Uncomplicating Honolulu Property Management
Neal Fineman
Taking the reins of property management in Honolulu
Property management can often be a complex affair, particularly when dealing with properties located in beautiful, tourist-friendly locations such as Honolulu. However, astute handling of various tasks related to property management company honolulu can turn a potential headache into an opportunity for steady income and growth. Essentially, professional property managers aid owners and investors fire on all cylinders while reaping the benefits of their investments.
The role of a competent property manager
The role of effective property managers in Honolulu extends beyond merely collecting monthly rents. From handling legal issues pertaining to the properties to ensuring well-timed maintenance repairs, they make ownership considerably less burdensome. A proficient manager understands the pulse of the local housing market and utilizes this expertise to optimize rental rates. Moreover, acting as representatives for owners, they interact closely with tenants addressing their needs and setting expectations.
Marketing & Tenant Screening
An essential part of property managers’ responsibility includes marketing vacant spaces for rent and securing credible tenants. This involves promoting the property through numerous channels that reach prospective renters looking to make Honolulu their home or holiday retreat. They also handle tenant screening processes diligently which include reference checks, criminal background reports and financial evaluations - all crucial while sharing living spaces.
Routine Repairs & Maintenance
Routine inspection is a non-negotiable part of comprehensive Honolulu property management services. Professionals undertake periodic checks targeting potential problem areas such as plumbing leaks or roofing issues before they escalate into larger complications. Quick response times along with a network of vetted contractors under their belt help them resolve maintenance issues efficiently and inexpensively.
Legal Knowledge & Financial Management
One cannot underestimate the importance of comprehensive knowledge about legislation governing rental properties in carrying out smooth operations. A good understanding about tenant-landlord laws not only ensures fewer legal tangles but keeps one's investments sound and compliant. An effective property manager in Honolulu also oversees financial operations, including accurate record-keeping and overseeing the property's budget and expenses.
Ensuring Peace of mind for Owners
At the end of it all, a competent property manager is worth his weight in gold simply for the peace of mind he offers to owners. By taking care of potentially stressful activities such as tenant evictions or legal disputes, they allow owners to retain their focus on other areas demanding attention.
Property management in Honolulu can seem like a daunting task. However, with excellent assistance available, it morphs into an enjoyable business venture brimming with potential. The right manager could absorb stress, streamline processes and keep properties occupied with satisfied tenants while maintaining good relations with property owners. It's all about finding the right fit – someone who understands both your needs and those of your property investment.

I see people are discussing the "Matt Mercer effect" on twitter, and since it's twitter I'm going to avoid it.
But you know when you should aspire to be like Matt as a GM? It doesn't have to do with voices, and acting, and building sets and having ~production value~
You should aspire to be like him in being considerate to your players. Talk to your players, get to know them and figure out their interests, what will hold their attention. Manage their expectations before going in to the game.
If you shoehorn people into your strict ideas, with no wiggle room or without the ability to adapt then you are a crappy GM, and you should be more like Matt.

GlumReviews #9
Picking up our journey through 80′s genres, I found myself at an important crossroads for hip hop. As previously stated in another review, one way to quickly lose me is a rap/rock hybrid song, but this is an album lead by hip hop beats and assisted by punk rock 3-chord smashing and classic rock samples.
By all means, this Frankenstein of an album should be repellant to my music snob ears. But it holds up 35 years later as an important move for Def Jam Records. To make hip hop cool and mainstream, that decision would be a catalyst for an explosion of Rap culture emanating from New York, arguably the birthplace of the rap we know and love today.
Today’s album is the Beastie Boys’ debut album from 1986, Licensed to Ill.
1. Rhymin & Stealin
The drums are Led Zeppelin, the riff is Black Sabbath. Sampled masterfully and immediately out of the gate is the signature sound of the Beastie Boys. This is hip hop make no mistake, with an undeniable rebel punk theme in the lyrics and attitude. Hip-hop up until this point was largely a dance and DJ affair, the Beastie Boys grabbed people’s attention not only for their skin color but the way they delivered lyrics in almost borderline annoying screaming.
2. The New Style
By track 2 there’s a bold claim from the 3 wailing emcees. Purveyors of a new sound, mixing B-Boy breakbeats with Funk Soul and AC/DC samples. This is close to a Run DMC style with simulated passing of the microphone between the Beasties as they treat us to their whimsical house party rhymes. While the lyrical content isn’t too complex, it is worth mentioning some of the lyrics aged poorly as they seem to take several liberties with the ladies in their music. I do enjoy the way the song ends as the tempo slows to a really hype song, laced with simple 808s and chanting.
3. She’s Crafty
This song contains yet another iconic song resampled and repurposed for iconic hip hop. Another Led Zeppelin riff assisted by basic hip hop beats. The Beastie Boys are crafty wordsmiths themselves, but with that skill they are also able to embody that spirit of OG rap music, which was an art of storytelling, if the Beasties aren’t anything on your radar they should definitely be hailed as entertaining.
4. Posse In Effect
A hard hitting 808 jam, purely a lark as the Beastie Boys engage in the trademark mic passing and shrieking rhymes. The classic emcee rhyme where you introduce yourself and proceed to list your qualifications as to why you’re the best at controlling the mic. Beastie Boys take very simple rhyme schemes and make em actually pretty cool.
5. Slow Ride
As someone who really loves the artistry of music sampling, this is just a fun trip through samples and the many ways they can be bent to favor another artists sound. Containing an excerpt of War’s classic hit “Lowrider”, this is another song that keep the energy of the house party going at an even keel, I feel once this album peaks from the first two songs its just non-stop party music. But a nice party you could invite your cousins to.
6. Girls
The Beastie Boys approach the topic of girls as I suppose most rappers do, entitled to their time and/or attention. And while that is obviously toxic and shitty behavior, whenever the Beasties engage in their locker room humor it seems almost harmless and from the point of view of dorky over obsession. It’s a fun song but it’s never something I’d put on seriously or to brag about the awesomeness that is the debut album from the Beastie Boys
7. Fight For Your Right
The samples are noticeably absent as the album takes a turn to some real party rock. Driving hard rock drums and dirty guitar riffs and yes even a guitar solo. A masterful blend of rock and rap which rarely happens in my opinion, but this song could easily find a place in the hearts and minds of hip-hop heads and punk rockers alike. Making The B-Boys an important relic of hip-hop. Bridging that gap between two very different genres with similar goals. I mean if you’ve never heard this song, stop reading right now and go listen to it. I mean it.
8. No Sleep Till Brooklyn
Keeping with the hard rock portion of the album, no samples. All rock guitar and rock drums, feels like a sequel to the previous track, just toned down a tiny bit. It feels, sounds like punk just way cleaner and tighter. For a general audience.
9. Paul Revere
I think stylistically, this song will stick with me for a very long time. The rhyme schemes, the mic passes. The storytelling, again a major staple in their repertoire. That reverse kick drum is just so good, such a plain and simple song meant to display their rhyming prowess. A constant theme of just pure fun and silliness, a love and care for hip hop largely absent in today’s popular drivel.
10. Hold It Now, Hit It
Another fun foray with the B-Boy hip-hop style, much like the previous song, its barebones, no guitars, no classic rock samples. Just pure rhyme skill on display as they just slip and slide all over this beat. Using a 3 man team to their fullest with chants and adlibs full of energy, this is another song worth NOT skipping.
11. Brass Monkey
Returning to the sample bin we have this absolute 80′s club banger, hard hitting 808s and the signature shrill lyricism of Mike D, MCA, and Ad-Rock. This deserves to be in your party playlist, or your workout playlist. Any occasion that just calls for fun energy. Also shoutout to the one song that shouted out Charlie Chan.
12. Slow and Slow
It’s pretty cool to hear these heavy beats being punctuated with ACDC riffs I’ll say that, it really does establish that this is a new sound unto itself. Not to be replicated for fear of being just another poseur trying to front on the scene. In an album full of bombastic beats and energy this is one song that didn’t do it for me like the rest. The beat is good, energy, all that is good but is largely forgettable in the context of the entire album
13. Time To Get Ill
Closing out the album we get thrown every sample in the bin it seems, as we are played out with the same energy that opened the album. Driving home their message, who they are, and what they came here to do, and its no doubt at all that they display absolute mastery of the craft on just the first album alone.
Now alot of hip hop heads would hold me in contempt knowing I’ve never heard perhaps one of hip-hops greatest albums--but again, I largely started this series to explore all those bands whose singles I love probably a little too much. This album is a pure house party album, its just non-stop once the album opens, it never has a lull, it doesn’t have a slow song to break up the momentum and it’s definitely worth listening to, not only as a relic of hip hop music, but it’s probably the most fun you can have JUST listening to music.
⭐⭐⭐⭐/5
From start to finish, I was never bored or taken out of the energy. In determining a rating, I think the only thing keeping it from being a 5 star is just some questionable, and sometimes even criminal lyrics. It doesn’t darken or take away from the album but it’s just a lyrical preference, maybe the listener doesn’t care about what you do with your dick. Now that’s food for thought.

Heroines of WOCtober: Natasha Irons
Niece of John henry Irons, better known as superhero Steel, Natasha has gotten through multiple revisions in her life, often gaining powers, having plots dealing with her criminal father Crash, replacing John as Steel or working alongside him and sharing the codename. In DC Rebirth she came back after an absence from new 52 and this time as openly LGBTQ after years of hints she might be, in relationship with sorceress Traci 13...which they then promptly broke up to send characters to different books, go figure.
Recommended Readings
Superman: Man of Steel #95-131 - Natasha is actually in issues up to #134, but the last 3 issues are not available on ComiXology.
Steel #1-52 - Regular supporting character in her Uncle’s book, but mind you, she goes in total personality change with issue #33 when Christoper Priest replaces Louise Simonson as a writer.
Action Comics #806-808, #811, #817 - Natasha teams up with Cir-El and Traci 13 to save Superman’s life and then shows up in supporting roles.
52 - After John takes away her armor, Natasha gets herself powers in a different way
Infinity Inc.#1-12 - Continuation of the story from New 52.
New Krypton Saga - Natasha is featured as a part of one of the series subplots.
Superwoman #1-18 - Natasha plays a supporting role and it is in this book she and Traci are girlfriends.
Titans Special #23-36 - Again a supporting role, doesn’t justify breaking her and Traci up for this series tbh.
Alternate Universes
Convergence Superman Man of Steel #1-2: Alternative Natasha in a Metropolis protected by John Henry Irons
Ame-Comi Girls - Natasha as Steel in anime-inspired setting
Gotham City Garage - part of a girls biker gang/resistance fighting the oppressive rule of Lex Luthor
Injustice 2 #10-24, #35-52, #68 - As a part of Injustice franchise.
Other Media
Natasha, played by Cree Summer, sows in episode of Superman the Animated Series “Heavy Metal”

Celebrate Norio Wakamoto’s Birthday by Learning About the Man Behind the Iconic Voice!
There are certain voices that resonate with us, leaving us with a sense of satisfaction or joy in hearing them over and over again. In anime, one of those voices is the soothing, deep voice of Norio Wakamoto, whether he’s rolling those R’s hard in comedy shows or chilling our bones in dramas, Wakamoto is truly one of the kings of voice acting. Since today is his 74th birthday, we thought it only fitting to pay some respects to the man behind hundreds of amazing character voices between anime and video games from as far back as 1977, and who is still going strong today! So come along with us and join in on wishing Norio Wakamoto a HAPPY BIRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRTHDAY!
Born in 1945 in Shimonoseki and raised in Sakai, Norio Wakamoto started out life with a far more serious career in mind than voice acting; after attending Waseda University, Wakamoto joined the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department’s Anti-Riot Squad! Wakamoto is also a 3rd Dan in both Kendo and Shorimi Kempo, meaning that between his imposing voice and martial prowess, you could probably just imagine criminals cowering in fear when they heard him shout “halt!” Thankfully for the anime watching world, it seems that Wakamoto decided after some time to change careers, however, with his first credited voice role in Glacier Warrior Gaislugger as Onoriki in 1977. Since then, he’s gone on to voice countless classic roles, with some of his early work in titles such as Gunbuster (as Koichiro “Coach” Ota) and Legend of the Galactic Heroes (as Oskar von Reuenthal) cementing his role as one of the most versatile and unique voice talents in anime.
You might be asking: “But what exactly makes Norio Wakamoto so special?” Well, it’s probably the style of speaking that he’s developed over the years as a voice actor; there’s really nothing else quite like it! Between the sharp and astringent quality of his voice and his ability to roll his R sounds (among other verbal tics), Wakamoto has a sound unlike any other voice actor; when you hear his voice, you immediately know it’s him! While he’s mostly played villainous, devious, or overly serious masculine characters, his unique vocal range has allowed him to play numerous comedic roles as well, some of which operate solely on the unexpected quality of his voice. While many fans may know him as “Coach”, Oskar, Cell, Vicious, and other roles, many more fans know him as the voice of everyone’s favorite badass delinquent: Mechazawa! And that’s not all; Wakamoto has lent his voice to various comedic character legends such as Chiyo’s Papa in Azumanga Daioh, Onsokumaru in Ninja Nonsense, and even just recently as Pipimi in Pop Team Epic, alongside fellow Dragon Ball Z villain Ryusei Nakao (Frieza) as Popuko, and as the greatest idol of all time, Shining Saotome in the Uta no Prince-sama series!
Perhaps even more stunning is just how long Wakamoto has been in our hearts as the voice of so many different characters, with his career hitting 40 years this year and still going! You wouldn’t be wrong to claim that Wakamoto is a generational voice actor either; probably every generation of anime fan has their first Norio Wakamoto memory or favorite role, whether it be Hellsing’s Alexander Anderson, Code Geass’ Charles Zi Britannia, Dragon Ball Z’s Cell, or the aforementioned “Coach”, there’s probably a Wakamoto for all seasons and ages out there. That said, some of his roles are famous for the enduring legacy for more comical reasons, such as a classic moment in which Sugita Tomokazu, Nakamura Yuuichi and Sakurai Takahiro played the Yu Yu Hakusho fighting game, trying to do their best Wakamoto impressions while all of them selected Chu.
Crossing my fingers that Nakamura is just constantly doing his best Wakamoto voice when voicing Reuenthal in the new Legend of the Galactic Heroes anime. pic.twitter.com/ZVYn0V62zd
— HDKirin (@HDKirin) March 3, 2018
When up and coming voice actors memorize your intonation and roles to such an amazing degree, you know you’ve likely left a deep impact! Some other apocryphal Wakamoto lore is preserved on the internet, such as the time Wakamoto helped us all fall asleep by recording himself counting sheep! Originally recorded for a CD titled “Hitsuji de Oyasumi Bangai hen”, Wakamoto joined various other voice actors in recording themselves soothing listener’s thoughts as they attempted to drift off to sleep by counting sheep; if you ask us, Wakamoto’s is obviously the best!
youtube
Wakamoto isn’t just an anime voice actor though, as he’s done quite a few video game voices as well! Getting his start in 1991 reprising his role of Dekachu from Cyber City Oedo 808, Wakamoto debuted in video games on the PC Engine, and has regularly popped up in various games ever since. Besides reprising the voices of characters he played in their anime counterparts, one of Wakamoto’s most famous video game roles is that of Johnny from Arc System Works’s Guilty Gear series, the dashing sky pirate with the sultry voice! Johnny isn’t Wakamoto’s only famous fighting game role, as he also plays King of Fighters villain Rugal Bernstein as well! And, in Capcom’s Street Fighter IV and subsequent titles replaced Tomomichi Nishimura as the voice of M. Bison with that of Wakamoto, who continues to voice the character in newer incarnations of the game. Kingdom Hearts fans may know of Wakamoto as the voice of Xemnas, although you’d have to play the original Japanese versions to hear him! That said, there is one other role that you might not recognize Wakamoto in, as the most famous rendition of that character’s dialogue is forever memorialized in English. Who is it? None other than Castlevania’s Dracula, with Wakamoto playing the role for the first time in the now legendary Castlevania: Symphony of the Night in 1997.
We hope that Wakamoto-san has had an amazing 74th birthday, and we can’t wait to share many more of them with him as he continues his voice acting journey. You never really know just where he’ll show up, and we’re sure that as long as he feels willing, we’ll all be able to hear his beautiful voice in many roles to come! If you want to give him a gift, practice rolling your R's while watching some of his classic roles, and see how your Norio Wakamoto impression stacks up! Happy Birthday, Norio Wakamoto!
What’s your favorite Wakamoto role? Let us know in the comments below!

Give me bottom!steve fics my lord. Please. If you have any.
I’m gonna assume you’re asking for fic recs and if you are YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE BECAUSE BOTTOM!STEVE IS MY EXACT JAM.
This post is gonna be long because I have a lot of fics to rec so to avoid clogging anyones time line its all under the cut. If you thought I might only have a few recs for this you are deadass wrong, this is exactly the thing I will go all out on.
Some of these may contain switching but for the most part they will be entirely Bottom!steve. Because I’m picky.
All the works are sorted by word count. *’d works are some of my particular return-to-favourites, though i’ll say I have read and adore every single work on this list. Theres also a whole mishmash of tropes from A/B/O to crossdressing so remember to check the tags.
Untitled - by @iwritestony (772 words, Ambiguous Universe)
Tony fucks Steve in front of the other Avengers
Again and Again - by Mabonwitch (808 words, MCU)
Tony rims Steve until Steve cries.
Satiety - by Sinope (956 words, MCU)
From a kinkmeme prompt: Tony builds a fucking machine designed specifically for Steve. It fucks him for hours, through multiple orgasms until he’s sore to the point of crying and begs for it to stop. Once Steve can’t come anymore, Tony unties him and plays with his sore hole. Then he fucks him. Afterwards, he licks his cum out of Steve.
Contains exactly what it says on the box.
Take - by anonymous (1k words, Ambiguous Universe)
For the cap kink prompt: Tony has been having a lot of fantasies of topping Steve, but is kind of a jerk about it. He thinks the man would never accept another man near his ass and makes a lot of jokes at Steve’s expense. Finally, after a long song and dance, the truth comes out. Steve is a virgin, has never been with anyone, and is more than happy to let Tony top in bed. Gentle sex ensues
Playing nice - by Sharkie335 (1k words, MCU)
Tony’s been trying to be a gentleman. Apparently Steve’s tired of it.

Sir, Yes Sir - by someidiothasice (3k words, MCU)
Exasperated as he was, Steve couldn’t hold back a breathless laugh even as he rolled his hips into Tony’s hand. He just wasn’t sure what he was doing wrong.Steve had spent the better part of the night bending over in front of Tony, taking every opportunity to pick things up off the floor in the hopes of Tony getting an eyeful of his ass and ending up with ideas. But it seemed the only ideas in Tony’s mind had to do with getting himself a piece of what was down the front of Steve’s pants.
Breathe - by Robin_tCJ (3k words, MCU)
Bingo square prompt is ‘breathplay’.Right now, Tony’s most favourite thing about Steve is his ass.Specifically, the way it’s currently peeking out of the bottom of a pair of white, lacy panties. The thing most people don’t know about Steve is how … adventurous he can be.

Tony’s fine. He’s back on the Avengers, Steve seems to have forgiven him, and he’s building Resilient to change the world.

“Are you really a mechanic or have I accidentally walked into a porno?”
As far as first meetings go, theirs is pretty damn awesome. Steve is a kinky slut, Tony may be more than a little bit of a sadist and a good fuck is a perfectly fine form of payment for emergency car repairs.
And that should be the end of it, but then again, Steve turned himself into a human guinea pig once just for the sake of getting the fuck away from his hometown. The memory of Tony’s hands on his ass is more than enough to make him ignore all the offhanded mentions of the man’s criminal record and focus on new and creative ways to wreck that old pile of junk that is supposed to be his car.
The sex is worth it. The sex is worth everything.
I won’t leave you falling - by @blossomsinthemist (14k words, 616)*
Tony doms for Steve, which involves some specially enhanced red rope, cock rings, two vibrators, and a lot of orgasm control. It works out. Bottom Steve, trembling and desperate to come, loving dom Tony, plenty of aftercare.
I’m going to detour for a slight second here to say just read all of blossom’s works because if I rec them all we’ll be here all day. They are stunning, by far some of the best porn I’ve ever read. I’d also recommend reading her bottom/sub tony works, because even I, a notoriously picky bottom steve only reader, loved them. Especially 20 Crazy-Romantic Creative Ways To Say ‘I Love You’ a stand out favourite fic of mine. If she ever ends up writing bottom dom steve it’ll probably kill me.

“So I’m learning forty-five minutes is about my max.” Tony said casually.
Steve smirked, “Is this you asking to hold my hand?”
“No this is me admitting I have a medical condition.” Tony replied reclined on the couch, kicking his now bare feet up on the coffee table. “Now get over here so I can hold your hand.”- - -Or the one where the Avengers are going to leave street crime to Spider-Man because rolling around in the mud apparently makes you dirty.
The Emperor’s Fury - by Valtyr (39k words, Ults AU) ** one of my two all time favourite Fics
Steve is an ex-gladiator. Tony wears a toga. Together, they litigate civil cases. Also a surprising amount of boating.
How We Met - by @festiveferret (41k words, MCU AU)*
Life was pretty simple for Tony - work on his graduate thesis, hang out with his robotics projects in his unusual apartment, and fuck people for money. At least, it was simple until he met Steve Rogers.

Poster Child (series) - by @sabrecmc (45k words, MCU)
Tony likes the new poster of Captain America. A LOT.
To Liars and Saving the World - by Magicasen (45k words, Ults)
When Tony’s life is in danger, Steve does the only thing he can do to save his teammate: he makes an honest man out of him. Steve and Tony’s sham marriage is only supposed to be a blip in their history that no one has to know about. But when they’re outed to the press, and with ghosts from his past coming to haunt him, Steve must come to terms with the idea that his own feelings for Tony might not be a lie.
This Is Not A Drill (series) - by @sabrecmc (51k words, MCU A/B/O)*
“Can I—can I see him? I mean meet him. Uh…welcome him to the team?” Tony clarified, probably not very well, he knew.
“Well…there’s a bit of an issue with that,” Fury said, and Tony figured this was where Fury got to whatever it was that had really forced his hand and made him call Tony in, knowing how much the man detested having to do so. “You see, well. He was suspended in the ice for nearly seventy years,” Fury began. Tony nodded along, because he could do math.
“I’m sure he has a lot of adjusting to do—“ Tony started.
“Seventy years,” Fury repeated, cutting Tony off and leaning back in his chair and making it rock slightly. “Of no suppressants.”
“Oh,” Tony managed to choke out past the lump that had suddenly formed in his throat. “Oh.”
Sweet Skin and Delicate Fabric (series) - by within_a_rustic_cafe (53k words, MCU, still adding works)

Tiny Spy Assassin Steve (series) - by @copperbadge (89k words, MCU AU)*
An AU in which Steve Rogers was born into the modern day and never received the Serum, but managed to make it into SHIELD as a handpicked protege of senior field agent Abraham Erskine. Along with Phil Coulson, Clint Barton, Natasha Romanoff, Peggy Carter, and eventually Sam Wilson and Bucky Barnes, Steve still tries to make a difference. Particularly in the life of Tony Stark, who picked up what he thought was an art student in a bar, and ended up dating one of SHIELD’s top agents…
Held (series) - by @ashes0909 and @festiveferret (95k words, MCU, still adding works)*
After the ice one thing remained the same: Captain America gave the orders. In the middle of battle his world narrowed to a calm and controllable moment. When they fought the super-villain of the week, he knew what to do. He knew how to get his men in and out, how to minimize the damage. On the battlefield he gave the orders.
People always assumed that would transfer to the bedroom, as well.
Never Too Late for Love - by @sineala (98k words, Ults)*
Steve has always believed that a soulbond is a blessing – a rare and beautiful miracle, joining the thoughts and feelings of two people forever, from the first time they touch. Steve knows he’s not going to be one of the lucky ones. He knows Gail isn’t his soulmate. But he loves her, even if they’re not soulmates, and he’s going to do right by her. After the war’s over, he’s going to marry her, and they’re going to settle down. They’ll buy a house. They’ll have children. He’ll see his family again. Maybe Bucky will live next door. It’s going to be a good life. He doesn’t need a soulbond. He’ll be fine without one.
Then Steve wakes up sixty years in the future to find that his wonderful life has moved on without him. His family is long dead. His fiancée married his best friend. And the only purpose he has left is leading the Ultimates, a misbegotten team of superheroes with flaws too numerous to count. Steve hates everything about the future – but most of all he detests Tony, flashy and flirtatious, who embodies everything Steve hates about a world he never wanted to live in.
And, oh, yeah, Steve has a soulmate after all: Tony fucking Stark.
The Prize - by @sabrecmc (108k words, MCU AU, WIP)*
Steve ends up as a concubine in the royal harem.
I also left a pair of prompts on the CAP-IM kink meme that got some glorious bottom Steve fills:

The thing is, nobody ever mentions how good Tony is for others. They always talk about greed and pride and how the billionaire always gets the world he wants (does he?), but nobody ever talks about how Tony always does his best to please the world (doesn’t he?).
Un(underneath, unveiled, undone) - by @salablemystic (8k words, MCU)*
The internet … knows things. Private things. Things that it has no business knowing. Things like … the (very impressive) size of one Anthony Edward Stark’s cock. Steve … can’t unlearn that knowledge. And, oh, he wants… .
I also have a few bottom Steve work’s I co wrote worth putting here:

There are SO many more gorgeous Bottom Steve works out there that I have no doubt missed, I would have put every single bottom steve story i’ve ever read on here if i could but sadly Im limited to my bookmarks and prior knowledge. As I stated above I have read every single one of these works, they are all amazing. Also if anyone has a bottom steve work not on here, please put it in the replies I’d love to read more.

Best Songs Under One Minute: A Top 10 List
A majority of songs released throughout history have followed similar structural patterns: most, in some order, utilize a verse, chorus, bridge, hook, and refrain. To fit all of these sections, songs tend to be around three to six minutes in length, depending on factors such as tempo and repetitions of individual structures. Things start to get interesting, though, when artists start to shrink down songs under the traditional three minute mark. Which sections will be cut out? Will there only be a single verse or hook? How will an artist tell a story or capture an emotion in such a limited amount of time? I became fascinated with these sorts of questions, and it led me to paying more and more attention to the best “short” songs. Here is my top 10 list of songs under one minute.
10. Sometimes (Mix #9) - Erykah Badu (0:44)
R&B music was being redefined in the late ‘90s, with songwriters like D’Angelo and Maxwell leading the pack of new-age soul artists. These artists paid homage to greats who came before them in the genre, but added more current hip-hop elements to spice up their songs; “Sometimes (Mix #9)” perfectly exemplifies that sentiment. The song begins with a light bongo drum pattern and distant background vocals, but soon, the mood changes: a harder hitting drum pattern overtakes the previously heard bongos, and in comes Erykah with a smooth, laid back verse. Badu rides the beat like an MC, with lyrics like “I’ve got the paper stacked, and a pimped out track,” but she does so while singing in her unique tone. It’s hard not to believe that artists like Lauryn Hill and Missy Elliott were influenced by previous Badu songs like this one.
9. Demons - Sampha (0:54)
Before the Drake and Kanye features, before “(No One Knows Me) Like The Piano,” before touring with the xx, Sampha was a lesser-known songwriter from South London. “Demons”, the first track off of his 2013 EP Dual, gave us a taste of what was to come with the artist we know now. The track begins with Sampha leaving a voicemail, quietly stating “I rang you earlier but you didn’t pick up.” Immediately, the track begins, driven by a repetitive, dragging bass drum, and distinctive piano chords. Sampha chimes in, singing “I guess I don’t believe you / And I think you don’t believe, too / So take all these demons and go.” It’s a short ballad that introduces us to Sampha; he may now be a world-renowned artist, but he’s still battling his demons just like the rest of us.
8. Her Majesty - The Beatles (0:23)
Written in jest about Queen Elizabeth II, “Her Majesty” is the Beatles shortest song in their spanning discography, yet in 23 seconds, it captures everything that makes the group so undeniably excellent. The subject matter is, of course, silly; Paul McCartney is singing about loving the Queen as if she’s a normal, everyday woman that he’s trying to court at a bar. But when he sings “I wanna tell her that I love her a lot / But I gotta get a bellyful of wine,” he’s still
able to make what is clearly a joke a relatable topic of conversation -- only the Beatles could make a song like this one
7. Track 14 (Chix) - Jai Paul (0:51)
Jai Paul is a mysterious artist. Since 2011, he has only (officially) released two songs. The lack of material left fans yearning for more music, but in 2013, an unidentified Bandcamp user uploaded what looked like Jai Paul’s 16-track debut album to the site. A day later, Paul tweeted out that what was uploaded was a collection of demos that had been previously stolen from one of his laptops. Regardless of how or why the music got out, it undeniably exists, and it is an outstanding piece of work. On “Track 14”, which fans nicknamed “Chix”, Jai Paul shows off his eclectic sonic pallette; in just 51 seconds, we hear a beautiful stringed orchestra, glittering electronic synthesizers, and poetic lyrics of frustration and devotion: he sings “I don’t know what you mean / I’m always on the scene / Your time and your company / Let me get you home with me.” If Paul’s unreleased demos are of this quality, I can’t imagine what an official studio album would sound like. But even if that project doesn’t see the light of day, at least we have this.
6. Fertilizer - Frank Ocean (0:39)
Acting as an interlude on the critically acclaimed Channel Orange, “Fertilizer” sonically comes off as a fun little pop track, but in one poetic lyric, we quickly discover that Frank is not singing a happy song. When he sings “Fertilizer / I’ll take bullshit if that’s all you’ve got,” he’s attempting to elicit any sort of response from a person who he loves and cares about; even if they aren’t going to tell him what he wants to hear, he’ll take it. In a 2012 Esquire article, Gavin Matthew’s affirms this, stating that “Ocean begs for his love not to treat him like the titular bullshit. But the sorrow in his voice and the painful laugh track tell us he’s not having much luck.” Frank’s unparalleled writing abilities allow for him to pack a surprising amount of meaning into shorter tracks; he may or may not appear later on this list.
5. Parachutes - Coldplay (0:46)
Most people today know Coldplay as one of the biggest bands in the world, with pop hits like “A Sky Full of Stars” and “Something Just Like This”, but at their best, Coldplay gave us well- produced albums of interesting, unique alternative music. Their debut album, Parachutes, balanced bright, upbeat tracks with calmer, acoustic songs to create a near-perfect alternative masterpiece. The project peaks, though, on the title track “Parachutes”: here, Chris Martin, backed by only an acoustic guitar, sings quietly of fidelity and commitment, with lyrics like “ Here I am and I’ll take my time / Here I am and I’ll wait in line, always / Always.” The gentle nature of the song allows listeners to feel like Martin is personally telling them his story, and that quality makes for a captivating track.
4. Intro - Brandy (0:49)
Brandy burst onto the scene in 1994; at 15 years old (!!!), she had just released her self-titled debut Brandy, and soon, the album was receiving critical acclaim. Eventually, Brandy went on to go 4x platinum, allowing Brandy to establish herself as a successful R&B solo artist. While Brandy was an excellent project , the topics of her songs were (understandably) a bit childish considering her age. So when Brandy released her next album, Never Say Never four years later in ‘98, she knew she had to prove that she could be a grown up. Any doubts that critics might have had immediately went out the window when Never Say Never dropped, and “Intro” perfectly set the tone for Brandy’s newfound maturity. The production of the track is tighter and darker, and Brandy sounds like a totally different artist; while she may just be singing “Never say, never say, never say never” repeatedly, her tone is now provocative and seductive. Her experiences with love and life have given her a new outlook on relationships; in an interview around time the album was released, she stated “I’m not the little girl I was when I made my first record.” Brandy grew up, and “Intro” sets the tone perfectly for her transition into adulthood.
3. Commes des Garcons - Frank Ocean (0:53)
On “Commes des Garcons”, a track off of the criminally underrated visual album Endless, Frank Ocean weaves together a complex love story over playful, tropically-infused production. Frank cleverley sings of infidelities (“We was dating on the side / He was seeing double”) and makes witty sexual references related to items you’d find at a local hardware store (“All this drillin’ got this dick feelin’ like a power tool”). To close out the song, he repeats the phrase “Commes des Garcons”, which means “like boys” -- in doing so, Ocean is referencing his coming out letter in which he brings up the first time he fell in love with a man. Just as he did in “Fertilizer”, Frank makes efficient use of his limited time on “Commes des Garcons”, but this time, he’s telling a sophisticated story.
2. Beach is Better - Jay-Z (0:55)
No one expected 44-year-old Jay-Z to include a Mike-Will-Made-It produced trap anthem on his 2013 album Magna Carter Holy Grail, but he did just that with “Beach is Better”. For all the album’s flaws, “Beach is Better” immediately became one of the best Jay-Z songs we’ve heard in the last decade. The beat is slithering and metallic at first, but suddenly, monstrous 808- drums kick in with mesmerizing synth blips that give the production more melody and a plethora of different high-hat patterns to give the beat a sense of chaos. Jay-Z is at his absolute best, rapping about what he loves flaunting the most: his wife, his money, and his dominance in the rap game. Lyrics like “Girl, why you never ready? / For as long as you took you better look like Halle Berry / Or Beyoncé...shit, then we gettin’ married!” exemplify peak Jay-Z boasts. In an interview with MTV, producer Mike-Will was quoted saying “[Jay] was like, ‘Man, let’s do something so effortless,’ and that just stuck with me when he said ‘effortless.’” This idea of effortlessness for both Jay-Z and Mike-Will resulted in a track where they’re both in their comfort zones, and the combination allowed for a perfect rap interlude.
1. Elephant Parade - Jon Brion (0:28)
In composer Jon Brion’s “Elephant Parade” off of the soundtrack to the 2004 film Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, there are no sophisticated lyrics to analyze. There are no complicated allegories or connections to make. There is simply a piano and an acoustic guitar, softly playing together for 28 seconds to construct a short song. But those 28 seconds provide some of the purest, most blissful musical moments you could ever capture. Brion’s ability to create so much out of so little is remarkable; “Elephant Parade” is everything you could ask for in a sub-minute song, and it does so using two of the most basic, universally-known instruments known to man. To this day, it strikes a certain emotional chord with me that I have a hard time putting into words. The ability to leave a listener speechless is nearly an impossible task, but “Elephant Parade” manages to do that to me. For that reason, it’s my favorite song under one minute.

Kanye Discog Ranked
(0 i dont get any points for this)Why the fuck did i do this. I dont even wanna do this ranking, i just wanna never listen to a kanye track again cause good god thats all ive been listening to. But i need to record this so im just gonna keep it as short as possible.
#11 is Kids See Ghosts: Yeah its supposed to be great, but i just did not click with this one. 7/10, best song is 4th dimension
#10 is MBDTF: another well regarded one that i just cant click with, although it is saved by some genuinely great kanye tracks. 7/10, best song is Lost in the World
#9 is ye: I was expecting a lot worse based off the reviews, but i kinda liked this one. 8/10, best song is I thought about killing you
#8 is Jesus is King: I was not expecting to like this one as much as I did. Most reviews about this one are pretty mixed, but after pablo, ye, and KSG this felt like healing and i needed that. 8/10, best song is Every Hour
#7 is Watch the Throne: I expected this one to be higher, but after listening to this one in the context of his entire discography, i just prefer other albums. 8/10, best song is Lift Off
#6 is College Dropout: The album so good it inspired me to start this entire thing and its only at 6, its still amazing just not quite as good as some others. 9/10, best song is Slow Jamz
#5 is the Life Of Pablo: Im not sure how to describe this one, most people know its good and i generally agree, listen to this if you want a chaotic kanye album thats a bit more palatable album than ye or KSG. 9/10, best song is Waves
#4 is Graduation: This one is probably the Kanye album i return to the most often. itll always be the one that makes me the happiest, and its still only at 4. 9/10, best song is Champion
#3 is Late Registration: My personal favorite. I wanted to put this one at the top, but i do recognize that the two above this are better whole projects. Even if this one has my favorite individual tracks. 10/10, best song is Touch The Sky
#2 is 808s and Heartbreak: One of the coldest and most desolate albums Ive ever heard and if i can put on my “Ruff Criminal” hat id say this. “This sounds like the poetic musings of someone slowly freezing to death after being thrown to a snowy mountain” 10/10, best song is Street Lights
#1 is Yeezus: This has been my top kanye album for a while now and i think i just won’t defend it cause most people either hate or love this album and im not here to change anyones mind. 10/10, best song is New Slaves
FINALLY FUCKING DONE, FUCK U KANYE I DID IT

Dec 18: Regrets
Word Count: 808 Summary: Fynta does a little soul searching. A/N: I thought about this all freaking day and really couldn’t decide what I wanted to do with it. Finally, this little drabble popped into mind. As much as I love her, Fynta really does have her quiet issues.
The clink of glass brought Fynta back to the present, and she opened her eyes to see Balic pouring another glass. His tan skin looked flushed with the alcohol, which she also found a funny. A joke about being Zeltros began to form in the back of Fynta’s mind, but it wouldn’t take shape. Eventually, she abandoned it and reached for the glass.
The clink of glass brought Fynta back to the present, and she opened her eyes to see Balic pouring her another glass. His tan skin looked red from the flush of alcohol, which she also found a funny. A joke about being Zeltros began to form in the back of Fynta’s mind, but it wouldn’t take shape. Eventually, she abandoned it and reached for the glass.
Cormac sighed, flopping back into the chair across from Fynta and stared into his drink. They’d set up in the conference room to avoid bothering the more respectable members of the crew. Havoc Squad still reeled from the loss of so many on Yavin, and no one seemed interested in talking. At least, that’s what Fynta had thought.
“So what about it, boss,” Cormac said without looking up. Fynta raised a brow, realizing that she’s missed his original question. When she didn’t answer, Balic finally met her eyes. He looked embarrassed, and Fynta wondered what he’d asked.
“Regrets,” Cormac repeated. “This is the part where we get sloshed and share our secrets.”
Fynta drained her decanter, then slapped it back on the table. “I’ll probably regret polishing off Jorgan’s secret stash of whiskey tomorrow,” she muttered.
Cormac chuckled and angled the bottle again. “I’m serious, Fynta. You talk a lot, but you don’t actually say anything.” Balic kept his eyes down while he poured, his hand barely trembling. “Pal up and share a little.”
“You’re killing my hard-won buzz,” Fynta complained. She snatched her glass, sloshing the expensive alcohol onto the table. “You first, big guy.”
Cormac stared at the amber drops and set the bottle down carefully. “Cinlat,” he answered quietly. “I wish I could’ve saved her.”
Fynta paused with the glass a breath away from her lips. It took only a second, then she drained it in two eye-watering gulps. “Cinlat wouldn’t want to be a regret, Cormac.”
The big soldier took a deep breath, blinking rapidly to clear his eyes. “Yeah, fine. Your turn.”
Fynta spun the cup in her hands. How could she explain to this kind-hearted man, her best friend, that she had no regrets? Fynta Wolfe was mando’ade. She lived and died by her decisions. Regrets changed nothing. Wishing that she’d been strong enough to protect her parents wouldn’t bring them back to life. Dwelling on Yavin wouldn’t resurrect her fallen sister or give Verin his wife back. Regrets did nothing but burrow a hole through the person who hoarded them.
Fynta had executed criminals and killed innocents in cold blood. She’d dabbled in slavery, gone to prison for failing a mission, and lost countless allies along the way. Still, she’d do it all again, the exact same way. Prison had opened Theron’s eyes to her inability to continue as a part of Epoch. He’d pulled strings to put Fynta on the front lines where she’d been betrayed by her new squad. That had led to meeting her husband, and every single member of her new aliit. Had she altered her choices anywhere along the way, who knew where she’d have ended up.
Could Cormac understand that? A man who saw the best in everyone, who worried about doing the right thing and earning his place in the afterlife? No, she imagined not. Cormac was too good of a person to sully himself with Fynta, but he’d never see that. Fynta thought that Jorgan had started to suspect, but he was pragmatic enough not to be bothered.
“We don’t have to talk about it,” Cormac stated. He reached across the table and patted Fynta’s hand. “Sorry, boss. My tongue tends to get a little loose after too much drink.” He stood and stretched. “I’d best be getting to bed anyway. Elara will come looking soon.”
Fynta didn’t answer until Cormac squeezed her shoulder. “You good, boss?”
“Yeah, sleep tight.” Fynta slapped his hand a couple of times, then his ass when he turned to exit the room. Cormac laughed, staggering slightly, then vanished from sight. Fynta grabbed the bottle again and tipped the rest of its contents into her cup. Jorgan would probably be put out that she’d finished his birthday present.
Blinking at the chrono, Fynta realized that she only had three hours until they reached Coruscant. She needed to sober up. As she stood, Fynta knocked over the empty glass and cursed. She needed to swing by the Dealer’s Den too, preferably before Jorgan realized she’d drank all of his whiskey.

12 Essential Kenny Beats Productions
Over the past two years, it’s been almost impossible to shuffle a hip hop playlist and not hear at least once a ‘Whoah Kenny!’ tag. Prolific producer Kenny Beats has been everywhere. And with the second season of his successful YouTube show “The Cave” fully underway, it’s a perfect time to look back at 12 of his standout productions so far.
1. Rico Nasty – Smack a Bitch
Paul Morigi/Getty Images
This is the song that started it all for the dynamic duo of Rico and Kenny. By late 2017, Kenny was just emerging from his EDM days with the duo Loudpvck and trying to make a name for himself again in the hip hop world. As he explained on Zack Fox’s radio show “BRUH”, Kenny had been messaging Rico for months before she finally responded. When they eventually booked a session together, Kenny came fully prepared with an arsenal of bubblegummy “sugar-trap” beats, along the lines of tracks like “Poppin’” and “Key Lime OG” that Rico was making at the time. Rico heard them, nodded her head, and said, “That’s cool, now make me a heavy metal beat.” The result is a rage-filled anthem that’s racked up over 26 million views on YouTube.
LISTEN.
Standout lyrics: “You rap about an Audi too much / Because my Audi paid off, b*tch hush!”
2. KEY! – Demolition 1 + 2
The man behind the signature “Whoah Kenny!” tag is the criminally underrated Atlanta rapper-singer KEY. Known for his features on classics like “Look at Wrist” with Father and iLoveMakkonen, and A$AP Mob’s Cozy Tapes Vol. 1 and 2, KEY! had accomplished just about everything by 2018 – except for break into the mainstream. Enter 777, a triumphant debut album executive produced by Kenny Beats. Opening with an uplifting gospel choir sample, “Demolition 1 + 2” kicks off 777 as the perfect victory lap for a legendary artist who’s just getting started. Check out the live version with a drummer and guitarist on YouTube if you want to bring real tears to your eyes.
LISTEN.
Standout lyrics: “Run inside your shit, I need an ESPY / No Scantron, don’t test me!”
3. Zack Fox – Jesus is the One
When Kenny started his YouTube series “The Cave,” he set out to make a sleek, professional series of live performance videos. Leave it to Zack Fox to rap about dipping his balls in thousand island dressing for five minutes and turn it into Kenny’s most-streamed song. The look of genuine horror on Kenny’s face as he watches Zack single-handedly ruin his artistic vision makes the song that much more perfect. And the best part: the track is actually catchy as f*ck.

Standout lyrics: “I’ma dip my balls in some thousand island dressing / ‘cuz I got depression”
4. JPEGMAFIA – Puff Daddy
When the left-field experimentalist JPEGMAFIA linked up with Kenny Beats for the first time, it’s not surprising that the first thing JPEG asked for was the weirdest sound on Kenny’s laptop. After sifting through a couple of samples that were actually good, Kenny pulled up a disjointed melody that sounded like it was coming from a water-logged Nintendo 64. Kenny called it “embarrassing,” but JPEG said, “It’s perfect, throw an 808 on that b*tch.” And just like that, Puff Daddy was born.

Standout lyrics: “B*tch, we strapped like Duke Nukem / Pull up with the trey and we ain’t hooping”
5. Vince Staples – FUN!
Kenny can craft a booming 808 and slick hi-hat pattern in his sleep, but what really makes him stand out as a producer is his willingness and ability to adapt to whatever the artist he’s working with has in mind. As he explained in an interview with Pitchfork, Kenny didn’t walk into his session with Vince with an agenda – “It was more Vince dictating the tempo and feel, and me reacting to that.” The result was a perfect summer album of west coast bangers.
Standout lyrics: “Christian Dior, I’m Crippin’ Bior”
6. Ski Mask the Slump God – Foot Fungus
As much as he’s known as a leader of the trap new wave, Ski Mask is heavily influenced by old school legends like Busta Rhymes, Timbaland and Pharrell. With “Foot Fungus,” Ski and Kenny were able to combine an old school 90 bpm bounce with new school 808’s for a 2019 reimagining of classics like “Drop It Like It’s Hot.” In true Timbo/Pharrell fashion, the beat is weird – sampling radio feedback, white noise and a censor beep – but also leaves plenty of room for Ski to do his thing. “Ski heard it and reacted to it because he could hear himself on it,” Kenny explained in a Genius Deconstructed video.
LISTEN.
Standout lyrics: “Spoonin’ yo b*tch like I just pulled out a yogurt”
7. Denzel Curry – Cosmic
From aggressive scream-trap to Miami bass to melodic emo and even heavy metal, Denzel Curry can do it all. For his latest project, UNLOCKED, Denzel proved he can master yet another genre: classic boom bap – straight out the book of legends like Madlib and the Wu Tang Clan. Produced entirely by Kenny Beats, the EP was made in a 72-hour burst of creativity and released with no warning other than a fake Twitter beef. The project was accompanied by a 20-minute animated music video ready for Adult Swim, referencing classics like Naruto, Animatrix and Samurai Champloo. Complete with scream-flows inspired by DMX and wild singing flows in the style of ODB, Denzel Curry proves with this project that he can take on any style he wants.
LISTEN.
Standout lyrics: “He shoot in VR, we got guns in reality / You act so hard, you should thank the Academy”
8. Smino – Trina
Who else besides Smino could effortlessly rhyme ‘parakeet’ with ‘karate?’ Known for his soulful singing, St. Louis artist Smino threw a curve ball when he recruited Kenny Beats for a bouncey twerk banger. As explained in his Genius verified video, Smino chose Kenny to work with for his engineering skills as well as production. “A lot of producers just give you a beat and leave. Kenny’s like, ‘Nah, I’m gonna sit down, we’re gonna put this effect right here, put this sound clip in.’” Kenny’s attention to vocal processing – getting just the right amount of reverb, delay, distortion, panning and overdubs to make the artist’s voice stand out – is a crucial component of his overall production.
LISTEN.
Standout lyrics: “Stay off my grass like Stanley / Threw me cheeks on the beach, she Sandy”
9. 03 Greedo – Disco Shit (ft. Freddie Gibbs)
Known for his yearning, soulful singing over snapping west coast beats by producers like Mustard, L.A. rapper 03 Greedo wanted to try something new when he linked up with Kenny Beats for the movie-themed collaborative album Netflix & Deal. In the behind-the-scenes documentary for the album, 03 explains the sound he wants to Kenny: “I don’t want some west coast sh*t, I don’t want some trap sh*t, I want something that sounds… disco.” The result is a sleet, vintage-sounding guitar track that captures the feel of crime movies like Blow (2001) that inspired the album. Freddie Gibbs busting out his singing voice for a feature is icing on the cake. Free 03 Greedo.
LISTEN.
Standout lyrics: “Pull up like Tony Montana, reload it, I pull out the stick on these cockroaches”
10. Gucci Mane – Proud of You
Is there a more inspirational glow-up story than Gucci Mane’s? After changing his diet, exercising and quitting lean, Gucci lost 100 pounds and looks like a new man. His 2019 track “Proud Of You” is dedicated to himself – a celebration of where Guwop is now. Kenny lends slick production to the track, with a warped trumpet-like sample, unique clicking hi-hats and an unpredictable kick pattern that skips the 1 beat before hitting you in front of the snare.
Standout lyrics: “I had the county blues now every day I’m counting blues / No lean and Mountain Dew’s, Guwop I’m so proud of you.”
11. Dominic Fike – Phone Numbers
By mid-2019 Kenny had made a name for himself as the go-to producer for crafting hard-hitting trap bangers. But summery pop songs with acoustic guitars and handclaps? This was uncharted territory. The experiment paid off though, thanks to the magnetic personality and versatility of Brockhampton prodigy Dominic Fike. Kenny said he wasn’t even going to put the “Whoah Kenny” tag in this song because it sounds so different from everything else he’s done, but Dom insisted it was a necessity.
LISTEN.
Standout lyrics: “Keep my name out your mouth like some wisdom teeth”
12. Schoolboy Q – Party
Jerritt Clark/Getty Images
Before Kenny took a detour from hip hop to make money as a DJ in the EDM world, he was cooking beats for the TDE crew, including Smoke DZA, Ab Soul and Schoolboy Q. He even almost got a placement with Kendrick, but the track ended up going to DZA instead. The wobbly dubstep bass of “Party” sounds a little dated 8 years later, but the track is still fun as hell, and a fun look at the early days of Kenny’s production.
LISTEN.
Standout lyrics: “Can’t fade me, I ain’t Boosie Boo / Black Hippy, HiiiPower, the amazing group”
