins, and then moments later i finished the HELL PUZZLE WITH THE POINTY IDENTICAL LOOKING PIECES AND BACKGROUND and whoops i found the idol, so theoretically the three of us are like 3/3 safe and can vote out maynor. He's a sweet guy but like yeet. Raffy might be in trouble if zoe like wigs out and doesnt use the idol on him/ was like totally bullshitting about it? but i hope she aint cause yeah

Raffy

I'm glad that Zoe won the immunity challenge because it keeps safety away from both Maynor and Timmy. I wanted to win it, but I am proud that Zoe was able to either way. Her idol will be extremely useful going into this next round as we are planning to use it on me in order to make sure that 2/3 of us are safe tonight. Additionally, if the votes ends up tying 3-3, we can make sure that Jack is safe by revoting and keeping him in this game. Although, I doubt it has to come to that because Jack has also found an idol from the rehidden hunt. This means that all three of us will be safe going into this next tribal council unless they have an idol nullifier. Even then they still can only nullify one which means we're still the dominating force. Basically all is looking on the bright side for Raffy in this vote, and I hope things go smoothly in spite of my confidence.

I don't remember if I already made a confessional on this, but i found an idol, so now Zoe has immunity, she's gonna play her idol on Raffy, and imma play mine on me. Timmy's been hitting me and Zoe up about flipping on Raffy but we ain't doin thatttttt. Also Joseph was like "what happened in the challenge," and then was like what you thinkinnnnnnn. Maynor in general is like kinda accepted fate vibes. Hopefully everything goes well tonight.

Timmy

I’m distraught and upset. I guess it’s pretty much guaranteed that either myself or Maynor will be leaving tomorrow. I’m so sad and he deserves to stay so much and deserves to win and if he stays, I will not regret anything I did in this game. I want him to be happy and I know he belongs in this game and seeing him happy makes me so happy. 

Raffy

The plan right now is for Zoe to use her idol on me and for Jack to use his idol on himself so that we are all safe at tribal council tonight. My FTC plan right now is Zoe, Joseph, and I. I love Jack, but he needs to go because I feel like he beats me at the end. He has an amazing redemption arc, and he has pulled off so many things in his short time here without many social connections. That's pretty impressive. However, I want to take him out at F5 or F4 because I still need him on my side. My boot order currently is Maynor -> Timmy -> Jack. However, Jack is also good at challenges which means I have to pry the immunity necklace from his hands. I know I can beat him. I just have to go out there and do it.

Tonight might be my last night in the game and its bittersweet. I feel like i played a good game. I also feel like i was given credit for the moves Ive made. I am very proud of myself, and usually im always very hard on myself. I feel like this was my most out there game play ive had and im still very in aw that i was able to pull off a 4-3-3, vote 3-2-2 vote, able to flip Jack to vote Ellie saving Timmy, found an idol and many things. This has been a favorite game even though i might be out tonight. Like they know Ive played hard and i kept fighting to stay in this game. Tribal is going to be 3-3. We are voting jack (me timmy joseph) and (zoe raffy jack) are most likely voting for me once again. I hope. Jack has the idol cuz he did the trees path were i knew it was going to be at but my dumbass decided to do mountain instead. Jack is either going to use his idol on Raffy to try n avoid a tie or of jack plays it on himself and he negates all his votes. Either way. We are going to lose someone and they arent. So whatever happens tonight i will be content with cuz ive done everything that i could to try and survive. ❤️ Jay for having me back. Youre the best. Love you. ❤️

My thoughts on 5 of the Final 6 people in the game: 1. Jack- oh the second boot. Was very paranoid early of this game and its understandable. Did good in EOE and returned to the game. Seemed to fall into place to Raffy’s side by not even talking to me or people who were working with me. Made his own ‘move’ by doing Ellie during F7 vote. But honestly it was not a good move for him. Even though I preached Jack has his own story. Honestly, he is still kind of a goat. No one would vote for him to win over others left in the game. Going to the end with Zoe and Raffy is his death sentence but going also everyone else in the game is his death sentence. 2. Joseph- people are saying he is a goat but that is not necessarily true. He has made moves in this game to help his position in it. He took the opportunity at f10 to make a move. Again with John vote. Dylan vote as well. Same with Jack that turned to Ellie vote off. The moves he has made were to help him make it to the end. People are underestimating his game play and if he makes it to the end then he really deserves to win it. Especially over like Jack. Also Raffy and Zoe tbh. 👀 MaynorPart 2: 3. Zoe- Zoe is a good player. But gameplay this season, i dont think she deserves the win. She was already voted out. All her strategic moves did not go according to plan. Was over confident and cocky and comfortable in the game. Wasnt going to make it to the final 7 anyways because her allies Raffy and Dylan were going to take her out. Her game play after making it back into the game due to eoe has made her into a goat. Like if someone votes for her to win its due to them being bitter over everyone else. She didnt try to make connections with everyone. She went right back to the people she was working with. And you can feel the ooze of over confidence when she said “im fitting in perfectly” when her as only talked to Raffy and ellie and Jack. So 🤷‍♂️ Honestly social game aint that good either. 4. Raffy- oh boi. Raffy raffy. Were do I start. None of his plans have happened besides the Stephen vote and even that he said it wasnt his move. Gave it to Dylan. So 🤷‍♂️ What moves has he done really? Hes been rude to a few people here and honestly leaves a bad taste in my mouth (game wise) cuz its been more game talk from him. He gets mad when things dont go his way and just starts yelling at people that they made the bad decision. But he still fought in this game. I would gove my vote to him over people like Zoe and Jack. MaynorPart 3: 5. Timmy- can i say how proud i am with Timmy this season. His social game was amazing and strong. He had people wanting to work with him and was in a good spot for a bit. He felt in the bottom and made a move. Since then has been fighting to stay in the game. Got ellie to flip on her alliance. Said Dylan’s name for the target. He played an idol on me instead of himself. He really did all that in this game and he has a big shot to win this game. He just has to reach the final 3. I feel that he can do that. He’s a great person and honestly gunna be sad now going to be able to finish this game with him. Would have been amazing to be able to sit with him at the end of the game. But alas ive made myself into a huge target that no one would want to work with me to get to the end and i understand. It just sucks i wont be able to finish this game with him. season 5.1 stream is over!!!

ok! so reaching into season 5, i found that i had slightly better memory of the episodes and that the emotions they gave me were closer to home. which is to say: through some bizarre magic i have a similar opinion of these eps that i had 4 years ago! eps that used to annoy me still annoy me, eps i loved i still love. and i felt the burning controversies they caused, especially Wizards Only fools at the end. its different to season 4which had a sort of universal adoration.

the season altogether was once again quite entertaining. i did feel some moments of frustration, but none of boredom. we watched the stream as a group and at once stage there was 15 people on at the same time! much bigger than the previous streams.

i dont have the same gushing of raw emotional thoughts that i had yesterday but here’s a shot:

theres no real nostalgia for these eps! at least not 5.1. they came at a time where i was firmly settled into the adventure time fandom, and in a more stable place back home. but there IS  a level of excitement, the same ive always had for them. 

part of why theres probably no nostalgia is cos they begin to ditch all pretenses of childishness. theres this slightly anxious undertone all the way through season 5! i’m sitting here feeling VERY tense. i have mixed feelings on this tone shift. i can’t even tell how it functions episode by episode; season 5 feels extremely satirical.

best way to describe this is how finn acts. this was FIRMLY the place where he stopped acting like a kid, and stopped being treated like one. i dont remember a single scene in the season where he was overprotected, or even protected at all.

cos season 5 is so long theres way more standalone eps barely featuring the protagonists too. its strange because theres not a single ‘standalone’ ep in season 8, aside from Horse and Ball! oh, Wheels and High Strangeness too, but do they really count? yet theres still a strong continuity in season 5. the magi of life giving, fionna and cake, the various themes in episodes. they are designed to flow into each other well. even Up a Tree, the most pointless ep of all time, serves a purpose in showing Lady’s developing pregnancy :P

“simon and marcy” is STILL fucking amazing. ice king and marcy’s relationship is touched on plenty in season 5.  i dont have anything large to say on this but it was nice to see marcy get along with ice king, rather than just simon. funnier too! 

the suitor was better than i remembered it being. the black humor is on-point. and i cant help but feel really sorry for pb at the end. 

what ice king said about her in the next ep was something we analyzed the SHIT out of back in 2013 but i forgot that scene existed! what a pleasant surprise to see it again.

....im gonna talk about peebles in all of these reviews, so this is what i think of her in season 5.1: it was kinda the transition of settling into a character. and what ended up being pb’s character for the next couple seasons was someone who did a lot of bad things to help people, held a lot of burdens to protect her citizens, but ended up getting a little too comfortable with the morally ambiguous identity and self-justifications. it comes through in the way everyone discusses her... The suitor: “The princess don’t date.” Red starved: “We figured its best not to ask Bubblegum about her experiments.” The cooler: “You’ve been SPYING on me?” “Hey I’m PB, it’s what I do!” I’ll probably talk more about the Cooler on Tuesday or Wednesday if i bunp the streams but she had gotten so used to doing what she does that she was, in effect, gaining a reputation as a horrible person. And it’s great that these things change after that turning point, at least to an extent; if PB remained the same sort of person now that she was in season 5-6, i wouldnt be able to stand her. it’d have gotten so blande and expected, just like how the characters expect it! remember how the lich is “so evil hes boring”? :P her defining characteristics went from “fucking dangerous” to “extremely impatient and troubled but working on it”.

and i do respect that the show managed to actually... develop her, but not in a way that made her less interesting - they made her more so. considering how interesting this conflict was before, this is INSANE. adventure time got SO MUCH BETTER in seasons 7 and 8, moreso than it was in season 5.2, the golden age of the show!

anyway to rank season 5.1: i dont think its as good as season 4, but its far more consistent than any season before it. considering my current emotional state of being this chapter ceased to be a feel-good show, but it was hardly a waste o time; season 5.1 was the setup for the second half of the show which so far has been fan-dooby-dastic. 

when i see season 5.2, i will probably have more coherent and strong thoughts. good night everybody!!! see you then.
