trying so hard to be normal about deadpool but he's so hOT AH. sure the excessive pet names and the flirting could maybe MAYBE become a little annoying but he's so smooth with it it's not even a problem. i'm also shamelessly attracted to the suit itself like come ON. he's so funny. I think my main reason for shipping Caranthir and Haleth is because we need at least one inter-race Tolkien couple where the human is a woman. Like all three canon human-elven pairings it's always the fabulous fae elven beauty and the heroic dude and I'm like... What about a mighty elf-lord and his badass human lady? Hmm? I need this to be a thing and Haleth/Caranthir is the only ship I know of that has that dynamic going for it plus of the middle three sons of Feanor Caranthir is the only one NOT part of the attacks on Luthien... therefore he's the best of those 3

Jason adjusted the book that laid flat against his thighs, sky blue irises skimming through the passages as he mentally noted down his notes.

Leo was laying on his stomach, feet kicked up into the air as he chewed on a pen cap and scribbled along the lines of his notebooks.

Minutes turned into an hour as they worked on class assignments and homework on the floor of the library in New Rome when Leo groaned incredibly loudly, the sounds echoing throughout the library that caused Jason to bury his face into the pages and shot a pointed look at the other once his embarrassment dissipated.

"What?" Leo whined, rolling onto his back and sprawled his limbs out to form a star. He huffed, hitting Jason's shoe with a closed fist, "I'm so tired, I want to go home."

Jason sighed. The son of Jupiter sat up and folded his legs under him, gently carding his hand through soft but rough brown curls. "Come on, you were doing well, Firefly."

"It was a good distraction for, like, twelve minutes. I miss camp. I miss being covered in grease and oil and dirt and-"

Jason chuckled, leaning forward to press a soft kiss into Leo's forehead and then pecked his nose and eyes that closed in content. "Only a few more weeks 'til break."

"Few weeks too long." Leo blew out a breath, the soft and cool air weakly moving outgrown blond locks. "Tell Nico that he'll see me hanging around downstairs. I'm dying. I'm dying, Mi Cielo. Do you have any last words for me?"

Jason leaned forward once more, pressing his lips against Leo's. He couldn't help but smile against his lips as warm arms wrapped around his neck and threatened to topple him over until they were both lying on the floor of the library.

"How about a last kiss instead?"

Do you have any OC’s or Whump scenarios that came along via spite? I know for me I get a lot of inspiration by eating traditional media where they imply something bad did/or is gonna happen, but then they cut right before it!! And I’m like “well I guess I’ll do it myself!!”

Picking up my daily iced coffee & ordered a doughnut but they were out of the kind I wanted, so I said anything was fine, and I kid you not, they gave me FOUR instead of just 1.

So I was reading articles about John Hurt (as I do when I procrastinate on life in general lol) and I saw a still shot of a movie I’ve never seen still shots of before; so I looked it up. It’s a play. I was worried I wouldn’t find it in full online; but I did, so here it is in all its glory:

He’s just… ugh I want to gently hold his face in my hands he’s just so sad and lonely with his weepy voice and eye bags. I couldn’t process half of what he said but I think this is a warning about always speed-running through life to get to the next good thing. We should appreciate the moment; because in the end, we’ll have nothing at all but our memories. If we rush through life, we won’t have any memories to keep us warm at night when the chill of death creeps up on us in our old age.

hey fujii do you wanna hear about a silly little thing i thought of earlier. so you know how in red/blue rescue team, eevee used to be in the "naive" category, whereas in explorers of sky, it's in the "jolly" category? it made me think about ribbons, specifically because of how the rescue team personality test describes the naive trait.

in rescue team, the naive type is described to be someone whos highly curious, and someone who likes rare things. their cheerful and carefree make everything fun for the people around them, but they also have the flaw of being childish, never sitting still, and always being on the move. (it also says that they might be selfish but i dont see that applying to ribbons tbh..)

it seems so oddly fitting for ribbons because her personality does show those traits in particular. she's a silly little thing and her bright cheery personality, and she is childish to some extent. and of course, can't forget her curiosity. especially with how curious she got when it came to dusknoir. and of course, we can't forget about the *actual* definition of naive. naivety in the sense of choosing to believe that dusknoir, despite how his aura flared with malice, bared no ill intent. to think that someone who is so great, so wise, so kind and caring could ever be capable of shattering her world apart.. that was naive. because she believed he was what she thought he was, and because it was her naivety that nearly got her and aimilios killed. you'd think she'd have learned from the drowzee incident where two kids displaying trust in a spur-of-the-moment stranger who coincidentally showed them kindness in their misfortune was a mistake, but i suppose that's what being a naive little child does to you.
