crufts thoughts -

i like the rough collie overall, nice amount of coat (i'm still mad about the 2022 BoB collie). muzzle seemed super snipey, but possibly that's my lack of familiarity with non-american types? the lips getting stuck on the teeth made me laugh.

smooth collie was... fine. again very different from the types of dogs i'm used to but the face and overall build seemed not great to me. looked ramrod straight in the front, unless it was just standing poorly.
