This is one of my most favorite things to eat with just about everything. it’s one of the lovely things that we served last year at Angie and Alex’s rehearsal dinner along with the #shishkebob. It’s a traditional #Persian cucumber, mint and rose sauce and it’s so easy to make. All you need is a couple of cups of full fat Greek yogurt, one seedless cucumber, peeled, grated and patted dry, a 1/2 cup of finely chopped spearmint,salt and pepper and about 3 tablespoons of organic rose petals. Just mix all of it together , reserving about a tablespoon of the rose petals for garnish. I love to serve this with grilled chicken and turkey and even beef.
